La habitación que nos dieron estaba en un piso que se encontraba en mantenimiento, hacían ruido de reparaciones desde temprano y era muy molesto. La vista que nos tocó fue hacia unas canchas de tenis y un edificio de departamentos bastante descuidados, que no pertenece al hotel, lo cuál demeritó mucho nuestra experiencia. El mobiliario de la habitación en general es viejo, antes en la pequeña cocina había utensilios, ahora no hay nada, incluso quitaron el refrigerador, sólo dejaron el microondas. El wifi fue demasiado lento, no cargaban ni redes sociales, la limpieza, regular ya que no barrian la habitación, sólo se limitaban a hacer la cama. El servicio en las albercas es muuuuuuuy lento, tienen pocos meseros a pesar de ser temporada alta, y las sábanas que cubren las camas de la alberca están percudidas y viejas. El servicio de toallas de alberca te da una al día por persona, y no puedes pedir que te la cambien por una seca, tendrás que quedarte la misma hasta el día siguiente. Lo positivo fue la cercanía y excelente ubicación justo en el centro de la bahía de Acapulco, enfrente hay un centro comercial con restaurantes, y tiendas. A pocos pasos un mercado de souvenirs y artesanías. Y si quieres pedir comida o cualquier servicio por apps, te llega a la entrada del hotel en minutos. Las albercas bien, aunque podrían mejorar su limpieza, pues se ve bastante turbia el agua, sobre todo en la de adultos, que es una gran ventaja, si no viajas con niños y quieres relajarte.

Un hotel non recente ma che esprime pienamente i fasti di un passato glorioso. Posizione spettacolare con vista mozzafiato sula baia di Acapulco. Camere ben arredate e pulite, tutte dotate di una piscinetta privata. Servizio in camera h24, privacy e tranquillità garantite. Personale cortese ed efficiente. Siamo stati molto bene e probabilmente ci torneremo.

Bring a mask tho, you have to wear a mask in dining areas.The hotel is right on the beach he b arch with a big pool. The rooms are suites with a seperate room for sleeping and a room with couch, chairs and balconey. Don’t expect an upscale room for the price, we found the room comfortable for the price. The drinks have plenty of liquor too! He is a fantastic tour guide, safe driver with shuttle transportation in a nice clean vehicle . He speaks very good English. He is honest, kind, friendly, funny and most of all will give you the best service. His tours are fantastic and his vehicles are air conditioned!

The Covid-19 pandemic has really hit Acapulco HARD! Additionally, the recent earthquake didn't help hotels in the area either. But, guest looking to book this hotel should know a few things. I was willing to let a lot of things go that would normally concern me about a hotel. But..... First: This hotel has not been updated at all since it was built. There were only 2 (2-pronged) outlets in the room. If you had a computer to charge/use - you were out of luck. The plumbing fixtures appear to be original to when the building was built. If you had children - it would be very easy for them to scald themselves while taking a shower. The toilet is updated and very noisy. It could wake the dead. The wifi works sufficiently as this room was right outside the repeater which is clearly visible from the hallway. And, the AC worked too. Second: The room looked and felt dirty after seeing mold growing on the ceiling of the bathroom and shower curtain; you start to notice all the things that needed to be addressed/cleaned. The sink was intended to be ”under mount” but appears to be cemented in place. The sliding patio door had a huge crack in it (I assume after the earthquake) Third: EVERY SINGLE HOTEL in a tropical area should supply their guests with ICE! This hotel charges $20 pesos for ice. It's a small amount; but, given all the other crummy elements you put up with staying at this hotel - - it is the least they could do for their guests. I spoke with the manager to let him know that other hotels in Acapulco have ice machines and provide that ice to their guests as part of their room rates. He re-stated the hotel policy (absolutely useless!) FINALLY: there are 2 elevators for a 22 story tower hotel. That is not sufficient. Additionally, they appeared to be mal-functioning. When you would press the PB button - every floor below you would light up. The elevator would stop on all floors below you and no one was waiting to get on. The floor of the elevator was never even with the floor it stopped on. I tripped a few times. Getting on these elevators after a earthquake was SCARY to say the least. The location of this hotel is the only reason why I booked this location. I had nicer hotels that were less expensive that I could have stayed at - but chose this one because of the location. It is safe to say, I would never stay here again - under the current management and without a complete/full renovation.

Ho fatto una prenotazione e mi hanno mandato un'e-mail dicendo che mi avrebbero mandato i dati per fare il pagamento iniziale. In realtà mi hanno mandato un numero di prenotazione iniziale. Non mi hanno mai mandato i dati, ma quando sono arrivato, gli ho dato il numero che mi hanno mandato e non mi hanno rispettato dicendo che il numero non era riservato, ho detto al responsabile che non ho ricevuto il messaggio di lis datis e mi ha detto che non era il suo problema. Infatti, mi disse che non aveva posta alcuna, io gli disse che mi avevano mandato una posta, insisteva che non aveva niente; ma poco prima gli aveva mandato un'altra posta, e curiosamente, questo lo vide. Allora mi avevo detto che aveva una stanza, ma come io gli ho detto che non erano seria, perché mi ha negato che era piuttosto brutto. Certo, a Acapulco è molto necessario ottenere una stanza per questo e di questo valevano per andare a piedi al cliente. Purtroppo, ma ci sono altre opzioni, e migliori, in realtà abbiamo ottenuto un miglior hotel, fortunatamente.

La stanza era pulita, vista sul mare , e si trova vicino a molti ristoranti. I lavoratori molto gentili.
