The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and my room was both spacious and beautifully decorated. The amenities, including the gym and restaurant, were top-notch and added great value to my stay. Staff were always courteous and attentive to my needs. The staff noticed we were traveling with our little one and immediately arranged a sofa bed, ensuring our family’s comfort. A special thank you to Mr. Javaid, who took us on a magical desert sunset tour. The photos we took during that time are some of our most cherished memories from the trip. He gave us a wonderful introduction to the hotel, arranged taxis for us, and solved any issues we had with such care and professionalism. His passion for the hotel was evident, and it truly made us fall in love with The Ritz-Carlton Ras Al Khaimah as well. The Chinese New Year celebration at the hotel was another highlight of our stay. The “sky lantern” activity was beautifully organized, and we were deeply moved by the efforts of the staff who learned to say “新年快乐” (Happy New Year) in Chinese. It made us feel so special and welcomed during this important festival. This stay was nothing short of magical, and it was undoubtedly the best part of our trip to the UAE. This is a fantastic hotel with big swimming pool and with kids small pool area. Our room is very comfortable with 2 big double rooms, ideally for family with kids. The receptionist (Natasha) was very helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Everyone were so friendly and attentive. Staffs in the restaurant are very friendly too, though there are few selections in the buffet. The hotel is indeed a nice place to relax if you want to experience staycation outside Dubai. I will highly recommend this to everyone.

L'hotel è molto pulito, moderno e ben tenuto, rendendolo un grande luogo per soggiorni brevi e lunghi. Le camere sono senza spot con letti confortevoli, letti freschi e tutti gli elementi essenziali che vi servono per un soggiorno rilassante. Le bagni sono anche molto pulite e ben mantenute, che hanno aggiunto molto al comfort del mio soggiorno.

Surprisingly, this is my first time visiting RAK. I will definitely repeat my visit, especially to Al Hamra Residence Hotel. The staff were cooperative from the first day, and the room service was amazing.

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, everything—from the food to the service—was excellent. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the staff truly make you feel at home. Our room was lovely and had a balcony, which was a nice highlight even during the summer. We also enjoyed swimming at the beach; although it’s only open until 7 PM, it’s understandable since it gets dark later in the evening. One of the major highlights for us was the indoor playground for kids. We brought our baby along, and she had such a great time—it made the whole experience even more special. The food was delicious throughout our stay, and I want to especially commend a staff member named Yuki. She was so nice, hardworking, and truly stood out with her excellent service. Another thing worth mentioning is the cleanliness. We went out and came back to a clean and tidy room even without requesting housekeeping—definitely a big plus! Overall, this was the best staycation we’ve had, and it was a perfect way to celebrate our baby’s first birthday. We felt relaxed, well taken care of, and genuinely happy with our stay. Thank you so much—we will definitely recommend this hotel to others and look forward to coming back again!

The Sofitel Al Hamra Beach Resort is an excellent choice for a luxurious and relaxing holiday in Ras Al Khaimah. Its beautiful beachfront location, impressive pools, elegant rooms, and attentive staff create a memorable experience. While it's relatively new, and some minor ”teething” problems have been mentioned, the resort is clearly striving to deliver a top-tier experience. It's highly recommended for families and couples seeking a serene and sophisticated retreat.
