In general hotel is very good. It has clean , spacious, modern rooms. I was surprised not having options „Please dont clean my room”which is available in other hotels already. We can use our towels more than once right? Food was also ok however there was extreamly crowdy during breakfast. It was such a noise in the restaurant that there was no chance to enjoy your meal. What disappointed me the most was service. It happened for the first time. We wanted to enjoy a coffee on the 13-th or 14-th floor in sea view cafe when waiter, young tall man, said to us in impolite way “ next time ask if you can move the chair before doing it. It is not allowed to do so. If you want to eat anything you can’t sit here but at a different table” we were shocked by his behavior! It was said in a rude way and we simply felt like uninvited guests. We left the caffeine without drinking anything. In my opinion, 5 stars hotel can’t afford to hire such staff. It damages its reputation. We also had similar situation on the reception desk - lady made us feel like stupid when she could not answer our questions. I was a guest of Hilton hotel which belongs to the same owner and is located near Radisson. I would come back to Hilton. Radisson disappointed me offering service like in average , poor hotel. Too much visitors made them feel so comfortable in beeing not nice to guests. It was not a rule - when we asked lady who’s name was Karolina she explained everything in 2 minutes with smile. If someone doesn’t like his/her job should not do it. I hope owner will consider this and invest in trainings for his staff.

I'm a platinum member, and wondering why they are so different/bad from other Hilton hotels. We arrived to our room...... 1.Balcony open, a lot of water inside room because of that. 2.No bathrobes 3. No shower gel Hilton ”fixed” that after a couple of hours. 4.Oops, they installed skinlotion in the shower, instead of shower gel, 😂 5. The bedclothes are old and washed out of cotton, only synthetic material left. 6.Our second room was flooded last day by failure of the air-condition Aqua park: Don't expect the life guards to check your children. They are watching/looking on their mobiles, not at the guests. The front office manager, explained that she was not responsible for Aquapark and house keeping, so that's it. That is very serious, and would be a really concern for the managment. Radisson, aqua park and Hilton are in the same franchise company, and that means maybe the lack of experience and problems. They (front office manager) offered some compensation, but we never agreed. Hilton should do a really good inspection, to validate that they can be a Hilton franchise,without destroying their brand name.

Ich war für ein verlängertes Wochenende im Wellness-Hotel Interferie und bin rundum zufrieden. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, das Bett war bequem und es war ausreichend groß. Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt war die Hellhörigkeit der Räume. Das Buffet war sehr umfangreich, es ist für jeden etwas dabei. Auch ein á la Carte Menü wird im Restaurant direkt daneben angeboten. Der Wellness und Spa Bereich ist ebenfalls sehr sauber und sehr schön gestaltet. Man kann hier sehr gut entspannen und hat viele, günstige Behandlungsmöglichkeiten, zb 5€ für 45 Minuten Salzgrotte. Unten im Haus gibt es eine eigene Brauerei mit Bar und Disko, die Getränke sind günstig und das Ambiente sehr schön. Auch kann man kostenlos Billard spielen und gegen eine kleine Gebühr kann man bowlen. Kleiner Minuspunkt hier waren die Polen selbst, die doch recht laut und rücksichtslos den Raum eingenommen haben, da hatten wir wohl Pech. Ich würde dieses Hotel jedem weiterempfehlen!

+ nettes Personal am Empfang + Personal spricht deutsch + Zimmer war sauber + Fahrräder zum Verleih gegen Gebühr - (aber herunter gekommen u mit Vorsicht zu genießen) - (Kindersitz hat kein Inlay, Kind sitzt auf dem harten spitzen Plastik) + Pool + vielfältiges Frühstück - ABER: zu wenig Plätze für die Gäste + Parkplätze gegen Gebühr vorhanden - Kinder Gitterbett nur gegen Gebühr (Uns wurde eine Schlafcouch für unser 3j Kind vorbereitet, aber da wäre sie rausgefallen) -＞wir haben die Matratze einfach auf den Boden gelegt＜- - Zimmer in den Innenhof nachts zu laut bei offenem Fenster - keine Klimaanlage Ich finde persönlich die Lage zum Strand zu weit (zu Fuß mit Kind u Gepäck)

Wir haben das Hotel online bei Check24 gebucht. Das Hotel liegt nahe der Innenstadt. (10 min zu Fuß). Zum Strand sind es ca. 15-20 min zu Fuß. Das Hotel ist modern und die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Wir hatten eine Standard Doppelzimmer. Das Zimmer war ebenfalls modern eingerichtet. Leider gibt es keinen Schrank, um Sachen zu verstauen nur 4 Bügel. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt nicht zweckmäßig. Das Frühstück war gut und wie in den meisten Hotelketten standardisiert. Die Plätze im Frühstücksraum sind bei Vollbelegung viel zu wenig. Wartezeiten sind nicht zu vermeiden. Insgesamt ist das Hotel zu empfehlen. Das Einzige, was mich persönlich gestört hat waren die nicht eingehalten Corona-Regeln in Bezug auf die Masken Pflicht. Obwohl überall Schilder waren und meiner Meinung nach diese auch noch in Polen gilt. Über die Hälfte aller Gäste hat keine Maske getragen, vor allem beim Buffet war das nicht in Ordnung. Und das Personal hat nichts unternommen. Schade. Seltsam fand ich auch die Regelung, dass ich an der Rezeption Bescheid sagen musste, wenn mein Zimmer gereinigt werden sollte. In anderen Hotels gibt es z. B. einen Gutschein für die Bar, wenn man das Zimmer nicht reinigen lässt.
