Where to start? Nathalie was absolutely wonderful. She made us feel incredibly welcome, and provides the most amazing breakfasts, all fresh and much of it home made. (The fig jam was out of this world!) She showed us around her beautiful gardens, with the troglodyte caves - really fascinating, and the pool looked so inviting - just a shame it wasn’t quite hot enough for us to dare a dip. The room was lovely, plenty of space and the bed was really, really comfortable. Plenty of hot water too, which isn’t always guaranteed in a b&b. Nathalie was very knowledgeable about the local area, and recommended plenty of places to eat and to visit. An all round perfect host and home, we really didn’t want to leave. But we will be back - and we’ll have practiced our French a LOT more when we return!

C’est un endroit tranquille pas de bruit il y a un parking juste devant merci

Salve, Voglio informarvi della mia più grande insoddisfazione per quanto riguarda la campagna di Saumur. Mi sono recata in questo hotel mercoledì 19 alla sera dopo aver prenotato sull'applicazione prenotazione questo hotel. Quando ho prenotato per telefono tramite l'app booking, ho ricevuto un messaggio che mi ha detto che c'era un problema di rete e che dovevo ricominciare. Quindi ho fatto una seconda prenotazione. Quando sono arrivato all'hotel, ho notato la doppia prenotazione e ho avvertito la receptionista fin dal mio arrivo, cioè 5 minuti dopo aver fatto la prenotazione online. La Commissione mi ha detto di notare il problema e che la direzione sarebbe disponibile il mattino successivo al checkout per parlarne, e questo è fatto il mattino successivo al checkout, che mi chiede di vedere con Booking. Chiamero' Booking in folla, che mi dice di avere bisogno dell'accordo dell'hoteliere, ma il problema è che il direttore non vuole rimborsarmi questa seconda camera, sostenendo che ho fatto una prenotazione non rimborsabile non cancellabile. Ho cercato di chiamarlo per telefono per parlarne con lui. Non voleva sentirlo. Oppure dire comunque il suo capo direbbe no perché gestisce 7.500 hotel. Non posso soddisfare questa risposta. L'albergo non è serio.
