Everything was superb with the one exception, for an onsen hotel that have one of the selling point, in room onsen bath, the water was just regular hot water, why would I need to stay at an onsen hotel with in room onsen bath if any bathtub with hot water would do? Trip.com site did not specify that it wasn’t hot spring water. But luckily there was a better room with actual hot spring water supplied to the room available for upgrade, so I spent the extra to make my stay absolutely perfectly memorable.

La posizione dell'hotel è perfetta. Vicinissimo alla stazione di Kyoto. La camera è piuttosto spaziosa e molto pulita. Ho apprezzato la presenza di una sorgente termale naturale. Una cosa che vorrei sottolineare è che ho soggiornato per 3 notti e per 2 notti non sono riuscito a usare il Wi-Fi. Ho provato a riconnettermi diverse volte, ma non funzionava ancora. Non ho chiamato la reception e ho semplicemente utilizzato i dati, ma sarebbe fantastico se potessero risolvere presto eventuali problemi.

Se ti senti stanco dopo aver esplorato Kyoto, questo hotel è la scelta perfetta per il tuo ultimo giorno di viaggio. Un vero luogo di terapia e relax dopo lunghe passeggiate e giorni di visibilità occupati. Le strutture sono eccellenti, soprattutto le unghie private disponibili 24 ore, che hanno reso il soggiorno ancora più speciale e conveniente. Forniscono anche complimentare crema di ghiaccio e bramen di notte tardi un bel toccamento per gli ospiti di godere e rilassarsi. Francamente, questo è diventato uno dei miei luoghi preferiti a Kyoto. L'atmosfera, il comfort e l'esperienza complessiva sono stati sorprendenti. Had a perfect stay at Tennen Osaka Onsen during our Kyoto trip. The hotel is clean, modern, and comfortable while still retaining some traditional Japanese elements in the room design, which gives it a unique and authentic atmosphere. The water pressure was excellent, and the complimentary onsen facilities were fantastic, with several different pools available to enjoy. One of the highlights was the generous complimentary offerings, including free-flow ramen and ice cream, which were a lovely bonus after a long day of sightseeing. The breakfast deserves special mention — it was absolutely outstanding. There was a huge variety of choices, all freshly prepared and delicious. The staff continuously refilled the food, ensuring everything remained fresh throughout service. The quality of the ingredients was impressive, and guests could enjoy unlimited freshly fried tempura and fresh seafood poke bowls, which felt more like a premium restaurant experience than a hotel breakfast. Overall, an exceptional stay with excellent facilities, amazing food, and great value. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Kyoto.

Suggeriscono di riporre i bagagli sotto il letto, ma personalmente ho scoperto che non è pratico per i bagagli grandi. Altrimenti il ​​materasso è comodo e i servizi forniti sono tutti buoni per il soggiorno. Buona posizione, anche grandi magazzini, negozi, ristoranti, trasporti pubblici, attrazioni, Gion e così via sono raggiungibili a piedi, ma comunque abbastanza silenziosi e ho trascorso un buon soggiorno qui. Anche la fermata dei taxi è proprio di fronte all'ingresso dell'hotel. I bagagli possono essere depositati dopo il check-out, ma si prega di verificare l'orario del ritiro con il personale.
