Ci siamo stati quattro volte e adoriamo questo hotel. Dal momento in cui metti piede fuori dall'hotel ricevi un servizio incredibile. La colazione è sempre di prima qualità e le camere sono sempre pulite e si dorme benissimo. Lo consiglio vivamente.

L'hotel è ottimo, particolarmente adatto per vacanze di piacere. Abbiamo noleggiato un'auto e siamo andati lì noi stessi. L'hotel forniva un servizio di parcheggio ed era molto efficiente. La colazione era sontuosa. Dopo aver soggiornato per tre giorni, ho praticamente assaggiato la maggior parte del cibo. Tuttavia, non c'era cibo cinese. Erano tutti sapori occidentali, indiani e arabi. Gli ingredienti erano freschi e cambiavano ogni giorno. C'è un ristorante asiatico chiamato Li che è adatto agli stomaci cinesi per adattare la loro dieta in modo appropriato. Durante la colazione c'era un ragazzo con un'aquila che parlava e faceva foto con tutti, era molto amichevole.

I have stayed in many Ritz Carlton hotels around the world. Those are always great service and quality. The Ritz Abu Dhabi rooms are a bit dated but kept up well. I still felt very comfortable. The hotel staff is fantastic. Upon arrival, hotel reception upgraded us to a slightly larger villa, which was greatly appreciated. The restaurant staff were excellent, swift cleaning plates and never far if something was needed. The food variety at breakfast was great and anything that was missing for individual tastes was provided upon request. Staff around the pool were also great at preparing beds upon arrival. The pool was heated and comfortable to swim and play during the colder months. Generally a fantastic stay and I would stay there again.

The Breakfast was exceptional, truly delightful with all ingredients fresh and a bountiful selection. The hotel is remarkably clean, utterly spotless. The wireless internet connection is remarkably swift, and the guest quarters are spacious and comfortable, with a pleasant vista of the mosque. A wonderful destination and an ideal respite for leisure.

It was second time for me to stay here. I spent wonderful time with great service and hospitality. I will come back again for sure.
