The hotel looked good but when you got inside you felt warm, there is a window, we try to open it, we couldn’t. We thought maybe the temperature would drop down and there are two fans beside.
In fact, I was wrong when we tried to sleep the temperature still very high even use two fans ,it didn’t work because the fan didn’t work well and the hot air always inside (the window couldn’t open). We sweated all the night and couldn’t sleep. I wonder how can be because outside the temperature was 14 degrees and inside the room felt more 28 -30 degrees (the heater was off).
We were very disappointed, we liked the room but the strange temperature ruined our stay.

It was really nice and clean! we got such a big room the “Flat 1”/ number 6 which was so unexpected for the price. Me and my partner were only staying 4 days but it was so nice and open. the music wasnt really a bother at all from the bar downstairs, only thing i would say would be the windows are thin so you could hear very clearly outside, but it wasnt a huge bother to us. didnt see a single other person once the whole time we were there which was fine for us. it was secure and seemed safe, super clean. only gave 1 and a half toilet rolls but wasnt too bothered by this we bought some more anyways. the toilet was separate from the room and then in the room was another door to the shower, there was a random door we didnt have exit to labeled as a fire door which was confusing but not too bad. The photos are blurry as theyre from a video. but i would recommend if youre mostly there for going other places and mostly just to sleep and cool down in the evenings! perfect location to close to everything.

The room was lush and very cozy but the only thing that went wrong was there was no tv remote couldn't find it nowhere and the room was very hot no air conditioning or fan to cool down while on the hot days whie we were staying and the shower turns off just by being in it for 2 minutes.

I was concerned about the potential for noise pollution, considering that the accommodation was located above a bar (this wasn't apparent prior to booking and I feel that it should have been) however, we stayed Wed/Thur night and we didn't find noise to be an issue; it was very quiet. Entering the accommodation via a side entraced where the bins were stored was a little disconcerting (poorly lit) but once inside we felt very safe. It was very clean and comfortable, the only things of note was that the bed base was damaged creating a big dip in one side of the bed (we stuffed a couple pillows underneath and that did the trick!) and the bathroom door didn't shut properly. It would have been nice to have more milk, a mini fridge, spare loo roll and spare bin bag. It was okay for a 2 night stay, it was cheap and cheerful. Would I stay again, maybe...

The room was ok basic bed was ok shower was ok called the phone number and text the number because the door lock was unsafe and door frame was unsafe

Conveniently located in the heart of Aberystwyth so oarking was difficult overall lovely place.woyld stay again

Terrible customer service no answer
We couldn’t sleep all night due to a loud droning humming noise all through the night the bar downstairs was closed to not from the bar. we attempted to contact the number that was given on email for any issues and no answer and called this number many times !! Even sent a text message and no reply either and no call back. Customer service is terrible. There was also stains on the wall and no milk for hot drinks. We had no sleep and no one to contact.
