Ho usato l'hotel lis come base per visitare con gli amici. L'hotel era fantastico, il personale era cordiale e disponibile e la camera era spaziosa e ben strutturata. La colazione era completa, ben cucinata e calda, la frutta ei dolci erano freschi e il caffè era favoloso. Sicuramente userò di nuovo questa struttura Ci tornerò sicuramente.

Originally chosen for being in walking distance from the centre of Cirencester, as well as good reviews. It was a time of torrential rain in the local area, but the warm welcome we received and the excellent level of hospitality and friendliness experienced throughout our stay made all the difference. An historic building with steep narrow stairs to some of the upper floor rooms, it suffered from some unfortunate water leaks during our stay, but the staff kept smiling and looking after everyone despite the problems. Outstanding level of service. The breakfasts were amazing and the evening meal was top quality. We will certainly re-book if we are in the area again.

I can't fault the hotel itself is gorgeous, perfect location and food for both breakfast and evening was incredible. The aesthetic is everything you would want in a Cotswolds escape with scenic walks surrounding the area and incredibly lovely staff. The food was some of the best food I have had for a while! The however - we were pre warned a couple of weeks before our arrival about an event taking place. I rang to ask how the noise would be, and would the bar or hotel spaces be affected to which we were told we wouldn't hear anything and no they would not, which was not the case. Until 11pm it felt like a nightclub, we had come for a quiet escape but instead had wedding music and singing and shouting, also using all of the bar area. Felt quite disappointed about this, mainly because we just wanted a quiet weekend in what would have seemed like a cosy and quiet place but instead it was chaotic and loud. We would have happily rebooked and enjoyed another weekend which wouldn't have felt as overstimulating. We did ask at the time to which we were just apologised to and it would go off at 11pm. There is always this risk when booking a hotel which has a venue, but equally if we were told when we rang this was going to be the case we would have simply rebooked.

Grand Hotel in bella posizione - hanno soggiornato poche volte e l'amore - purtroppo questa volta è stato lasciato in deficit di personale - la mia camera non è stata pulita o nessuna biancheria fresca e prodotti sono stati sostituiti . Il servizio di ricezione non c'era nessuno - la chiave della mia carta per la stanza non funzionava - doveva tornare due volte a sostituire e aspettare a lungo in entrambe le occasioni, come nessuno alla ricezione - ha rovinato il mio soggiorno, questa volta.

Un posto incantato , dove la tranquillità e la natura la fanno da padroni . Questa struttura alberghiera ha la sua sede all'interno di un contesto storico, il personale è molto cortese e all'interno della struttura si respira un'atmosfera d'altri tempi. La camera molto ampia e con un piccolo salottino dove potersi rilassare su di una comoda poltrona , una finestra della stanza si affacciava sulla strada principale , il bagno molto ampio con una grande vasca con una papera gialla da immergere nell'acqua quando ci si lava . Molte aree comuni sia all'interno che all'esterno completano questo stupendo hotel di Bibury .

I went to the restaurant with a friend. Ordered a ribeye steak. I ate about quarter of my steak before I realised it was inedible. Full of gristle. I told the waitress who eventually sent a male college. I have no idea if he was a manager. He looked at my steak and apologised and said he agreed it was unacceptable. I told him I did not want another steak. He told me he would adjust the bill. When we got our bill it was for the full price. I asked the waitress to get it adjusted. She returned with a new bill showing a 10% locals discount. Really is that it? You add your service and then only give me a tiny discount. The waitress just looked at me. I did not want to make a scene in front of my friend so paid and left. My advice would be avoid this over priced badly staffed and run hotel. They have no interest in customer service. We were ignored on arrival and had to wait to be seated even though at least 3 staff members saw us they all ignored us.
