Fujian, Cina: hotel con terme

Ottima esperienza in hotel questa volta a Fuzhou! Il personale è stato estremamente cordiale e premuroso, sempre disponibile e attento. Ho dovuto prolungare il check-out all'ultimo minuto per un imprevisto pomeridiano e la reception ha prontamente acconsentito, dimostrando grande flessibilità. La colazione era varia e deliziosa. Soggiorno confortevole e senza preoccupazioni, tornerò sicuramente qui la prossima volta che sarò a Fuzhou. Lo consiglio vivamente!

Great hotel nestled in a quiet corner of San fang qi Xiang. You can’t ask for a better location as it is in the heart of the historic cluster of courtyards and alleys that is the main attraction in Fuzhou. It’s peaceful at night and walking distance to the train station. The decor inside is classy with restrained Chinese influences and elegant touches. Room was spacious and bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Only downside is we didn’t get a welcome gift like the booking mentioned but that is a small issue.

Il servizio di piccolo tavolo della reception è eccellente, tutto il processo sorridente, paziente e professionale, gestire il soggiorno super veloce, e aiutarmi a aggiornare attivamente, giocare intorno, ricordare attentamente le cose, c'è una risposta al problema secondi e i dettagli sono pieni. L'ambiente dell'hotel è elegante, la stanza è pulita e confortevole, le strutture sono complete, la zuppa di salsa è molto confortevole, il servizio di Xiao Xiaogang rende l'intera esperienza più calda. Deve essere elogiato da cinque stelle. La prossima volta che vengo a Fuzhou, scegliere qui!

L'hotel è situato in un centro con facile accesso ai trasporti pubblici, come autobus, stazioni ferroviarie e metro, vicino al famoso parco di primavera caldo. Anche se le strutture dell'hotel non sono state aggiornate a standard di cinque stelle, è stato pulito e spazioso abbastanza per un soggiorno confortevole. La selezione del colazione è stata grande. Il processo di check-in e la comunicazione inglese erano facili. In generale, ho trovato questo hotel come un grande valore per il prezzo.

Overall the stay was great. There are just a few incidents that I did not appreciate. As a black international family, constant looks and whispers from staff members was very uncomfortable for my family. Other travelers also constantly took pictures of us. The breakfast was imbalanced and was more catered to Chinese customers. Croissants were advertised but nowhere to be found. We changed our stay from 2 nights to 3 nights to enjoy more time in the hot springs and swimming amenities and staff were great. The staff in the restaurant during breakfast need more training on how to treat black foreigners and not look down on us, we were after all paying to stay here. We had dinner at the restaurant on one of the days and were told there’s no beef for the pasta. Please train the restaurant staff! Also a suggestion, if people book more than 2 nights, let them have unlimited access to the hot springs. It just makes sense. The playing area is in the restaurant for families information, you can’t access the playing area if the restaurant isn’t open. Overall a good experience.

We visited in early March after the Spring Festival. Kids are back in school and adults are back at work so it is a lull period. The environment is excellent, a perfect getaway from city life. Due to the fact that there were few visitors at this, not all pools were filled up but we had the pools to ourselves. The SPA experience was good, very reasonably priced. Breakfast was surprisingly nice, maybe because I just like the Southern Min noodles.................. I'll be back.

La struttura è molto bella e grande! La camera davvero spaziosa, pulita e con una bella vista Unica pecca la colazione, poca scelta e un po’ scarsa anche come quantità. Sicuramente da migliorare

Questo è un complesso incredibile con molti calorie - piscina all'aperto e due livelli nel sistema cavernicolo. Abbiamo passato a molti calorie di scala, ma questo complesso è davvero impressionante in termini di dimensioni, varietà e design. C'è anche un altro complesso di primavera calda solo per gli ospiti dei clienti situati in cima agli alberi. La costruzione di ristorante e l'offerta era anche molto buona, anche se il caffè poteva essere offerto agli stranieri. Molti elementi di cultura sana visibile sul sito. Il complesso è multistrato situato sulle colline che aggiunge alla vista. L'interno delle camere era ok, ma per essere onesti non era molto importante per noi considerando il complesso del resort è così sorprendente. I punti da considerare per il miglioramento: sarebbe bello se almeno una persona parlasse inglese nel complesso per sostenere la comunicazione con gli stranieri, anche se si usano strumenti di traduzione, questo non è un problema importante. Oltre a questo luogo perfetto e molto unico si accontenta di visitare i sorgenti calde e l'hotel qui.

Overall, I had a wonderful stay. The hotel was very clean, the rooms were spacious, and the facilities were excellent. I also felt very safe thanks to the good security throughout the property. What I enjoyed most was the hotel's swimming pool, hot spring, and massage facilities. Having all of these amenities in one place made for a perfect and relaxing experience. It was such a cozy hotel that I would have loved to stay for a few more days. The only area that could be improved is the breakfast. While it was good, I felt that the menu lacked variety. I would gladly pay a little more for breakfast if it included a wider selection of dishes. In that case, I would also be happy to enjoy lunch and dinner at the hotel. Overall, I had a very pleasant and relaxing stay. Thank you very much for your warm hospitality!
