We spent two nights on a great package for 55+ patrons. We paid a small upgrade fee to get a sea view room which we considered was excellent value. Overall the room, although dated, was very clean, beds comfortable and generally well appointed for a three star hotel. The quantity and speed of the hot water to the bathroom was probably the best we have experienced over the past twenty years of travel. The views exceptional! Unfortunately the dining experience was not of the same standard. On the first night we were informed that the only dining options was a buffet. Not great fans of buffets at the best of times, we agreed after being assured that there was a'fresh' buffet for our agreed buffet time of 9.30pm. Apparently they had group of 80 for the 7.30 time option. We took the 9.30 option in these Covid times to avoid large groups of people. We are just getting back to dining and travel after a two year absence. Well to say we were disappointed is an understatement. The food offered was appalling. The pork and tuna were just luke warm and over cooked from being kept constantly warm. The fries cold and soggy. Salads look liked the seaguls had attacked. Nothing look appetising at all. Hundreds of fruit flies buzzing around the dessert table. We raised our concerns with the manager who tried his best to explain. A very hard task when you looked at the food on display. We asked about the 'fresh' buffet only to be informed that fresh food is only brought out when the existing plate emptied. A different stiry to the one told in reception when booking. We would have gone somewhere else if we were in a city like Lisbon, but already after 10pm there are no other dining options close by. So the choice was now buffet or no dinner. We weren't even offered room service of a freshly cooked a-la-carte meal. After a long discussion, mainly with my partner who rarely eats meat and only white fish, we were promised a freshly cooked meal of pork and tuna. The chips were great, hot and crispy but the meat and fish just reheated, still only warm and very dry. A complete disappointment Breakfast was a little better the following morning but very limited hot options. Dinner the second night was at a local restaurant only ten minutes walk. Fantastic compared to our first night experience. Fresh, tastier and cheaper too.

Il nostro appartamento era grande e confortevole, la vista era bella, l'equipaggio era professionale e gentile. Il colazione non era grande ma molto delizioso e abbastanza per noi, e è un prodotto locale (spazzo, pasticceria ecc.). Apprezziamo davvero questo hotel e lo consigliamo molto.

Uma agradável surpresa! Ficámos na ala mais recente, com varanda. A construção é contemporânea com materiais modernos, a cama é boa e casa de banho ampla. A área é razoável e existe um pequeno refrigerador. O que mais diferencia é ter o mar a uns 50 metros...e a sensação é a de estar no mar, que se ouve numa intensidade que não incomoda mas que relaxa... Olha-se pela janela e o mar está ali ao lado... O restaurante ainda está mais próximo e é onde o pequeno almoço, muito completo e saboroso é servido! O acesso ao SPA é livre...a piscina é boa, tal como o jacuzzi, banho turco e sauna. Atendimento simpático e qto a higiene, tudo limpo...

Very pretty design hotel about 15min drive from Ericeira town. Located on cliffs with seaviews all around, sleeping with the sound of the ocean and waves breaking. Decor is astonishing and very welcoming - great lobby area to relax and hang out. Terrace overlooking ocean, cliffs and sunset with all kinds of comfy chairs. Hotel has a really nice vibe. Nothing in the neighborhood for now so you need to bring your own wheels. Great heated pool (28C)  in inner courtyard with loungers and surrounded by grasses. Looks awesome and mid november swimming in 28C is really comfortable. No seaview but with the wind around here, you want your pool located out of the wind. Restaurant has a great terrace with beautiful views, large windows so you have awesome views from anywhere. Breakfast is very good with lots of options, including healthy ones. All looks fantastic and tastes really good. We had dinner one night and food was fantastic: my grouper caldeirada style was delicious. Got some creamed spinach on the side and this was the best I ever had. Oysters from Rio Formosa to start with and some sourdough and olives. Staff is incredibly friendly and attentive and cater to every need. We could do an online check-in and indicate at which time we woudl arrive. I indicated 10pm as we had dinner with friends first however they emailed me in the evening and called me as well to ask when we would arrive. I did not have my data on so did not get the email and I do not answer phonecalls from unknown numbers as we get those a lot in HK and they are all bogus marketing calls. Also don’t understand why you ask guests for check-in time during online check-in and then do not read the answer. Hotel is all modern design but that comes with some impractical flaws. Bathroom has a glass wall so you can oversea the sea when showering. There is a room divider parked in front that is see-through. However, when u turn on the lights in the middle of the night in the bathroom, the entire room is flooded with light taking your partner up in the room. There is a minibar but no coffee or tea making facilities, not even a kettle. We did ask for one and got one immediately as I love my cup of tea in the evening. However you would expect some facilities like this in the room. There was a mini bar with alcohol though. Bathrobes are extremely short and small and we are not very tall nor big people. They end above knee and you can’t close them completely and leaves you with a gaping hole all over your thighs Do note the seaview rooms are on the side of the hotel with the service road in front of you: suites have the real seaview. Since it was quiet in the hotel, not a problem but I expect in high season there will be more traffic and people. Balconies have iron railings and when u sit down on the comfy chairs - you look through the dividers and they do the obstruct your view. Looks all nice designy but shame of the obstructing view. All in all a really nice experience and hotel and

Yes, the resort is beautiful but the basic rooms are small and only some have ocean views. The bathroom area is tiny and there is no counter space. There are also no qtips, cotton pads or slippers and the shower door leaks. However, the soap, shampoo and body lotion that are provided smell very nice. Also the rooms that are off of the main building are surrounded by hedges and trees and I noticed a few bugs in my room perhaps because of this natural environment. The safe in the room was not connected to anything so we had to keep our valuables with us at all times. The beds were comfortable and the food at breakfast was delicious however the restaurant is expensive and the wine list unnecessarily so; you're better off eating at one of the nice local spots in town. The gym was also surprisingly minimal and lacking in equipment especially considering this is a ”wellness” resort. Also frustrating was that the pool wasn't heated and the deck area, though pretty, was very windy. You also have to walk through the restaurant in order to get to the pool which just seems odd. The staff were friendly and the yoga instructor was great. I also found the manager, Mafalda, was helpful in making reservations for where to eat in town and which beaches to check out. Overall the hotel is pricey for what it is. It is also not in Ericeira but is a 15 minute drive north of the town. There are only 10 parking spots at the hotel, otherwise you have to park up a hill off the property.

Pequeno hotel de 2 estrelas com atendimento 5 estrelas. Tem tudo o que é necessário para um estadia de 2/3 dias, uma piscina que faz as maravilhas dos miúdos, o staff é MARAVILHOSO e é um hotel pet friendly. Pequeno-almoço adequado, quartos limpos e confortáveis. Recomendo!
