Oh my goodness I have never stayed in a place like this! We live in a noisy city and come here felt like being in heaven. So peaceful and quiet. Our kids loved trying to catch fireflies in the night. We took a walk quite a distance from our cabin towards the hills and came back whrn it was pretty dark. We were able to see the milky way galaxy across the sky and so many stars that the only other place we ever saw tjat many stars was back in my country in the village with no light pollution. Words cannot describe the tranquility of this placed the magnificence of nature and the peace and quite. The nights are so dark and quiet, felt like being somewhere in wild savanna. I heard some sounds of animals I had never heard before. We will seriously make this place our frequent holiday detination for peace and quiet, nature and mental healing. There were quite a number of activities for the kids but our kids were too young to participate. We were just quite happy going for walks and watching the stars at night. The grass looked so inviting and we wanted to roll down the hills hahaha but it was all fenced, which makes sense for safety. We heard there was a heard of elephants nearby. We also loved in when it rained, the sound of raindrops on the leaves outside and on our leaves. It’s definitely a place for poets and writers, artists and creative people. I was truly inspired and I mostly sat outside when the babies were napping, and read my Lord of the rings book that I took with me, as that place reminded me of hobbit-land and magic. Coffee lovers must go, we had as many cups of coffee as we liked. They also offered us hotpot for dinner and lunch.

Thank you very much for your warm hospitality during our four-night stay. We truly had a wonderful time here. Although we stayed at many five-star hotels during this trip, we still feel that this has been the best accommodation experience so far. We made quite a few troublesome requests during our stay, yet you fulfilled all of them without hesitation. We are sincerely grateful for that. We will definitely recommend this place to our friends, and we will certainly come back again if we have the opportunity in the future! They were also very nice enough to pick us at the train station when we reached dali from lijiang and drop us at the train station again to catch the train to kun ming FOC! Oriental aesthetics in every corner The guesthouse is converted from a century-old traditional Bai courtyard house. With its grey-tiled roofs, white walls, and beautifully carved wooden structures, the space carries a quiet sense of history and elegance. The courtyard features water elements, stone paths, and blue and yellow lanterns that create beautiful layers of light and shadow during the day. At night, the soft lighting outlines the architecture and gives the entire space a warm, cinematic atmosphere. The common areas are equally charming, with a stone-built fireplace, vintage furniture, and art pieces thoughtfully placed throughout. The design blends traditional Eastern aesthetics with modern touches, creating a space that feels both timeless and refined. Comfort with thoughtful details Our room was spacious, bright, and very comfortable. A stone feature wall behind the bed, paired with soft bedding and warm lighting, created a subtle sense of “wild luxury” while still feeling cosy and relaxed. Opening the window reveals the courtyard view — waking up to birdsong in the morning and watching the lanterns glow in the evening adds a special charm to the stay. Warm and attentive service From booking to check-out, the hosts were welcoming and attentive. Upon arrival, they introduced the history of the house and highlighted the design features of the property, and were happy to recommend nearby restaurants and local spots to explore. The afternoon tea was beautifully presented, with fresh fruit and delicate snacks — perfect for enjoying a slow afternoon in the courtyard. Breakfast included some local Bai-style flavours, simple yet delicious, and a lovely way to start the day. A peaceful location near the old town The guesthouse is tucked away in Zhongyin Village at the foot of Cangshan Mountain, about a 15-minute drive from Dali Ancient Town. It offers a quiet retreat away from the crowds while still being conveniently close to the main attractions. Surrounded by village life and forested hills, the air feels fresh and full of the scent of nature. More than just a place to stay, Mutian Time feels like a living piece of art. It brought a sense of calm and poetry to our trip to Dali. Questo hotel termale merita cinque stelle! Il servizio è stato incredibilmente attento. La receptionist è stata gentilissima e mi ha spiegato pazientemente tutti i servizi al momento del check-in. La sorpresa più grande è stato il set per il tè pomeridiano gratuito per due! Il tè nero era delicato e i dessert non erano troppo dolci; era davvero rilassante. L'acqua termale era lenitiva, lasciando la mia pelle morbida ed elastica, e tutta la mia stanchezza è scomparsa. Ogni membro dello staff mi ha accolto con un sorriso: dettagli così premurosi sono stati un enorme vantaggio. Mi hanno persino fatto un piccolo regalo alla partenza. L'esperienza ha superato di gran lunga le mie aspettative. Tornerò sicuramente e lo consiglio vivamente a chiunque voglia rilassarsi!

Io e il mio compagno abbiamo soggiornato al Pullman Lijiang Resort & Spa per due notti durante le festività del Festival delle Barche Drago. Nel complesso, la nostra esperienza è stata altalenante. Il punto forte del nostro soggiorno è stata senza dubbio la villa stessa. Era pulita, spaziosa e confortevole. Il letto era eccellente, uno dei letti d'hotel più comodi su cui abbiamo dormito da molto tempo. Abbiamo trascorso due notti molto riposanti e la camera offriva un ambiente tranquillo in cui rilassarsi dopo aver esplorato Lijiang. Purtroppo, il resto dell'esperienza non è stato all'altezza del marchio di lusso, del prezzo e della classificazione dell'hotel. Sebbene la struttura possa essere stata un tempo un resort di lusso, ora appare datata e bisognosa di ristrutturazione. Molte delle strutture e dei servizi sembrano usurati e le condizioni generali dell'hotel danno l'impressione che non sia stato mantenuto secondo gli standard che ci si aspetterebbe da un resort di lusso. La delusione maggiore è stata la colazione. La scelta di piatti occidentali era molto limitata e di qualità discutibile, mentre le opzioni cinesi erano altrettanto deludenti. Persino prodotti semplici come i baozi non sembravano appena fatti. Per un hotel in questa fascia di prezzo, la qualità del cibo è risultata sorprendentemente scarsa e ben al di sotto delle aspettative. Avendo soggiornato in molti altri hotel in Cina, anche di catene meno costose e meno prestigiose, ho spesso apprezzato colazioni e un rapporto qualità-prezzo decisamente migliori. L'esperienza culinaria non giustifica le tariffe elevate di questa struttura. In sintesi, se apprezzate una villa spaziosa e un letto comodo, questo hotel potrebbe comunque essere da prendere in considerazione. Tuttavia, chi si aspetta un'esperienza da resort di lusso, strutture moderne e una ristorazione di alta qualità potrebbe rimanere deluso. L'alloggio in sé era piacevole, ma i servizi, la manutenzione e la qualità del cibo necessitano di un miglioramento significativo per giustificare la reputazione e i prezzi dell'hotel.

Il capo è super gentile! I servizi delle camere dell'hotel sono molto buoni, anche la colazione mattutina è ottima e quando si apre la finestra si può ammirare il paesaggio in tutte le direzioni, il che è molto comodo. È molto comodo anche prendere un taxi, con cui si può andare ovunque. Poiché durante i giorni in cui abbiamo soggiornato lì avrebbero potuto esserci dei lavori di ristrutturazione al mattino, ci hanno anche inviato del tè al latte e un sacco di frutta come scusa. Siamo rimasti per due giorni e l'hotel ha fornito il servizio di pick-up e drop-off dall'aeroporto. Se non avevamo il drop-off dall'aeroporto, ci hanno persino rimborsato i soldi. Sono stato così commosso. La prossima volta che ne avrò l'occasione, tornerò qui

Honestly, I rarely post reviews—but this time I really felt like I had to, because this hotel was the highlight of my family trip to Yunnan. From the moment we entered the hotel gate, we were already amazed. The place is even more beautiful in real life than in the photos. The staff member who communicated with us via WeChat was incredibly helpful—from arranging our transfer from the station to the hotel, to accommodating my dietary restrictions as a Muslim. They kindly prepared a special breakfast for us: rice noodles with egg, along with sweet potatoes, corn, and boiled eggs. What made it even more special was that everything was cooked by a very warm grandmother. Despite the language barrier, we could truly feel the warmth and love in her cooking. The cabin we booked was absolutely perfect. It had a spacious yard, a hot tub, and a terrace with a table and chairs—great for dining or simply spending time together with family. Stepping inside the cabin was even more impressive: a large bed, lots of natural light, and equipped with smart home devices. One important detail for us was the bathroom—it had a bidet and a fully smart toilet with remote control. Since the temperature in Lijiang varies greatly between day and night, we were very grateful that the cabin had both floor heating and room heating. The bedroom also featured a large projector, and above it, a sunroof that can be opened—perfect for stargazing at night. It truly exceeded all our expectations. The hotel area is also next to a very aesthetic café with a stunning view called Yuntian Cafe. For those traveling with family, this place is perfect—the area is spacious and great for kids to explore nature. If you want to go out for meals, Baisha Ancient Town is just a few kilometers away. What I will remember the most is the kindness of the staff. Everyone was incredibly helpful and friendly, always doing their best to accommodate every request. Please never change—your hospitality feels just like being with family. Next time we visit Lijiang, we will definitely stay here again without hesitation.

We had a really great stay at this hotel and want to thank Xiao Wu and all the other staff for being so friendly and helpful throughout our visit. Everyone was welcoming and made us feel comfortable from the start. Xiao Wu was especially kind and always willing to help whenever we had questions or needed assistance. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and a nice place to rest after a day out. A special mention goes to the hotel’s border collie, Thirteen, super cute and friendly. Playing fetch with him was a fun and unexpected highlight of our stay. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

Sono andato a Shangri-La per sciare e ho soggiornato in questo hotel con una motoslitta. Era così comodo. Dopo aver sciato, potrete immergervi gratuitamente nelle sorgenti termali per alleviare la stanchezza. Al mattino presto, potrete ammirare il sole dorato del monte innevato Shika dalla piscina a sfioro sul tetto dell'hotel. La hall dell'hotel è molto spaziosa e c'è una lavanderia bella e pulita. Anche il direttore dell'hotel è un appassionato di sci. È molto entusiasta e fornisce un buon servizio. Parlami della stazione sciistica Shangri-La e dei tanti percorsi interessanti che la circondano, il che è fantastico. Ci vogliono circa 20 minuti di auto dall'hotel alla stazione sciistica (non ci sono semafori lungo il percorso), il che è molto comodo. Il prezzo di 80 yuan per una settimana bianca è davvero conveniente.

Il mio soggiorno all'MGallery di Mile è stato fantastico! Dalla comunicazione prima del check-in al servizio in hotel, tutto è stato curato nei minimi dettagli. Un ringraziamento speciale a Xiao Tao alla reception per la sua pronta assistenza nell'organizzazione del soggiorno. L'upgrade alla camera con accesso alle sorgenti termali, a un costo aggiuntivo, è stato un ottimo investimento: l'acqua termale era di qualità superiore e, anche dopo un lungo bagno, la mia pelle risultava liscia e morbida. I prodotti da bagno richiesti venivano consegnati rapidamente, il che è stato incredibilmente comodo. La colazione merita una menzione speciale. I noodles di riso con pollo brasato e quelli con agnello erano deliziosi, soprattutto il brodo, incredibilmente saporito. Il giorno dopo ha piovuto, ma l'atmosfera delle sorgenti termali dopo la pioggia era inaspettatamente ancora più piacevole e suggestiva. Le passeggiate serali nella zona panoramica di Dongfengyun sono state molto piacevoli e le foto di viaggio gratuite fornite dall'hotel erano eccellenti. Trasporti e consigli aggiuntivi: • Posizione e trasporti: L'hotel si trova all'interno dell'area panoramica di Dongfengyun, a pochi chilometri dal centro di Mile. Una corsa in taxi costa circa 30 yuan (i prezzi dei taxi/servizi di trasporto privato sono simili). È comodo raggiungere la stazione ferroviaria ad alta velocità o il centro città. • Promemoria sulla protezione solare: Nello Yunnan le radiazioni ultraviolette sono intense e nelle aree panoramiche c'è poca ombra. Assicuratevi di proteggervi dal sole durante il giorno quando visitate il caleidoscopio e scattate foto (cappello, occhiali da sole, crema solare). • Atmosfera per le foto: L'hotel stesso ha un design di grande impatto; gli edifici in mattoni rossi, il padiglione dell'eco e la piscina sono tutti ottimi per le foto.
