L'hotel è un buon hotel, l'hardware è ok, non eccezionale ma è una corona qualificata. La posizione è eccellente e c'è un bus navetta per la base dei panda. È la scelta migliore per portare i bambini. I gestori della reception e della hall sono entrambi bravi e hanno risolto attivamente qualsiasi spiacevolezza verificatasi. Il prossimo passo è rafforzare la formazione dei portieri. Le cose degli ospiti sono più costose di quanto ci si potrebbe aspettare, e gli ospiti che arrivano tardi in hotel sono anche ospiti con bambini e anziani, anche se si fermano solo per una notte, non sono inferiori agli ospiti che celebrano un matrimonio l'albergo. Devi ascoltare le richieste ragionevoli dei tuoi ospiti e non prendere le tue decisioni.

This resort is nothing short of amazing and I would definitely rate this resort 10/10! I have a young toddler aged 18MO & elderly parents above 70YO during this stay and we absolutely loved our stay here. Value-for-money (we stayed during off-peak season, weekday, about RMB1000/night for our original room type), relatively new, clean & big rooms. Some noteworthy details: - Service is top-notched. Staff were friendly & very helpful. We could see that they really put in their heart into the work they do. They even gave our little one a panda toy & she loves it - a really nice gesture by the resort. - The resort is located at Jintang, a hot spring precinct. With Trip.com, we booked the hotel bundle/package and it was fantastic. The key items in the package include: (a) A free strawberry picking experience at a nearby humble farm called 许姐草莓采摘. Each booking entitles you to 500g worth of strawberries (transport at own expense, only about RMB10 by Didi). The strawberries were big and juicy, we were lucky cos they are in season now! (b) 40-min Himalayan Salt Therapy/Bath for 1 pax/room (c) Outdoor hot spring experience for the whole family (my 18MO loves it too!). There are many pools to choose from & we could find one which was not too hot for our baby. This is otherwise chargeable from RMB228/pax to RMB468/family of 2A1C. (d) Bicycle rental, but we didn’t try it as it was too cold. - Resort looks amazing, both indoors & outdoors! There were a number of activities for children to enjoy too but our naughty one is too young to appreciate it. Older kids will love them. - We also loved the hotel’s concept of having complimentary bottles of distilled water etc. which is really important to us as we needed a lot of water for our baby’s food. This meant that that we did not have to go to the trouble of finding a supermarket, which is quite a distance away. - We managed to snag a free upgrade to a Spring 2-Bedroom Villa due to our Accor Gold membership & it’s low peak season. All villas come with private pool - ours was available both on L1 & L2. - Hotel uses quality furnishing & Toto toilet, definitely a plus. Water pressure is great too. - We had all our meals at L’Orange as there are no nearby eateries & our time is limited due to our baby. The steamboat set is pricey but highly recommended! The fish & lamb meat (can be changed to beef at diner’s request) were fresh & really good. We liked all the other meat dishes too except for the dumplings. If you have Accor Plus membership, the usual discounts are available too. The hotel breakfast is also at the same restaurant. Breakfast selection was good even though there were not many guests. Areas of improvement: - Resort was able to provide a baby cot for our 18MO. However, the mattress was a little hard & the cot was creaky, it kept our baby awake. - The air-con ventilation vents are directly above the baby cot and it became too cold for our baby in the middle of the night. Couldn’t adjust the temperature no matter what. The staff managed to made it warmer the following night but it resulted in some loud noises, probably issues with the damper. - Rooms can be a little cleaner (e.g we saw dust balls on the floor). Thank you Ocean Spring Resort Chengdu! We had a great stay here. Will definitely be back!

We stayed four nights at the Conrad and it was amazing! The service was flawless and Jacky the concierge was great. He helped us find a driver and organise our tours to the two natural reserves as well as provided us many useful tips. Their specialty restaurant is a must, but book early because it’s books out fast. We ended up going there twice for dinner and would have gone there every night if they weren’t booked out! Big thanks to all the Conrad staff who looked after us very well. If you don’t speak Chinese, this is a must stay as the staff make everything easy so you don’t miss out on anything!

Addetto alla reception adorabile Le camere all'interno sono pulite. Abbiamo scelto una camera per non fumatori. Nel complesso ne vale la pena L'hotel è vicino alla strada e può raggiungere a piedi l'edificio ifs. Non molto lontano per chi ama camminare. Puoi viaggiare in metropolitana ed è conveniente viaggiare dall'aeroporto con l'autobus aeroportuale. Per me ne vale la pena.

The hotel name is rather deceiving. When I booked, I thought it was IHG's Holiday Inn, but it's actually not. The location is somewhere in the middle of a village near the airport, but luckily they provided free airport pick up service (For international tourists, it's best to get a local number to call the hotel). Due to construction works nearby, the distance to the airport took longer than expected. But, overall the stay is okay as the room is nice and comfy.

Ostello davvero carino! Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile e parla un inglese perfetto! Hanno eventi gratuiti che è stato divertente e un modo fantastico per incontrare altri viaggiatori con lo zaino! Abbiamo alloggiato in una stanza privata, il che era bello! La camera in sé era pulita, elegante e confortevole. Anche i bagni erano belli! Solo a volte senza acqua calda per la doccia notturna. Nel complesso un ostello davvero buono, ritornerei sicuramente! Oh, e molti buoni ristoranti e negozi convenienti nei dintorni.

Per i viaggiatori con lo zaino in spalla, probabilmente è sopra la media. Il motivo principale è che la posizione è molto buona ed è comoda per andare ovunque. Anche il servizio è buono. C'è una sala comune all'interno e una caffetteria all'ultimo piano evento di incontri con l'erba il giorno in cui sono andato. Devi prendere sanitari e articoli da toeletta dalla reception e puoi sempre trovare qualcuno lì. Il materasso nella stanza è pulito, non ci sono allergie al naso e anche il bagno è pulito. Solo le strutture sono leggermente diverse. La seconda e la terza immagine sono foto reali. Pensiamo che le parti più diverse siano il palo da arrampicata e il pannello laterale del letto. Haha, i materiali sono completamente diversi. Successivamente ho scoperto che la foto del bed and breakfast che avevamo prenotato per quattro persone su Ctrip era una foto di sei persone (／_＼) Oltre ai problemi relativi alle strutture sopra menzionati, l'esperienza complessiva è comunque molto buona. Se alcuni amici vogliono trovare un ostello economico in città, allora vale davvero la pena prendere in considerazione questo hotel e tornerò e ci tornerò.

We are a family with one kid. The hotel had good service. The staff was very helpful. They helped us to book tickets to many of the tourist attractions so we could avoid the crowd. The hotel is clean and the room was nice and spacious. Overall a great experience.

La colazione è molto ricco. Ci sono piccoli giacche nella caramella rossa ogni notte!Il capo e il capo sono particolarmente entusiasti e amichevoli. La piscina di giacche è anche disinfettante ogni giorno e molto tranquillo.Il popolo si alza nella zona residenziale, può sentire il pollo di gallina di mattina e ha un senso di vita. Great and convenient location, to the point we extended another night stay. Only 200m to People's Park station, subway Line 2, which can connect you almost anywhere. Able to walk to People's Park and Kuanzhai Alley, even Tianfu Square if you can walk 2km. Also have a convenience store available downstairs of the same building, and Hong Qi store if you walk a bit further. Many tour agencies are on the opposite road, where you can book day tours. The tour bus pickup and drop off points are also only around 1km from this building, easy to walk to due to the extra-wide sidewalks. It's facing the main road so you can easily get taxis as well. The building is easy to locate, but the check in counter is more confusing to find. When looking in from the main road, the convenience store is on the left, so you need to go to the opposite side of the convenience store. You need to walk to the back of the building and find the entrance facing the wall with a car park boom gate. There is a security guard and there are lots of online delivery boxes. Then, access the elevator and the reception is on level 26. There was a washing machine and detergent available in our unit, which we utilized. Other than the clothes hanging bar in the kitchen, the rest of the unit lacked places to hang things such as wet towels. It was a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom unit with another queen bed in the living room. Hot water was always available though you have to fiddle with the lever and wait some time. The kitchen only had a water kettle and a few mugs. There's a primary school right beside the building and you can hear the students every weekday morning. (My photos were taken just before checkout so don't mind the mess) The owners are an exceptionally friendly couple who are hardworking and provide excellent service. They are open to feedback and we've told them what we think was lacking in our unit. Hopefully they will implement the small improvements. They also recommended a few restaurants to us that had good local food and were reasonably priced. Recommend to add them on WeChat prior to arrival and communicate your arrival time. They wait at the front desk past midnight if they don't know the guest's check in time. However, they can only communicate in Mandarin, so you may face some difficulty.
