Fujian, Cina: hotel con terme

Ottima esperienza in hotel questa volta a Fuzhou! Il personale è stato estremamente cordiale e premuroso, sempre disponibile e attento. Ho dovuto prolungare il check-out all'ultimo minuto per un imprevisto pomeridiano e la reception ha prontamente acconsentito, dimostrando grande flessibilità. La colazione era varia e deliziosa. Soggiorno confortevole e senza preoccupazioni, tornerò sicuramente qui la prossima volta che sarò a Fuzhou. Lo consiglio vivamente!

Il servizio di piccolo tavolo della reception è eccellente, tutto il processo sorridente, paziente e professionale, gestire il soggiorno super veloce, e aiutarmi a aggiornare attivamente, giocare intorno, ricordare attentamente le cose, c'è una risposta al problema secondi e i dettagli sono pieni. L'ambiente dell'hotel è elegante, la stanza è pulita e confortevole, le strutture sono complete, la zuppa di salsa è molto confortevole, il servizio di Xiao Xiaogang rende l'intera esperienza più calda. Deve essere elogiato da cinque stelle. La prossima volta che vengo a Fuzhou, scegliere qui!

L'hotel è situato in un centro con facile accesso ai trasporti pubblici, come autobus, stazioni ferroviarie e metro, vicino al famoso parco di primavera caldo. Anche se le strutture dell'hotel non sono state aggiornate a standard di cinque stelle, è stato pulito e spazioso abbastanza per un soggiorno confortevole. La selezione del colazione è stata grande. Il processo di check-in e la comunicazione inglese erano facili. In generale, ho trovato questo hotel come un grande valore per il prezzo.

The Vibe : from the second we arrived, we were blown away by the archutecture and interior design. Its visual masterpiece. The Services : a huge thank you to front desk; housekeeping and restaurant teams. They were so patient and helpful with my elderly parent and my toddler. Even with a language barrier, their kindness translated perfectly. The location : ideally suitated in thr old town. It made exploring so easy with a young child and seniors. Value : for the price range, the quality of service and the beauty of the property are unbeatable.

We visited in early March after the Spring Festival. Kids are back in school and adults are back at work so it is a lull period. The environment is excellent, a perfect getaway from city life. Due to the fact that there were few visitors at this, not all pools were filled up but we had the pools to ourselves. The SPA experience was good, very reasonably priced. Breakfast was surprisingly nice, maybe because I just like the Southern Min noodles.................. I'll be back.

This must be my worst stay in a hotel for the last 3 years. The rooms are huge but their sound proof is so bad that when anyone on the same floor closes his door, my room door quakes. So you can imagine how you feel when you are in deep sleep and you are suddenly awaken by a loud bang. Every so often. Middle of the night.  Secondly, the aircon in the room continuously blew cold air. Seems this is the setting of their central aircon and my room was an icy 20 degrees throughput. Location wise, it is near the old town but not so near that you can easily walk. Yes there are limited public buses but limited services near the hotel and their frequency leaves much to be desired. Your best bet is go for ride hailing. Fortunately these are very affordable and the city of Zhangzhou is small. Safety box in the room did not work. And yes I did follow the operating instructions  On the plus side, hotel has outdoor hot spring pools but I didn’t try them as the weather was too cold. Manager apologised profusely and tried to compensate us with fruits and bottled water. In my mind it did not make up for 4 nights of poor quality sleep.

Overall the stay was great. There are just a few incidents that I did not appreciate. As a black international family, constant looks and whispers from staff members was very uncomfortable for my family. Other travelers also constantly took pictures of us. The breakfast was imbalanced and was more catered to Chinese customers. Croissants were advertised but nowhere to be found. We changed our stay from 2 nights to 3 nights to enjoy more time in the hot springs and swimming amenities and staff were great. The staff in the restaurant during breakfast need more training on how to treat black foreigners and not look down on us, we were after all paying to stay here. We had dinner at the restaurant on one of the days and were told there’s no beef for the pasta. Please train the restaurant staff! Also a suggestion, if people book more than 2 nights, let them have unlimited access to the hot springs. It just makes sense. The playing area is in the restaurant for families information, you can’t access the playing area if the restaurant isn’t open. Overall a good experience.

Space Pod Capsule (white UFO shaped) rooms are not available. I was clickbaited with the picture shown on Trip.com app.  The check-in counter said that the capsule room we booked isn’t ready yet, so they gave us an upgraded room, which is turned out as a normal square (apartment vibe) boring room. (Check my pictures) Boo-yah! When i explore the area, i found the space pod capsules in a restricted area & don't think they're operating them anymore (just as the glass slides). Stand-outs:  + the Receptionist & concierge are very friendly & english spoken! + the Hotsprings are tremendous, 50 ponds in total of outdoor & indoor ponds. (consider to start visiting by the time it’s opened which is from 2:30 PM until sunset around 6PM). Then continue to dine at the restaurant afterwards. We took ab 4,5hours to finish all the 50 ponds lol. This is like a (man-made not natural) Hotspring Wonderland! + kids-friendly which is smoke free & we required to wear swimsuit (unlike japanese onsen which req us to be totally naked).

Un alloggio molto piacevole, anche se si deve essere consapevoli che non c'è molto cibo disponibile vicino. Si consiglia di prendere qualcosa da mangiare con voi. Il buffet era ok, ma costano un extra. La piscina e il bagno sono anche a un costo aggiuntivo, e non molto amichevole per gli stranieri. Check-in è stato molto buono alla prima notte, con il manager di notte andando sopra e oltre, dato che sono arrivato tardi. Inoltre, è stato difficile per il conducente di taxi accedere alla zona di accoglienza. La mattina seguente, la mia successiva ”attivazione della carta” e altre domande sono state incontrate con un'apertura non professionale, e una richiesta di ”buona valutazione” e nessuna assistenza reale, ma il mio soggiorno in questo alloggio è stato molto buono in generale. La zona è grande per i bambini, perché ci sono molte aree per giocare e divertirsi. Se possibile ottenere una stanza con vista sul fiume, le scene notturne sono stupende con luci colorate riflettenti sulle acque ancora. Assicurati di visitare le strade degli antichi negozi vicino alla porta. Molti tesori magnifici!

Hotel is opposite a shopping mall which makes dining very accessible. Bed is very big and comfortable. Love the fact that there are robots to deliver our food delivery. Will definitely stay here again if we are back.
