"Our family of 6, stay from 22-24/02/25.
Good location, Walking distant for eateries & shopping at Wanda Plaza.
Free pickup for max 4 person to & from train station's but we did not able to have the pickup cos they have lunch break.
We had the transport to train station, after dropping off one of us realised that his backpacks with passport was missing.
The train security officer was very helpful, contact Lisheng Ruixuan Hotel for us & found that it was left in the hotel room.
Immediately Lisheng Ruixuan staff send the backpacks to the train station for us.
We were very grateful for their extended service.
We enjoy our days in Meizhou, nice food & thanks to those helpful people we met!"

"The hotel located near to the Hakka Park, but bit far from the main entrance to outside area. It's not convenient for the elderly people or who can't walk up and down the slope. Hotel should have a buggy to bring the hotel guests to go down to the main entrance area. Hotel staff are not helpful. The customer service of hotel should be improved."

"Abbiamo avuto una grande esperienza e saremmo rimasti qui. Winnie, al divano frontale, ha accolto il nostro check-in precoce in richiesta e ci ha anche dato un aggiornamento di stanza. La stanza era pulita senza spot. Il letto era che il magico equilibrio tra figo e morbido e le mutande erano comode. Il colazione aveva una buona varietà. L'hotel ha un'atmosfera buona e è proprio accanto a un centro commerciale. Era il luogo perfetto per noi per rilassarci dopo un lungo giorno."

"La mia prima visita a Meizhou City, casa della gente di Hakka. Stavo a Days Hotel. Direi che questo posto offre un grande valore per il vostro soggiorno. La stanza è grande per confronto. L'hotel dispone di una stanza di lavanderia sul secondo piano e tutto quello che dovete fare è di mettere il lavandino nel lavastoviglie e lasciare una nota con il numero e il tipo di lavanderia della stanza. Un assistente finirà il ciclo di lavaggio e asciugatura, piega i vestiti e vi consegnano in un bellissimo sacchetto di lavanderia.
Il mio amico che viaggiava si lamentava dell'odore di fumo nella sua stanza. L'hotel era scusato e gli aveva immediatamente organizzato una camera più grande. Il direttore di servizio si è attento a noi e ci ha parlato ogni volta che ci vedeva. Parla di servizio personalizzato.
Localizzazione intelligente, trovo che Days siano piuttosto vicini a tutti i luoghi di visibilità e di cibo che ho scelto. Poiché la città non ha un metro e l'autobus arriva in intervalli piuttosto lunghi, la posizione diventa più importante. Fortunatamente, il viaggio è facile e economico a Meizhou.
In futuro, io intendo tornare a Meizhou, rimango in giorni."

"This was our first time visiting Meizhou; understand this hotel was opened 6 weeks ago (early Oct). The rooms were good size, beds & pillows were firmed, showers had great water pressure. However, their air conditioning weren’t working so we had to open the windows and curtains — the hotel across had lots of lights and the streets are noisy so we weren’t able to sleep well.
We also picked to have buffet breakfasts at the hotel which was supposed to be available from 7 am to 10 am. They were still bringing out foods out at 7:15 am. Selections were ok but coffees made from the coffee machines were not hot enough.
Overall happy with our stay of 2 nights."

"We travelled in a group of 8 people and we came back here because some of us had stayed at this hotel on previous occasions. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Even though not all the staff at the reception are fluent in English, they will go out of their way to assist you through the use of Wechat or a translate app. I cannot reallly comment on the breakfast as I only had coffee … freshly grinded beans and drip which was good. Some rooms had the smell of cigarette and so it would be nice if the hotel could cater for non smoking rooms. Beds were comfortable, Overall we had a pleasant stay."

Hanno aggiornato entrambe le nostre camere per il Deluxe Executive, e ogni membro del personale dal conducente, la squadra di ricezione, al personale di custodia era incredibilmente gentile, professionale e attento. Il popolo di Meizhou è così caldo e genuino apprezzamento dei discendenti di Hakka che tornano alle loro radici. Puoi davvero sentire un'energia divina speciale in questa bella provincia.

國慶期間一行8大人3小孩訂了一套別墅和一間親子房。槽點不少：1、別墅面積出乎意料的小，尤其是沒有客廳，衹有入門一塊不到10平方的公共區域，擠不下6個人，圍坐沖個茶都費勁；除了一套木沙發，各個房間都沒有可自由移動的椅子，人多根本不夠坐。2、雖然酒店很新，但處處透着一股快倒閉破產的窘迫感，體現在裝修用料廉價、客房服務業餘、餐飲極其簡陋上，掛着五星級的牌子，但在這三方面連三星都不如。3、温泉池、游泳池水肉眼可見不太乾淨，經過兩天的觀察，沒見正經維護過。除此之外，酒店的建築風格整體是不錯的，看得出設計上的用心。温泉池數量多，小童水上玩樂設施也足夠，漂流河很有特色，躺在泳圈上窩囊式慢漂特別有鬆弛感。母親大人説下次還去，那就希望下次去的時候各方面都能夠有所改善吧！

1. It’s far in the mountain, very inaccessible, you must have car, there is no public transport there. we got a driver from the resort’s recommendation, which is very good.
2. No restaurant/food options nearby, we rely on the manager/caretaker, she cooks extremely well, we enjoyed breakfast and dinner there, authentic Hakka food.
3. Rooms are very clean and nice. AI controlled lighting system, automatic toilet, heating tower rack which makes towels warm.
4. Views are excellent, perfect for seeing sun rise.
its nice to have a staycation here, the manager is a friendly and capable Hakka woman.

Not suitable for light sleepers. No soundproofing or management of noisy, inconsiderate guests who gathered in room and talk loudly at night.
Parking is limited. Care needed when driving as hotel is next to a school with many school kids or people gathered at hotel entrance or parking area.
Reception is welcoming with good service attitude. Rooms are clean and spacious with disposable towels and toiletries provided.
Location is good at central area. Eateries and shops within walking distance

JJeffrey百侯山庄 is truly a gem addition to the town.
The property is very well maintained, peaceful and tranquil. Everyone from front office, kitchen, security and housekeeping are like family and we had many lovely conversations with them. Special thanks to the chef for our daily breakfast who cooked up all the lovely Hakka dishes and even treated us to a special one on our last day.
The climb to the top of the hill at the back of the property is well recommended if you have the stamina as the view is beautiful. Location wise is ideal as 百侯镇 is just across the road as well as 田园农庄 around 600m up from the right of the property serves very tasty Hakka food definitely worth the walk up. Overall our trip back to the ancestral hometown has been made perfect with our stay here.
Just want to say thank you to all the staff at 百侯山庄 for making this a complete and memorable trip!

UUtente ospite酒店挺新的，住着很舒服，房間功能分區明顯，因為是商務出差，訂的雙人間，兩個人住在一間洗涑各方面都不會影響。最驚喜的是房間冰箱內居然有額外6瓶礦泉水。房間特安靜，周邊2公里範圍內有一個商場，步行過去大概10來分鐘很便捷。前台的工作人員也很專業，耐心解答各種問題。基本上每年都會來幾次梅州出差，住過其他酒店，目前覺得性價比最高的還是這家全季，主要是住着舒適又很便捷。
