Ben oltre le mie aspettative. La signora dell'hotel si è presa cura di me fin dal primo giorno, anche il servizio di ritiro è stato gratuito. La stanza era immacolata, fornita di tutto ciò di cui si potrebbe aver bisogno (e anche di più) ossigeno, asciugatrice Dyson, riscaldamento a pavimento e un letto super comodo. Situato in una posizione perfetta nel centro storico, è fantastico per rilassarsi ed esplorare a piedi.
Un grande ringraziamento a quella straordinaria signora (scusate, non ho capito il suo nome). Per me, ne è valsa assolutamente la pena.

Ho trascorso un soggiorno davvero memorabile in questo hotel, grazie al servizio eccezionale offerto dal personale, che, pur non parlando inglese, ha fatto del suo meglio per comunicare tramite WeChat e tradurre. Dal momento del mio arrivo, si sono impegnati al massimo per garantire che tutto fosse curato nei minimi dettagli. Ciò che mi ha davvero colpito è stato il modo in cui mi hanno aiutato a organizzare il trasporto per il mio viaggio a Lijiang e hanno persino coordinato il mio trasferimento per il tour di Balagezong.
Il giorno del mio viaggio a Balagezong, il personale mi ha accompagnato personalmente in motocicletta alla stazione degli autobus più vicina per assicurarsi che prendessi l'autobus giusto in tempo, cosa che non mi sarei mai aspettato, ma che ho apprezzato molto. Questo livello di cura e attenzione ha reso il mio viaggio tranquillo e senza stress.
L'hotel in sé era pulito, confortevole e accogliente, ma è il servizio cordiale e genuinamente disponibile che lo ha reso speciale. Altamente consigliato a chiunque viaggi nella zona e apprezzi l'ospitalità che viene dal cuore.
Per gli amici musulmani, a pochi passi dall'hotel c'è un ristorante musulmano nelle vicinanze.

XXiaoyaoyudianMentre stavo per prenotare ho scoperto che in albergo non c'era l'aria condizionata e confusa ho letto le recensioni e mi hanno detto che non faceva freddo quindi ho pensato che andava bene se ci fosse il riscaldamento a pavimento. Dopo aver fatto il check-in in hotel, sono rimasto davvero sorpreso. L'esterno è proprio come piace a me. Il proprietario è gentile e la camera è ben attrezzata. Tutta la stanza è molto calda con il riscaldamento a pavimento acceso. Quando si aprono le tende, si vedono le montagne innevate sul lato opposto, purtroppo le nuvole erano fitte e stamattina non abbiamo potuto vedere l'alba.

JJaquelyn MolloyI love this little place. Each room is an individual villas / rooms with its own bathroom. Standing on its own with lots of space between each villas. It feels as if we are on our own with no one next to us but the wide open skies. The property is nestled in the nature amongst the local farmers and we got to experience a milking a cow on one of the home farmers backyard. My girls 10 & 12 thoroughly enjoyed the experience. We got to bring the milk back to the property and the staff helped us to treat the milk before serving it to us for consumption. It was a shame that we are a month too early for the mushroom picking experience (Shangri-La being on a higher altitude)
My girls roamed the ”neighbourhood” outside the property with their walkie talkies and were just playing with the neighbours / farmers chicken , cows, lambs and horses. They had a ball. Within the property itself, there are 3 dogs who will visit you at your villa or at the reception / dining area (when food is served) at all times of the day. They are so friendly and my girls thoroughly enjoyed their company. There is also a horse on the property who roams around freely.
The staff is so accommodating to our needs. The property is about 20 mins out from city centre and we can organise a driver with the property to pick us up and drop us off.
We were driven by the owner of the property on multiple occasions and always just text them about 30-1 hour in advance (depending on where we are). It was nice to have that option. sometimes it's easier to have a familiar face and because we spoke mandarin, it was also nice to be able to converse with the same person .
Breakfast was scrumptious in my opinion and we get an option of noodles or rice porridge and condiments to go with. You can request for dinner as well and they will ask you during the day etc. although wild mushroom hot pot (their speciality in the area) needs to be prepared one day in advance.
It is a very special place and as we were leaving the owner is installing new furniture to the rooms and also a new structure for an outdoor BBQ space.
This is a very special place and i think we will come back again very soon!!

The location of the hotel is unbeatable. It’s a stone throw away from 四方街, the busiest part of the ancient city where you can find a lot of restaurants and shops on the streets around it. 6 mins walk from Mù fǔ which you shouldn’t miss if you are interested in history, 15 mins walk from Zhōngyì farm produce market & night market.
Before arrival, the hotel manager 唐皓 was absolutely responsive to my enquiry. He advised me on our itinerary. His recommendation for hotel in Shangri-la, restaurants in Lijang and the 土司宴 in Ancient town of Dukezong is excellent.
The private car charter for jade dragon snow mountain day trip he arranged for us is very good. The driver made it very convenient for us as he always dropped us off at the nearest spots possible to the entrances for 藍月谷 and ropeway.
With the hotel manager’s help, our trip is hassle free. He even helped us pay in advance for the jade dragon snow mountain ropeway tickets & private car charter. He secured a very good time slot 10:30am for the ropeway for us.
We stayed in the biggest room with fantastic view of the ancient city and mountains for our first night there. The room was very spacious. We are two adults and one child. The hotel manager was so thoughtful that he added a single bed to the room for free.
We returned to the hotel again after our 2 days and 1 night trip to Shangri-la. This time, we stayed in the other room which has a big bath tub with view of the ancient city and the mountains and the bath tub can fit two. My son and my husband had a great bath soak together. I got to see sunrise sitting comfortably in the room.
He and his crew are so friendly and hospitable. They carried our suitcases for us to go up and down the stairs from car drop off & pickup points to go to the hotel.
Breakfast was delicious. The only miss is that coffee is not included in the breakfast.

BbianQuesto è l'hotel più soddisfacente in cui ho soggiornato durante il mio viaggio nello Yunnan. Anche se l'hardware dell'hotel è un po' datato, lo stile decorativo tibetano, i dettagli igienici e il livello di servizio del personale sono tutti molto buoni! Per la colazione c'è molta scelta e anche la zuppa di yak preparata dal ristorante per la cena è deliziosa. Ti consiglio di provarlo! Un ringraziamento speciale alla reception e a Hua per il loro servizio premuroso. La prossima volta che andrò allo Shangri-La sceglierò di nuovo questo posto!

UUtente ospiteSituato vicino al Tempio di Dafu. Dalla finestra dell'alloggio è possibile vedere il tempio nella sua interezza. Per entrare bisogna camminare un po' più avanti nel vicolo. Ma è considerato conveniente. Vicino a vari luoghi turistici Il proprietario offre un ottimo servizio, la stanza è grande, ma deve essere una coppia o amici molto intimi. Perché il bagno è aperto Ci sono solo tende sottili. Ma il bagno con doccia è separato.

VVeronicaThis is the best hotel in Shangri-La, Napahai area. We looks like live in a rural area where ships, cow and horse pass by in front of our room door, with the beautiful grassland.
But the amazing things, they have very good and clean bed, dyson hair drier, smart toilet, washing machine, projector tv and automatic screen. Feels like stay in 5 star hotel.
The owner is really nice too.

UUtente ospiteSono andato a Shangri-La per sciare e ho soggiornato in questo hotel con una motoslitta. Era così comodo. Dopo aver sciato, potrete immergervi gratuitamente nelle sorgenti termali per alleviare la stanchezza.
Al mattino presto, potrete ammirare il sole dorato del monte innevato Shika dalla piscina a sfioro sul tetto dell'hotel.
La hall dell'hotel è molto spaziosa e c'è una lavanderia bella e pulita.
Anche il direttore dell'hotel è un appassionato di sci. È molto entusiasta e fornisce un buon servizio. Parlami della stazione sciistica Shangri-La e dei tanti percorsi interessanti che la circondano, il che è fantastico. Ci vogliono circa 20 minuti di auto dall'hotel alla stazione sciistica (non ci sono semafori lungo il percorso), il che è molto comodo. Il prezzo di 80 yuan per una settimana bianca è davvero conveniente.

📌Hardware: le strutture hardware visibili come la disposizione, l'architettura e i servizi igienico-sanitari dell'intero hotel sono degni della parola ”Songzan”. Il suo stile solenne è abbastanza confortevole.
📌Software:
① Il suo software (ovvero il servizio) è davvero degno di lode e la risposta è estremamente rapida.
Poiché siamo arrivati quasi alle 16, eravamo affamati e abbiamo dovuto fare le valigie. Abbiamo tenuto il telefono e abbiamo chiesto al cameriere di consegnare il tè pomeridiano in camera; anche la velocità di convocazione dell'auto a batteria è stata molto veloce; del personale di servizio comunicavano tra loro. La stanza è molto confortevole (almeno penso che sia molto buona, né troppo vicina né troppo lontana).
② Sono molto curioso, come funzionano il sistema di formazione e il sistema operativo di Songtsan? L'”Haidilao” del settore alberghiero?
③ L'hardware è facile da imparare. Le strutture hardware degli hotel in molti posti sono migliori di quelle di ”Songtsam”, ma il software è molto diverso e alcune cose non possono essere apprese. Alcune cose spiacevoli accadono sempre quando si soggiorna in tali strutture. proclamati hotel di lusso. Per problemi così piccoli, molte volte non si può che rendersi un po' più ”buddisti”.
