Lovely hotel lovely breakfast and hassle free check-in and out. Disappointed with the £10 car park charge!!!!

Stavo a Park Inn per un viaggio d'affari, ma dopo aver controllato la mia stanza, mi sono sentito molto male con l'influenza e una temperatura elevata. Sono riuscito a scendere e a ordinare una soppa e a tornare nella mia stanza. La ricezione di Rang ha detto che avrebbe organizzato un po'di acqua fredda per me. Mentre lì, chiesi se potessi prolungare il mio soggiorno per qualche ora, per riposare più, che mi hanno organizzato graziosamente, come non sarebbe stato a partecipare alla conferenza che avevo programmato per il giorno successivo. Ho chiamato la mattina e ho parlato con il responsabile del compito per vedere se potevo portare colazione nella mia stanza, perché non potevo venire a piedi, e hanno messo insieme un cestino con uova sgranate e succo di mele e l'hanno consegnato nella mia stanza. Il servizio in camera non è disponibile in questo hotel, quindi sono andati tutti fuori per aiutarmi. L'equipaggio di questo hotel mi ha preso cura di me quando ero così male e andò oltre quello che si pensava di fare per assicurarmi che io fossi comodo. Non posso ringraziarli abbastanza per l'aiuto e la considerazione che mi hanno dato. Non esitate a prenotare questo hotel, il servizio clienti è stato eccezionale!

Altri sono molto perfetti, il personale di servizio dell'hotel è molto entusiasta e ha domande e risposte.La posizione dell'hotel è nel centro della città, a tre minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria, e ci sono anche molti negozi di comodità intorno.

This was a last minute booking for one night that I started to regret as soon as I checked the reviews. I booked a single room but was given a large spacious room. The room was clean and the location was excellent. I was able to find on street parking next to the hotel and get a taxi within minutes to attend an event nearby. Union square was just across the road with plenty of options for an early morning coffee before returning home.
