Hotel in zona Beitou Hot Spring Area, Taipei

Questa è la mia terza visita. L'hotel è a meno di 5 minuti dall'uscita della stazione di Xinbeitou. La camera è spaziosa e confortevole e dispone di bagni termali, bagni turchi e saune ampia zona balneare. Ci sono molte scelte per la colazione e l'ambiente è molto confortevole Ci sono anche molti ristoranti (come quello bimestrale consigliato dalla Michelin) e caffetterie nelle vicinanze.

Quite an enjoyable stay other than a few hiccups. The hotel is not visible from Xin Beitou Station. First look out for Kentucky and follow it's direction, then check for Starbucks (Guangming branch), then 300m ahead, you will see this hotel. There are many routes near Station so was quite confusing. The hotel room is clean, bed is comfy with very good back support for me, provided 4 pillows which is wonderful. The room I was assigned to was a little noisy as it faces the main road. The sound proof was not too good for that room and periodically could hear water flushing sound. We managed to change to another room upon request. Hotel front desk customer service representatives were very friendly and helpful throughout. The hotel provides bottled drinking water and snacks (surprisingly it is tasty). Our in-room private onsen was satisfying. It's good for one person (big sized 🤣), water supply was strong and hot enough. Could adjust the hotness. Very comfortable. I like the fragrance of their shampoo and bodywash. It has warm toilet seat, very comfortable in the morning and during winter. Minus point is : washroom does not have enough railings to hang clothings so got to put on the washing basin side table which I don't like (just my personal preference). The bedside does not have any power socket so it is very inconvenient for phone charging at night. We forgot to bring our international adapter this round and we could borrow from the reception. WIFI in room is great! Location of hotel is moderate walk to Beitou Hotspring Museum, Green Museum and Thermal Valley. Surroundings has numerous eateries and cafe. Breakfast spread is acceptable. Quite a lot of variety to choose from. It is an old building with some parts probably unable to refurbish well. The in-door public onsen (lady) has a few pools, hot and cold, steam/sauna room. One of the pools has jacuzzi so I enjoyed the most in this pool. I visited in the late evening, so it was quiet with less than 10 pax in the facility.

Good hotel stay. Staying at the hotel makes it quite convenient to enjoy the hot springs. Each room has its own private bath tub with hot spring water. I liked the breakfast buffet options. They have light meal options for vegetarians such as congee and salad. All the food items are clearly labeled so it's easy for me to know what I can eat as a vegetarian. I think the staff might be overworked due to the large volume of day hot spring visitors. Maybe management should have more manpower planned so the current staff are not exhausted. The shuttle bus makes it easy to get around as the hotel is quite a way from the train station.

La posizione dell'hotel è tranquilla,  Scegliamo sei camere, le camere sono grandi e comode, e la struttura della casa familiare è grande spazio per disturbi fisici e mentali. Inoltre,  attrezzature di lavaggio per persone con disturbi fisici e mentali; spazio per bagno e spazio per camera non è pieno di spazio. Il migliore è che la colazione è deliziosa e deliziosa.👍

The facility and the service was very good but the location of the hotel is not good because it is little bit far from the heart of Taipei

Posizione: vicino al centro di calore di North Ling, è un buon posto per visitare la zona di calore di North Ling.E'molto lontano dalla stazione, quindi è difficile trasferirsi all'aeroporto di Liu Jiangyuan l'ultimo giorno!Haha Personale: inglese ◎ Hanno anche parlato semplice giapponese, sono tutti un personale buono e facile da parlare. Camera: calda △ Il bagno e la stanza sono in generale molto puliti, per il normale scopo di viaggio ◎ Il mio obiettivo è caldo, quindi ① Il carbone è troppo grande, è difficile regolare la quantità di acqua calda, non riesco a sentire il movimento libero ② Pensavo che il carbone non fosse pulito e la stanza era fuori. Questi due punti non sono soddisfatti con la biancheria, quindi sono 3/5. Penso che sia una buona stanza, se sei in viaggio normale, non c'è problema.

Il loro servizio è incredibilmente fantastico. Vorrei poter rimanere lì per qualche notte. Quando entrate, vi serviranno fino a quando non lasciate l'hotel. Ci hanno aiutato a prenotare un'auto e a controllare se c'è un camion nelle stazioni, quindi non dobbiamo camminare a lungo e raccogliere il nostro bagaglio di nuovo, come sta piovendo.

This was our second stay at the hotel, and overall, we had another lovely experience as a family. The facilities continue to impress — everything feels new, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. The kids especially enjoyed the game room, and we all appreciated the relaxing hot spring and outdoor pool. Cleanliness was absolutely five-star, and the service remained warm and welcoming, just as we remembered. The only small letdown compared to our previous visit was the happy hour. Last time, there was a wider variety of food and fun little games and prizes for the kids, which added a special touch. This time, the offerings were noticeably scaled back, with only a few snacks and no kid-friendly extras.

L'hotel è situato a una distanza considerevole dalla stazione MRT, ma il servizio di autobus di navetta fornito dall'hotel aggiunge un livello di comodità per gli ospiti. Inoltre, la sua posizione è a pochi passi dal Thermal Valley, rendendolo facilmente accessibile. Uno dei limiti è che la stanza manca una finestra, che può portare ad un'atmosfera stufa, soprattutto dopo aver goduto di un bagno caldo di primavera.

Nice hotel, great and helpful staff and delicious breakfast , our room has been upgraded due to our long stay. Very good location , quite many stores and restaurants nearby
