Our stay in hotel was very pleasant. The staff was friendly and very helpful, eager to fulfill every request. The room cleaning girls ( Victoria and Natasha) were beyond our expectations, trying to make our stay as good as possible. The spa facilities were great. We were using sauna/steam room every day, not to mention indoor and outdoor swimming pools. The breakfast was really very good, as it was advertised. The only small claud spoiled our great impression was kind of misunderstanding about local phone calls from the room. At the very beginning we asked if the local calls from the room phone were free of charge, and we were assured that they were. However, at the end we were charged 14 Euros for a couple of call we made. Knowing about the charges we would use WhatsUp application. The money is no big deal, but they should have give us an honest answer about the charges to start with.

L'hotel è molto amichevole ai polacchi e molti di loro decidono di rimanere in esso. L'hotel stesso è molto piacevole, anche se non è sicuramente perfetto. I suoi vantaggi: molto vicino al mare e alla spiaggia, una scelta molto grande per colazione, spaziose e grandi camere e per una famiglia di 4-person a due livelli, servizio di accoglienza bello, buona posizione in generale (2 fermate di autobus al centro di Jurmal, Puoi andare al treno e sotto l'hotel c'è un fermo di autobus). Menu: manca totale parcheggio e devi cercare e combinare parcheggi ogni volta. L'hotel stesso è intorno alla strada. Le colazioni sono molto monotone, per cibo caldo praticamente incomestibile, senza salate, per sempre le stesse tasche. Molto grandi meno per la pulizia, e in realtà per la sua mancanza. Evaporare il cesto di spazzatura una volta al giorno e aggiungere 2 asciugamani non conta come la pulizia. Non ho sentito il pulitore di vuoto durante il nostro soggiorno, e all'inizio, dopo aver ricevuto la stanza, non era stato sfortunatamente abbastanza vuoto. La pulizia è sicuramente una crampa. Ci è un acquisto giornaliero di 2 euro (che si applica a tutti gli hotel). In generale, l'hotel è ben situato e ben situato, ma è ancora una vasta area da migliorare.

Good place to stay for a few days. Excellent location right in the center of Jurmala, five minutes walk to the beach. Surrounded by the restaurants and cafés, many food choices. Breakfast was included and it was good, all kinds of food. Though it's not that great selection as you are getting on the cruise ship, but plenty to start your day. Best part for us was included spa located on the first floor and below. All kinds of saunas, pools, jacuzzies, waterfall massages - great couple of hours to enjoy! Our room was just normal, good bed. No fridge and bathroom fan didn't work at all, but we didn't spend a lot of time in the room, so it was not a big deal. Location, breakfast and spa - definitely would recommend.
