Molto buono
AACFACTORIl 2° soggiorno in questo hotel. Il primo era pre-covid. L'hotel ha bisogno di un po' di rinnovazione nelle camere (cioè i in camera onsen hanno crack, bagni). Altrimenti, il servizio dal personale, la cena e l'hotel stesso sono top notch nella zona di Niseko.

UUtente ospiteI would like to share a few words with you about our feeling of coming back to your Park Hyatt Hanazono hotel from 29/3/2024 to 3/4/2024. We are beginners of skiing, therefore, our first choice is a ski-in and ski-out hotel. Therefore, last year we came to your hotel and we came back again for further improvement of our skiing. We travelled a long way from the airport to your hotel for almost over 3 hours. However, we didn't receive a warm welcome from your hotel by the time we got out of our car. By the time we checked-in, the handling time took much longer than I expected, maybe we all felt tired after long travelling and wanted to go up to our room. Another guest who was sitting next to me seemed to complain about your service to another staff..
When we arrived at our room, only 3 mandarins were put on the table to welcome us but they did not look very attractive.
Next morning, the breakfast was as good as last year, because nothing more had changed. But again, not very welcoming. Our dishes were piling up on the table long before they were taken away. That was not the case last year.
We asked guest service to fold up the sofa bed as we wanted it to be more spacious. However, I called several to get it done when we came back from skiing in the evening. But we clearly said we could do it when we were out in the daytime.
We booked 2 adults and 1 child, however, we could only find 3 adult clothes for onsen. We called guest service to provide us with child cloth for onsen. However, after tidying up, they provided us with another 3 sets of clothes for onsen again. So, my daughter wore oversized clothes to the onsen. It was not like this when we first came here last year.
Luckily, on the third day, we met a new and young manager during breakfast, we received a warm welcoming smile for the first time. We chatted for a while and my daughter felt happy with him. Last year, my daughter made some friends here with your staff and learnt some Japanese from your staff. That made her like the Japanese culture and language.
Ironically, after folding up the sofa bed, they mistakenly mixed up my daughter white colored soft toy - cinnamoroll - with the bed sheets for the laundry. Luckily, maybe with the help of the young guy, we found it back. My daughter was so delighted, thanks for all your efforts, but however, the soft toy had been shrunk by the laundry machine.
The inner tubing was one of our favors in Park Hyatt Hotel, however, it looked obscenity and did not match with the natural scenery and the well-designed architecture surroundings at all. It looked like a facility in a developing country.
Next Easter holiday was a late holiday, maybe no more snow for skiing. Originally we had planned to come again with whole families of six for skiing. Maybe it is high time for us to look for another ski-in ski-out hotel, though I have promised the young guy to meet him next year.

IIC888Please be reminded that the hotel check in has to be done before 18:00, after this time there will be no one at the reception and there is no option for distance online check in. Also hotline won't work after 6pm, so if your flight is delayed and you cannot contact the hotel before 18:00, you cannot check in and need to find alternative stay urgently. We managed to find another hotel near Chitose and they put an ipad at the reception for distance check in, we cannot help wondering why the same couldn't be done here, please at least make your hotline available before midnight.
other than that, the hotel is clean, good condition and has a luxury feel.

UUtente ospiteLa stanza era standard Hilton. Ski in sci, e hanno servizi di navetta molto convenienti per collegarsi con altri resort. Il personale è molto bello e professionale, un team globale ben equilibrato rende i passeggeri da diversi luoghi si sentono come casa.
Un'altra luce che merita di essere menzionata è stata la cerimonia di TEA tenuta da un tea maestro di Kyoto. Perché Hokkaido era famoso per i prodotti lattiero-caseari, non mi aspettavo di correre in una cosa del genere qui. Il maestro del tè mette davvero molta attenzione a far sentire gli ospiti la vera cultura del tè giapponese. Il processo non era troppo complicato per gli stranieri a seguire, e vi metterà in un modo di pace zene, come una sorta di meditazione. Vale la pena fermarti se resti lì.

Eenn36We were greeted warmly at the front desk by Taito (cute Japanese boy who speaks good english with a Thai accent! I mean this as a compliment). Was pleasantly surprised when he allowed us to check in even though we were 2 hours early. Shortly after entering our room, Taito personally knocked on the door to give us some items which my parents requested. He was also standing out there in the bright sun to say goodbye when we were loading our luggages into the rental car after checking out. I rate Taito's service and attitude: 5 Stars!!!
Room had a kitchen with full set of appliances, utensils and crockery. Fridge had drinks, juices, milk, butter, jam, and even sausages for cooking. And there was a basket with cereal, apples, banana and 2 loaves of bread for our breakfast needs.
Overall, this was a very nice and enjoyable stay.
The only gripe I have is that the hotel did not allow me to make any change to my dates (not sure why as it was late April and not peak ski-ing season), even though I offered to make another booking first before cancelling(have done this sort of arrangement with other hotels in Hokkaido so I know it's possible).
It would have been perfect if the hotel can offer some flexibility to their guests. After all, plans do change due to various reasons. Hope to be back in future and see that they're more flexible the next time round. Till then, thank you and cheers =)

JJOAN_CWatch our first snow from this hotel window. And can walk to outside have a nice photo shooting. Room is cozy and clean. Also has onsen can use everyday.

LLeong FamilyThe staff are not knowledgeable on 3rd party ski hire or ski school. We returned the equipment 1 day earlier and the staff said ok and asked if we are fine with 50% refund. We said yes. The next day they said they never said this.....no English, and don't ask questions, they will not be able to answer. They are well mannered and kind, just no direction and very messy.
Bus schedule is also confusing, staff are not clear and busses don't often come without calling and reminding. They say it is due to weather condition, but it wasn't.
You need to book set menu dinners at their one and only restaurant, 3 days in advance. We missed the Christmas set dinner, and even though on the phone to reserve the table, we asked for set menu, they didn't decline and they didn't say we needed 3 day advance notice. So we went and ordered small alacarte meals. Small dishes but were absolutely delicious.
Hot Spring facility is excellent. Rooms are clean and the layout is fantastic. They have a washing machine that dries as well. Bring your own laundry detergent
But I must give 100% credit to them as we left our bag at the lobby and they arranged to send it to Tokyo for us and called the receiving hotel as well,.

Pros
1. Clean and spacious hotel room. huge bathtub, jacuzzi n spacious bathroom which is a rare find in Japan. The bed is also comfortable. I had a good sleep there
2. Affordable rate. One of the cheapest find during the Hokkaido trip
3. Hotel staffs manage to communicate in decent English
4. The room overlook beautiful mountain view and lake toya. The paranomic view is extremely stunning as the hotel is located at a hill that offers better view.
5. The view from 2nd floor dining area is beautiful when it snow. Water dispenser is available at the dining area that you can get the water supply anytime .
6. Parking is available at free rate
Cons
1. It need around 15 to 20 min drive to the hotel from the lake toya street. Hence, it is not convenient to get food from nearby. But there is a food vending machine that u can get your tummy filled when in need
2. The hotel doesn't have a lift hence you will need to carry your luggage up n down the stairs if your room is on the second floor..
Overall , this hotel is a little gem for those who want to have a good and quite stay at an affordable rate.

WwoodyzhouUn'esperienza molto positiva. Anche se le strutture dell'hotel sono un po' vecchie, il servizio è molto buono. Il servizio di prelievo e rientro gratuito per lo sci è stato impressionante. La sorgente termale all'aperto è molto bella e immergersi nella sorgente termale ammirando il paesaggio innevato è ancora più piacevole che a Noboribetsu.

UUtente anonimoDal punto di partenza JR della grotta, si siede sulla stazione di autobus Nanbus, porta destra 15-20 minuti, si ferma al punto caldo del lago di grotta e si muove 2-3 minuti all'hotel,
Le strutture sono più vecchie, il primo piano è caldo all'aperto non è buono (anche all'interno)
Il caldo di Tsang ricorda di passare dalla stanza con la caviglia,
Nessuna acqua mineraria, la capsula d'acqua della stanza è bevuta direttamente, ci sono serbatoi di riscaldamento e frigo.
La maggior parte dei negozi di cibo in questa strada apre la porta alle 11 e non riceve gli ospiti alle 7 di mattina.
Quindi la maggior parte dei ristoranti sono i vecchi che fanno cure e accoglieno lentamente i turisti
Colazione dell'hotel 7: 30-9 punto, molti hotel giapponesi si ritirano alle 10,
Tassa di soggiorno caldo 150 yen / persona
Se vuoi lasciare l'hotel dopo la partenza, l'hotel prenderà 500 yen / pezzo per le 12:00 di quella mattina, più di un minuto, e non sarà meglio memorizzare alla piattaforma di caldo del lago di Caverna vicino. 300 yen sono memorizzati alle 9:00 di quella sera. (puoi mettere una scatola super grande o due scatole piccole), se la scatola è piena, puoi chiedere al personale del sito di bus di pagare il deposito, e hanno anche un piatto da prestito gratuito per i turisti.E'telo più caldo del servizio dell'hotel
