Troverete gemme nascoste in tutto l'hotel. Salone, Spa, e terrazza. Controlla l'ascensore. Era piacevolmente sorpreso che usassero L'Occitane per le loro attrazioni nel bagno. Sicuramente vogliono tornare.

My family and I just recently returned from vacation in which Bratislava was a part of. We were celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary and we started in Budapest, traveled by train to Bratislava and then onto Prague. Little did we know that Bratislava would be a Highlight of our trip! Namely, Jana, the hotel concierge Holds the distinction of being one of the best we have seen in any of the Marriott hotels. We are lifetime platinum members and have traveled extensively so this is saying a lot! She made us feel so special! So much so, that we are encouraging our friends not to skip over Bratislava when traveling from Budapest to Prague. Jana was our resource guide, our travel planner, and idea generator! Jana received our many emails of questions with excitement and enthusiasm. She responded very quickly, comprehensively and with valuable suggestions and tips to ensure we would enjoy our stay in Bratislava. She helped us navigate the train system, detailing times and cost and basically did all the work for us and then arranged to have us picked up at the station and then dropped off-always with a gigantic smile! After she arranged to have us picked up at the train, she greeted us in the hotel lobby with welcomed refreshments. Upon learning of our celebrating our anniversary, she gave us a wonderful riverside suite complete with champagne and delicious macarons! No detail was overlooked. Jana emailed us details regarding where to dine and what to do and then made all the arrangements-reservations for us. All we had to do was show up. What a pleasure! And she checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. We enjoyed your beautiful and elegant hotel, especially breakfast which was very elaborate. Our daughter tells everyone that Bratislava was the highlight of our trip. Such an unexpected delight! We all felt that Jana played a huge role in our enjoyment of your fine hotel and wonderful historic city. You are very lucky to have such a true professional, in Jana. Crisp, professional staff give shine to this older hotel. I have been staying at this hotel for business since August, 2021. The staff provided gracious service during the first Summer of post Covid travel. I was staying for six weeks and they provided a larger room since I would be with them so long. I have stayed there many times since and have always enjoyed a wonderful stay.

Non capiamo le recensioni negative sul tema, c'erano solo due asciugamani per stanza e cose di questo tipo, negli Ibis é sempre così, rimarcarlo non ha senso. Questo é un buon Ibis nel centro di Bratislava. a piedi si raggiungono tutti i siti principali dal centro storico al Castello, a Slavin, molto comodo anche raggiungere in pochi minuti la fermata bus sotto il ponte nuovo da cui partono i Flixbus per Vienna. Sicuramente consigliato. Garage a pagamento. Check in e out veloci con personale gentile.

Appena entrati si è accolti da un gradevole profumo che ti accompagna negli spazi comuni. La gentilezza e professionalità dei ragazzi alla reception e del personale è ottima. Stanza molto spaziosa e arredata con gusto in stile classico. Letto molto comodo. Il bagno è spazioso, vasca, doccia e wc sono separati. La colazione viene servita in una bellissima sala ed è molto varia, sia nel dolce che nel salato. Molto carina la biblioteca e i locali in comune. Abbiamo usufruito del servizio SPA che consiglio. Veramente un'ottima esperienza!

Che hotel meraviglioso! Nessuno era troppo! Il personale era amichevole e utile. Con un viaggiatore di toddler è sempre divertente, ma questo hotel è al centro della vecchia città così perfettamente situato quando dovevamo tornare per un giorno di mezzo. Il colazione era semplice ma delizioso situato in basso era un bel set. Mi sentivo molto domestico. La stanza era pulita e mi piacevano le sacchette di caffè istantanee! Il punto che mi piaceva più dell'hotel era la zona di lettura che era tranquilla e che forniva il posto perfetto per sedersi e rilassarsi dopo un giorno di lavoro. Ciò significava anche che potevo sedersi e leggere mentre mia figlia dormiva.

L’albergo è tanto anonimo esternamente quanto carino internamente. Si trova a due passi dal centro storico e dal castello di Bratislava. Le camere sono spaziose, luminose e pulite. Arredate particolarmente, i bagni sono anch’essi belli e grandi. La colazione è abbondante e ricca, sia di dolce che di salato, con possibilità di prepararsi i waffle e con una chef che cucina omelette espresse per chi lo desidera. È presente un parcheggio sotterraneo al prezzo di 20 euro al giorno.

Molto bello, certi dettagli poco curati, la luce in corridoio prima della nostra stanza era rotta l abbiamo segnalato il primo giorno e dopo due giorni ancora non avevano risolto il problema e dovevamo usare la torcia del cellulare per vederci. Stanza gigantesca con salotto e cucina, letto molto comodo ma senza prese vicino al letto Personale in reception abbastanza cordiale, tranne quando il giorno prima di arrivare avevo telefonato per prenotare una camera in più per un amico che si sarebbe aggiunto e mi è stato detto di sbrigarmi che non aveva tempo di stare al telefono che aveva altro da fare, non serve dire che il mio amico ha scelto un altra sistemazione 20 metri più avanti dove si è trovato bene.

Passare dalla stazione ferroviaria all'hotel, solo dieci minuti.L'hotel va al giardino del palazzo presidenziale, solo due minuti a piedi, e le principali attrazioni della vecchia città sono solo più di dieci minuti di passo, quindi vivere in questo hotel può basta per completare l'intero punto di vista senza mezzi di trasporto. La decorazione della stanza dell'hotel è molto speciale, a differenza di altri hotel comuni, sono molto stupefacente.Bevande in minibar,  sono incluse nel noleggio, senza alcun pagamento diverso.La colazione di autobus dell'hotel è buona.Ho sempre consigliato ai viaggiatori di questa città!

Hotel was nice! Pretty comfortable stay, cosy room, little outdated, but overall happy with it! Clean, presentable and main thing was air conditioning! I’ve booked it in summer, so air conditioning was a must! In Slovakia, it gets uncomfortably hot during summer months, so booking a hotel without aircon, would be a terrible mistake! Our room, was a family room and costed over €100 a night, which was pretty pricey, for what it was, but there was nothing wrong with it! Just a little overpriced for what it was. Would definitely stay again, probably would book more in advance, to get better deal.

4-16-2022 This is a nice hotel nestled in the neighborhood of Bratislava on the hill. My room had a Garden which was beautiful. The views of the local neighborhood and the Bratislava Castle sitting on the hill was a night sight in the evening and especially in the morning. The property and the neighborhood was very quite. So you will rest well. Bratislava central station is only a mile away. The slavin monument is up the hill a half a mile away. Old town is short walk down the hill as well. The room was very clean and cozy. I would stay their again.

Ottima anche la possibilità di usufruire del parcheggio interrato, anche se piccolino e con pochi posti disponibili: abbiamo dovuto attendere la partenza di alcuni ospiti per poter posteggiare, nonostante la richiesta anticipata on Line. Colazione soddisfacente con possibilità di scelta tra salato e dolce. Stanza standard sufficientemente comoda e ben attrezzata, letti comodi. Bagno nella norma. Questo hotel si trova in una posizione molto grande - direttamente vicino al fiume, una delle principali stazioni di autobus intorno all'angolo e a destra sul bordo della Old Town. Aveva prenotato una camera unica e mentre il letto era un grande singolo e confortevole, era annoiante tutto il resto della stanza ha preso l’approccio “singola” all’estremo - una borsa di caffè, una muffa, una bottiglia di gel da doccia, ecc. Il minibar era stato conservato, e tutto il resto nella camera era decente.La TV era grande e aveva un gran numero di canali di lingua inglese, socket elettrici accanto al letto, era tranquilla con vista decente e il bagno era senza spot. Il bar sul pavimento è un bel retro, aperto molto tardi e con una vasta gamma di opzioni per bere. Esso permette il fumo, ma non è troppo fastidioso e ha un'atmosfera veramente tradizionale con un grande personale. Non ho avuto la possibilità di campionare il ristorante, ma se la terrazza esterna fosse stata aperta, sarebbe stato un buon posto per guardare il mondo andare avanti. In generale, è una scelta decente se si vuole rimanere in un posto migliore e io avrei scelto felicemente di nuovo.

Le camere non sono come in foto...ho chiesto un cambio camera dalla 25 assegnatami alla 22 che non era comunque quella da me prenotata. Ingresso ed ascensore fatiscenti, lenzuola sporche, materassi tutti gorati e sporchi. Le tende non riparano dalla luce quindi non si riesce a dormire, La camera durante il soggiorno non viene pulita e i letti non vengono fatti viene effettuato soltanto il cambio degli asciugamani. Le signore delle pulizie trasportano le lenzuola e gli asciugamani puliti per i cambi dentro le buste blu della Ikea senza essere imballati e questi puntualmente finiscono per terra sui pianerottoli. Unica cosa positiva il frigo in camera.Meglio pernottare all'ostello della gioventù. Colazione varia ma prodotti di bassa qualità. Sensazione di sporco e mancanza totale di igiene.

Struttura datata con mobilio vecchio e stanze da rimodernare con pareti sottili. Servizi minimi indispensabili: doccia calda, letto abbastanza comodo, frigobar in camera, tv ( ma solo canali slovacchi) nessun kit di cortesia! Solo sapone per le mani. Ho soggiornato 2 notti, ma la sera del secondo giorno di ritorno dalla città non ho trovato né il letto fatto né il cambio asciugamani (meno male che non le avevamo buttate a terra ma lasciate ai ganci). Se il cambio era previsto ogni 2 giorni senza saperlo, almeno il letto fatto era il minimo… cmq… Nonostante questo però personale gentile cordiale e disponibile per ogni info o esigenza. Parlano perfettamente inglese. Possibilità di noleggiare phon se sprovvisti. Colazione non saprei dirvi perché non usufruita. Struttura situata a 2 km dal centro (1 km dalla stazione ferroviaria) ma ben collegata con i bus ( fermata a 200 metri salendo su per la salita di fianco l’hotel ma lato sinistro) con il bus 42 in soli 5 minuti vi troverete davanti al palazzo presidenziale. Una volta lí consigliato la bekey Pancake x fare una buona colazione! E poi via con il tour per Bratislava. Hotel ideale per turisti che passano tutta la giornata in giro per la città e tornano solo per doccia e dormire. Non ideale per lunghi soggiorni direi… Qualità prezzo rispettata nonostante tutto! Consigliato!

Questo appartamento è molto conveniente rispetto al centro storico della città. L'appartamento era spazioso e completo, con una cucina ben arredata. Prima parcheggio sotto l'hotel e piacevole (pulizia) servizio e un bel colazione curata. Un consigliere per un viaggio in città per questa splendida città che si trova a Vienna in termini di prezzo , comfort e sorprese culturali è sopra. Al di fuori della città antica il Danubio Meulenstein Art Museum è situato al Danubio un consigliere assoluto!

Crisp, professional staff give shine to this older hotel. I have been staying at this hotel for business since August, 2021. The staff provided gracious service during the first Summer of post Covid travel. I was staying for six weeks and they provided a larger room since I would be with them so long. I have stayed there many times since and have always enjoyed a wonderful stay.

L'hotel si trova in un'ottima posizione, vicino al centro città per esplorare e vicino alla stazione ferroviaria. La camera era spaziosa e molto pulita. Era ben attrezzato con articoli da toeletta e asciugamani. Il letto era molto comodo. Il minibar è dotato di vino della propria cantina. Mi è piaciuto molto il bagno privato e la toilette separati. Reception aperta 24 ore su 24 e personale della reception molto cordiale e disponibile. Buona colazione.
