This hotel is very clean and smells great—there’s absolutely no cigarette odor. The room has a heated bed and even a heated toilet seat. Everything is electronically controlled, including the curtains. The staff provides excellent service and are very friendly, especially Manager Huang. She speaks English very well, which made communication easy. She took great care of us and was always willing to help. She even called taxis for us multiple times. She truly has a service mind. I was very impressed. If you’re coming to this area, I highly recommend this hotel!

酒店高德直接往景區導，還是自己看地圖找到的，酒店景色不錯，有製氧機，加濕器，但是一千多價格還是需要要求苛刻點，枕頭一邊高一邊低，枕着不舒服，那個智能化系統偶爾有bug，衹有幾個模式，不是單獨控制哪個燈，我當天晚上什麼模式都有幾個燈關不了，後面想了半天，叫語音助手關閉全屋燈光才關上，房間地暖開着沒啥感覺，廁所浴室區域温度有斷層，居然沒有浴霸，廁所比較冷，房間熱，浴巾藏在衣櫃裏，沒提前準備好的話得光着跑出來找，房間用的劍麻的地毯，我家當貓抓板用的，非常紮腳，一時衹想起這些，其他服務這些都還可以，除了稍微有點貴，還是值得推薦的

Ho avuto un ottimo soggiorno in questo hotel! Il valore per i soldi è eccellente, considerando la qualità delle camere. Era molto freddo alla notte, ma si sono accorti di aver girato il riscaldatore della stanza prima della mia arrivo, che era un bel toccamento. We had a great stay at this hotel in Jiuzhaigou! The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, providing a cozy retreat after a long day of exploring. One of the highlights was the outdoor hot tubs, which were perfect for relaxing while enjoying the beautiful surroundings. The location was also fantastic—just a short distance from Jiuzhaigou National Park, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing. Overall, a wonderful place to stay with great amenities and a peaceful atmosphere. Would definitely recommend!

I might say the hotel has the best and worst location ever! Pros: - the hotel staff are very helpful and try to speak english to me as they can. - the room is very beautiful, clean, warm, you can see many mountain! Very peaceful. - the location is in the middle of the scenery, you have to entrance to the Siguniang, take the bus same as other tourist and you have to tell the driver. - Since the location is in the scenery, you have to take 15 minutes from the entrance to the hotel. There is a hotel bus that can pick you up with ur luggage from 15pm. So that means you need to choose whether you will take a luggage with you to drop at the hotel by yourself or tell your private driver to contact the hotel and do it for you. - the hot pot for our dinner is delicious Cons: - There were no food that sell around the hotel! No snack, no minimart, nothing but the hotel. - Everything is really expensive in the hotel, I suggest you buy from outside. Be prepared! - You need to contact the hotel first before you get in. If you are foreigners, it’s quite hard to do it dus to the language problems. - if you once enter to the scenery, you cannot go out. If you go out, you need to buy a new ticket to get in. If I find a peaceful place to stay, I might choose this one. In the middle of the scenery, peaceful mind, nice view, beautiful hotel. But I not recommend for foreigner as it hard to find food, no restaurant except the hotel restaurant that charge you.
