I wanted to try out Atlanta without committing to a lease so I thought that I would stay for 3 months at the Extended Stay. I was able to transfer my job and was looking to see which side of town I liked best and if I indeed wanted to live here permanently. After I checked in everything was fine until another family checked in below my room. The couple sometimes fight and they smoke ********* and cigarettes daily. I am at a non-smoking location. I reported each occurrence to the General Manager Kevin on duty. Each time I was told that he would talk to them and he said that he would give them one final chance 3 times. Finally he told me that he would have to catch them smoking the ********* but you can clearly smell it and that I should contact the police the next time that I smell it or hear the couple fighting. What kind of manager repeatedly lies to a guest and then suggest that they contact the local authorities??? Because I pay advance monthly and the fact that I receive packages here I cannot just up and leave. I have a lot of my belongings here with me and it is a great inconvenience to pack up and go to another location and I have to wait until my payment is due again because I cannot receive a refund if I decide to leave early. So I am here waiting to smell ********* or another fight so that I can contact the police. I also reached out to guest relations and described my dilemma but I called during the weekend and am waiting to hear back from them. I also called again but was on hold for over a half hour so I have to try again when I have free time. All of this could have been avoided if the hotel manager was strict on the policies. If I had known that this location was a place for ********* smokers to live and cause ruckus I would've picked another location. Avoid this place at all costs

Stayed here October 31/23 after a long trip...info looked promising. DON’T GO! Una volta che abbiamo pagato e entrato nella stanza e iniziato a disvestire, i cockroaches sono usciti. We belated noticed the dark brown laminate floor was littered with dead bugs. C'era un lungo capello nel mio letto. I cazzoni erano nel bacino e correvano in basso quando ci avviciniamo. Le ghiacciate di bug morti erano sul muro.Nessuna macchina di ghiaccio in tutto il locale, nessun telefono in camera, nessun orologio, le lampade non funzionavano su alcune delle lampade. I bambini che giocavano fuori con giocattoli e le persone che tornavano nelle loro stanze con i negozi mi hanno chiesto se parte del motel fosse per le famiglie di benessere. Abbiamo deciso di dormire e lasciare l'asap al mattino. La colazione era minima. avevamo un caffè e una partita. Ho detto alla persona mattina che tutti i bug erano e lei ha appena gridato... orribile... non rimarrà mai più in una catena di Baymont.

La mia famiglia è venuta con me in un viaggio d'affari. Lo spazio è perfetto per noi e per il cane. Bella sala, cucina e camera da letto. Avrei voluto una tazza di cuoco, ma si può ottenere una macchina elettrica con panino frigorifero dal desk. Per colazione gratuita, è fantastico. Uova, waffle, avena e biscotti e sega. Frutta, caffè e succo. Molto bello. E caffè tutto il giorno. Belle aree per camminare per il cane e anche la sicurezza dell'ascensore.

Ok hotel, con il design amichevole, accoglienza amichevole e personale del bar... due cose che mi hanno davvero annoiato , quindi la media di valutazione - mentre prenota via booking.com di solito hai come cliente di comunicare con l'hotel prima dell'arrivo via messaggi... ben ho fatto Messaggi l'hotel 5 volte senza una risposta per un dettaglio minore ma importante... Mi dispiace davvero, perché devono aver visto 5 messaggi?? - in un giardino (supposizione 3-4 Search hotel di base camere interne come un pannello e una penna dovrebbe essere standard... purtroppo in nessuna delle nostre due camere ;-( Anche in pratica l'hotel era buono, ma questi dettagli mostrano la mancanza di assistenza clienti e può fare atteggiamento

This was perfect, exactly what I expect from a value-oriented hotel. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the A/C worked well, and so did the fridge and microwave. Check-in was easy and the staff was friendly. It's an older property but it's well kept. It's an easy five-minute drive to the Battery and the ballpark. It's an excellent value too. I would be happy to stay here again!

All staff was wonderful—except for the person at the hotel I originally spoke to by phone who was rude, disrespectful and condescending. I discussed this with the general manager in person but got no feedback. The Hyatt I stayed in last time includes breakfast. Something to consider for your hotel. The bed was extremely comfortable. The room very clean. And I loved the water with lemon in the lobby.
