Wir waren im Gasthof zum Schützen zu einer Geburtstagsfeier eingeladen. Hier stimmte wirklich alles. Genügend Parkplätze, schöne, praktische Lokalitäten; ausgezeichnet gute Küche und hochwertige Weine und vor allem – und das möchten wir besonders erwähnen(!) – sehr aufmerksames, freundliches und kompetentes Personal. Der totale Höhepunkt erlebten wir am Schluss der Feier auf dem gegenüberliegenden, gebührenpflichtigen, öffentlichen Parkplatz. Wir mussten vor dem Ticketautomat kurz anstehen (es war Samstagabend!). Ungeahnt sprach uns die vor uns stehende Dame an: «Habt Ihr das Ticket im Gasthof schon entwertet? Gäste vom Gasthof zum Schützen können so während fünf Stunden gratis parkieren!» Nachdem wir das bejahten, sagte sie freundlich: «Ihr könnt gerne vor mir bezahlen!» Weil wir über fünf Stunden lang parkierten, verlangte der Ticketautomat noch eine Kleinigkeit. Während meine Frau und ich in unseren Taschen kurz nach Kleingeld suchten, fütterte die nette Dame den Automaten spontan – und schon hatten wir das Ausfahrtticket in den Händen! Das war doch total sensationell! Diese, zum Gasthof zum Schützen gehörende Dame bemühte sich nach ihrem verdienten Feierabend noch für ihre Gäste!
