I loved everything about this hotel. The cleanliness was outstanding — easily one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The staff provided great service and were always helpful and friendly. The hotel offers a shuttle bus to the train station, which made getting around very convenient. The food was delicious, especially the breakfast, with good quality and variety. The highlight for me was the hotel view — absolutely beautiful and very relaxing. Overall, the stay exceeded my expectations and I would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!!!!💕💕💕🎀🇯🇵🙌🏽

La camera stessa dispone di un bagno in bagno molto conveniente. Non aspettare molto, dato il prezzo, ma ha tutto quello che ha bisogno per un sonno di base. E' sorprendente che il bagno pubblico sia solo acqua calda, non ciccione.

Grazioso hotel in stile resort vicino a Biwako. Ottimo se si viaggia in auto per esplorare la zona, in quanto si trova in una posizione piuttosto centrale, vicino a molti luoghi di interesse. La camera in stile giapponese è spaziosa e avevamo una vista sul lago.

The hotel was a little dated but it had a lovely onsen and family games eg air hockey, carom board, ping pong, and a laundromat that always had free machines! There are only a handful of restaurants around so book the breakfast and dinner in the hotel when you are booking as going there for dinner without a reservation will cost you a whopping S$92 per adult. The spread was not bad but not great. There are a gang of chonky cats in the nearby park and an amazing view of Lake Biwa. You can catch the sunset from the lounge while enjoying some complimentary drinks and tidbits. The nearest restaurant El Ocho is a homey Spanish restaurant - really good food!

The staff is very helpful and friendly. The view on the lake is very nice. Free shuttle from the station is a plus. Diner and breakfast was delicious and were a great experience. The TV could be larger. The public bath is not very large.

I was thoroughly impressed by the hotel's onsen, which offered a truly relaxing experience. The only downside is its somewhat remote location, making it a bit far from other attractions. However, this is compensated by the superb view from the room, which provides a breathtaking and serene backdrop.

Ci vediamo con un bambino, aggiornamento gratuito in una stanza senza fumo, vista sul lago, bagno e bagno sono anche molto ampie. We stayed one night at Biwako Grand Hotel Kyoomi and had a generally relaxing experience. The traditional tatami room was comfortable and suitable for staying with a young child. The hotel has a classic Japanese ryokan atmosphere, and the area near Lake Biwa is very peaceful. Staff were polite and helpful, and the shuttle service was convenient. Breakfast was simple but acceptable. One suggestion is that it would be appreciated if room arrangements could better match the photos shown on the booking page, as this would help set clearer expectations. Overall, a calm stay for travelers seeking a traditional experience.
