Suitenkaku è stato il nostro primo soggiorno in un Ryokan. Chi vuole visitare Tottori, Izumo e Sakaiminato troverà Matsue ben situato, mentre il Ryokan è vicino alla ferrovia Ichibata che merita l'Izumo Taisha. La stanza è stata ristrutturata e molto spaziosa, offrendo una vista diretta sul lago. Soprattutto il personale è stato assolutamente amichevole e utile. Real Omotenashi ! Siamo pienamente soddisfatti del nostro soggiorno. Ripetiamo per il nostro prossimo soggiorno nella zona.

Excellent onsen Hotel surrounding with beautiful garden. the staff in the hotel is nice and super-helpful, though I wish they could find more english speaking workers. Room is clean and food is delicious. Wish I could have spent more time in the hotel! Definitely will come back to enjoy!

Benvenuto nel servizio delle bevande Laghi, ponte Shinjiko, arte contea di Rainqin e Songqing City sono vicini, il trasporto è conveniente. La stanza è molto tranquilla, ha un grande piscina pubblica e un parcheggio gratuito, il rapporto prezzo è molto alto.

L'ho usato prima, e l'impressione era buona, quindi l'ho usato per la prima volta in tre anni. L'aspetto sembra un po'vecchio, ma l'interno è molto bello e bellissimo.La stanza è grande, non ho lamentele. Sono andato a fare il bagno un po', ma spesso penso sia il momento di rilassarmi e lavarmi con un camicia. Il più soddisfacente è la colazione di autobus.Tutti i pasti sono deliziosi.Di solito non mangio cosi' tanto la mattina, ma sono troppo delizioso, ho mangiato molto. Voglio tornare ancora.

This hotel is truly amazing! I appreciate a lot on: - warm and friendly staff who could not speak much English but were very nice to explain to me the details of the hotel - gorgeous garden where you could take a seat and enjoy the view - free Japanese alcohol at 1500-1800 (soft drinks until 2100) - impressive free Japanese cultural performance at 2110 - quick and positive response despite I made several urgent requests due to sudden plan change - free shuttle bus service between JR station and hotel if you approached front desk for information - the environment of the public bath was quite clean - totally different food combination in dinner for 2 nights Considering the price I paid for such service, I would say the quality is definitely beyond my expectation. :) Thank you every hotel staff who made my experience a better stay!!

Had a wonderful stay at this onsen hotel. The place was very clean, the service was excellent and the staff were friendly and attentive. It was quiet, relaxing and very enjoyable overall perfect for a peaceful getaway. I would gladly stay here again.

it’s my fav dormy inn so far. literally 30 steps from JR station and bus/taxi stops, while the station has souvenir shop, convenience store/atm, locker, a resto. room with separate sink, second door blocking outside sound, a tiny stool for eating, plus their signature top-floor public bath. outside the hotel some trees where birds gather every evening. if they can clean the air-con more frequently i’d be even happier.

엄마 칠순을 맞이해 70대 할머니 40대 엄마인 나 17살 딸 3명의 여자들끼리 함께한 3대 모녀 요나고 온천순례 여행의 첫 숙소로 다마쓰쿠리 온천의 마츠노유를 선택한 것은 최고의 선택이었습니다 친절하고 청결했으며 특히 조식과 석식 부페 음식이 맛있었다 다만 오래된 역사탓에 시설이 노후된 것은 조금 아쉽지만 그만큼 일본 료칸의 전통을 살짝 엿볼수 있어서 좋았습니다

酒店位於松江宍道湖温泉站（不是JR松江站）出門就是私鐵（都是一畑公司的）和宍道湖風景。私鐵可以直達出雲大社景點，還有一日券1800日元。 我們入住的是豪華雙床湖景房，攜程上帶早晚飯的價格很划算，所以就在這裏吃飯。早晚餐都是偏日式的自助，晚飯更加豐盛一些，食材新鮮，有刺身小份烤牛肉 類似肉夾饃的，還有其他種類很多，性價比很高了。 設施：泡湯在6樓，衹有室內温泉大池和桑拿房。 一樓有咖啡和簡餐，入住贈送了兩杯果汁也在這裏兑換。 需要注意的是，松江現在超過5000日元一晚的酒店需要交200宿泊税，温泉税是1人1晚150日元。
