Hotel in affitto rurale bello sul bordo meridionale di Aberdeen con facile accesso alla città. L'hotel è un hotel con un senso molto tradizionale nel palazzo principale. Le camere sono moderne e la nostra camera standard è ben attrezzata con un grande letto matrimoniale e un sacco di tè caffè ecc. L'hotel è amichevole per cane a un piccolo prezzo. Abbiamo fatto delizioso colazione e continentale disponibile. Mangiavamo colazione nella sala di disegno, come i cani non erano comprensibili nel ristorante principale. Mangiavamo solo nella zona del bar una serata che era comoda e veloce. Personale amichevole e buon contatto con un piatto di compleanno consegnato in camera in riconoscimento di un significativo compleanno di celebrazione.

The good points. The breakfast was nice and Sara the lady who greets you is an exceptional member of staff and a credit to the company. Goes above and beyond to make sure your breakfast experience is spot on all with a friendly attitude and smile. Also very good on the staff front and attentive is Ayo. Another credit to the company. Bad points. The receptionist on arrival were as miserable as sin. A young guy with glasses in a grey suit with stains. Not a good first impression. And a girl called Dara. Both totally unhelpful and unprofessional when we were locked out of our room 3 times and told it was ok and it wasn’t. Up and down from the 5th floor like Casanova’s backside. Not happy. Both had faces like thunder. Shocking service. Other than that bed comfortable, fan not working in shower so very steamy in bathroom. To sum up the receptionist definitely need some PR training. Just shoved us our pass key and that was it. Poor. Get Sara on the reception I say. Make people feel welcome and let folk know the crack.

I had a ”cosy” room, i.e. very small but warm, cosy literally, comfortable and with a really nicely appointed shower room. The toilet roll holder placement meant a certain amount of contortions necessary! There is an upmarket tea selection on the hospitality tray and galette biscuits. The bed was very comfortable. Complimentary water is provided in recyclable glass bottles and shower gel is also in large bottles although no conditioner. Also I would have expected a bathrobe. Furnishings through out are very comfortable and thee are nice design touches. Staff are professional and helpful and will book you taxis. The bar has a very wide range of drinks plus snacks. The restaurant service a modern take on some traditional produce e.g. maple glazed salmon with sweet potato mash. Really liked the sound track i the restaurant. Breakfast is a buffet with freshly cooked options. I arrive late my first night after the restaurant and bar had finished servings but there is also an over night in room dining option as well. Well placed for the airport, ARI and city centre.

We went for my graduation dinner. There had been a mistake with their books and our booking wasn’t there but that didn’t matter to them. They took us into a private dining room and we got excellent private service from the manager Tony. He was so accommodating, chatty and gave top of the range customer service! Him and his staff could not have done a better job. Thank you so much Tony and staff for making my graduation dinner so special. You guys rock 🤩

A pochi minuti da Aberdeen. Prepari a guidare l'autobus o avere una moto disponibile. Hotel rinnovato nel 2021, moderno, pulito interno. Spa include una nuova e pulita camera a vapore e sauna a nessun costo aggiuntivo. Colazione e caffè inglese sono ok.

Great place. Check-in was perfect. The receptionists noticed we had a lot of shopping, so she checked us into a bigger apartment, which we were very grateful for as we had more shopping to do. 1st floor apartment with views over to the Christmas Village. Plenty of room for us both with adequate cooking facilities it had everything you would need for self catering. We did eat out but were very happy to find tins in the cupbpard with tea coffee augar and milk in the fridge. Amazing comfortable bed and pillows. Loved the underfloor heating in the bathroom. the large shower was amazing. Considering the location of these apartments, we were not disturbed in the night with people passing pr coming out the ****** in the early hours. Will definitely recommend it to fellow Shetlanders and look forward to returning
