The design of the hotel is extremely pretty, makes you feel like you are in a rainforest resort. Breakfast has a huge variety but I love eggs so I always request eggs done differently from scrambled. The hotel is located away from the city center so you will need a taxi every time when you go out. Had a bad first experience with the taxi driver but the hotel listened and I had a great driver, Pablo after that incident. A big thank you to Vanessa and also Lucia for all their help during my stay! The other receptionists are really either not helpful or can’t speak English well, that’s disappointing for a 5 star hotel. The hotel swimming pool was under maintenance so I didn’t get to use the pool.

Came over after a terrible experience at Rainforest and it was like heaven on earth. The hotel is conveniently located with a bus stop 5 min walk outside that takes you to the airport and the waterfalls at hourly frequency. There is also a taxi operator right across the hotel. The hotel staff immediately walked out to assist with our luggage upon our arrival and was extremely hospitable. A complimentary 25 min visit to the sauna was included, gimmicky but it was a nice touch. The room was large, spacious and clean. AC was reliable as was the hot water and water pressure. Breakfast was basic but there was a large spread. We had an enjoyable experience.

Il trasporto dell'hotel è conveniente, è a 20 minuti di auto per l'aeroporto o per il Suzhou, il colazione dell'hotel è OK, l'ambiente dell'hotel è buono, c'è un grande giardino di dietro, molti fiori tropicali, vedo un sacco di champagne, e molti uccelli sono tutti!Le strutture sono mantenute.

Ужасно. Отель не стоит своих денег. Номер старый, есть плесень, муравьи. Это не четыре звезды, а все две европейские. Воды бесплатной не ждите, средств гигиены тоже- максимальная экономия на клиенте. Питание скудное. Единственный плюс- это простораный холл А еще заставили понервничать, когда вечером забирала свой багаж. Утром при чекауте спросила, куда можно оставить сумку, мне показали, что вон с той большой кучей багажа. Ну я и оставила. А вечером другой администратор с большими глазами сказала, что не знает, где моя сумка, что нужен ваучер, а мне его просто никто не дал и не предложил! В итоге сумка нашлась, ее кто-то унес в другое помещение. Ужасный стресс перед вылетом. Не рекомендую этот отель!

Very good location next to bus terminal for bus from airport to puerto iguasu and also from puerto iguasu to iguasu national park. Good breakfast spread with bread, ham, juices and fruits. One of the best I have seen so far. Rooms not very clean and the hotel seems dilapidated. There is a water dispenser but can only get a small cup each time.

E 'un bel hotel, situato nella foresta, dove si trovano diversi hotel, ma hai sempre bisogno di mobilità per uscire. Internet funziona più o meno e l'aria potrebbe essere migliore, sono stato in dicembre dove faceva molto caldo.

公寓型的反而比Loft乾淨和安靜一些。房間整體不錯，就是插頭都是斜的沒有Usb接頭。所以自己要記得帶轉接頭不然就懵逼了。 網絡不太行，大晚上下了場雨，劈了個雷，網絡給整沒了，第二天也沒修好。 酒店的按摩師可以試一下就是放鬆，前台定，按摩椅會給你送屋子裡麪，一次大概40多分鐘吧，簡單放鬆的。 時間問題沒去成伊瓜蘇瀑布，前台可以預定司機，下午3點前最後一班車，再晚就關門了。
