Grande soggiorno - buona stanza di dimensioni. Le strutture di ricetta erano eccellenti soprattutto le ricetta all'aperto. Non sono mai occupato quando ero lì. Grande colazione anche. Benvenuto e personale utile. Quiet in notte. Accesso facile al castello, negozi e ristoranti e a circa 15 minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Matsuyama City.

The hotel is not close to Dogo Onsen street and you will need to drive or get a taxi if you want to go there. There are no restaurants or shops nearby the hotel. There is a walk nearby the hotel you can take which offers nice scenery in the woods. The hotel looks a bit dated particularly the bedrooms and the corridors. I asked for a quiet room facing the mountain instead of one facing a busy road and had to pay an additional 2200 yen. The hotel has a number of onsens and I like the outdoor ones best. The buffet dinner and breakfast offer good selection and I particularly like the dinner which offered nice teppanyaki beef and sushi. The hotel reception staff spoke very little English and the hotel did not reply to an email I sent them asking for transportation information to get to the hotel. There are buses near the hotel which go to Matsuyama and Imabari but they run infrequently.

L'ho usato per andare a combattere, ma questa volta l'ho usato. Cospa è davvero buono, ha cartoni animati e sauna, molto comodo. Ci sono caffè gratuito e ristoranti al primo piano, molto perfetto. C'è anche spazio come le foto, che puoi leggere. Voglio usarlo di nuovo!

We wanted to experience Dogo Onsen and this was a great choice (albeit expensive because it was a holiday weekend). The hotel is lovely and the service is beyond excellent. The staff was super kind as we are English speakers. Plus, we really enjoyed the hotels onsens better than the ones in town (the Dogo Onsen is being renovated and only one room was open for each gender; the same was the case with the Annex). The hotels onsens were lovely and the private outdoor onsen was a really lovely experience. We also took advantage of their convenient bus service into town although it’s only a 10 minute walk and we walked multiple times. Highly recommend!

A hotel that gives a 5 star feel. Warm welcoming from the moment we reach till we leave the hotel. The hotel breakfast was good too. Located within walking distance from the train station and shopping street. Overall was a wonderful experience.

La posizione è a pochi passi dalla stazione Dogo onsen. L'esperienza è stata sorprendente, le camere sono enormi e mi sorprende di avere un membro del personale che ci mostri intorno alla stanza e spiega le strutture disponibili. L'ospitalità è superiore e superiore a quanto abbiamo vissuto in altri luoghi e ryokans, e hanno anche un bel giardino, un centesimo e un geta (shoe tradizionali di legno giapponese) e yukata per indossare intorno alle strutture.

It was the best decision I made to choose this hotel! 1min walk to Dogo Onsen, amazing services, a beautiful traditional-inn-look with a modern twist and the Dogo Street just 2 mins and the tram station within 5min walk. Incredible breakfast buffet and Roten-buro. The massage chair in the room!! Couldn't have asked for more!

E'un hotel molto bello. La calda e'molto grande e mi sento bene.

The hotel is super suitable for those who who aim for running away from modernization. And enjoy a peaceful moment of your own. Do remember you have to make reservations so that the staff will prepare dinner for you otherwise you need to drive a few miles to search for food elsewhere. The facilities are a bit aged but at least it doesn’t bother us from enjoying the stay.

The hotel is located at a good location, breakfast is delicious and we enjoyed our stay very much.
