We arrived at 2259, the staff Wendy and the chef on duty that night were so nice to whip up a tasty bowl of noodles for us. Hats off to their kindness as it was closing time and they were already packing up to leave.
A five star experience except for the constant smoke smell in the air conditioning. Also, the washer and dryers were constantly in use, it was difficult to get a slot to use them.
Walking distance from airport, new hotel, clean, modern and comfortable.

My Feedback for This Beautiful Hotel
Pros:
The hotel is beautifully designed, with a lovely tea scent everywhere—very inviting.
During check-in, the staff upgraded our room to a larger one on a higher floor (Room 1913), which we absolutely loved!
The room is spacious and has everything you need.
One of the cleaners, an elderly lady, was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Despite the language barrier, we communicated using hand gestures and Google Translate.
On our first night, we were looking for a place to have dinner, and the lady at the lobby counter was very helpful—she even assisted us in booking a Didi.
A convenience store is located just across the building.
The laundry room is well-equipped and very convenient.
The hotel also gave us complimentary gifts and fruits after check-in, along with two bottles of mineral water. Upon check-out, we received more free gifts—such a generous gesture!
Cons:
Since the hotel is next to a busy road, you can hear car honking quite often.
Unfortunately, none of the staff can communicate in English. If they could, our conversations would have been much smoother.
Overall:
I had an amazing stay in Quanzhou, and I would definitely choose this hotel again if I return to this province!

A wonderful stay at Citywell hotel. Excellent customer services at the reception & housekeeping . The staff were really wonderful, patient, helpful & cheerful ! Room is spacious, very clean & comfortable. The breakfast spread has good variety. The location is great , close to attractions and in midst of eateries & shops. L'aspetto dell'edificio alberghiero sembra vecchio. Tuttavia, sono impressionato dalla pulizia della stanza. In realtà, ogni volta che la posizione è conveniente, mi piace prenotare Holiday Inn ovunque visito. Perche' Holiday Inn non mi manca mai - una stanza molto pulita e temperata. Una semplice caffetteria è stata creata ma buon colazione.

Located a short walking distance from Metro Line 1 Shudou station, this hotel has everything needed for a great stay for first timers in Fuzhou (central and safe location with local food options; compact but well designed and furnished rooms with comfortable beds; delicious breakfast buffet with proactive and efficient restaurant staff; and good facilities including laundry room, tea shops and tuina massage centre within the compound). During our stay, we needed urgent help to manage a situation and the staff on duty (小邓) went above and beyond to sort things out and we can’t be more grateful to him and the front desk staff. Thank you again. Would definitely come back again in the future!

Pulito e ben attrezzato. Il meglio di tutto è la lavanderia. Tre set di lavatrici e asciugatrici industriali. Resto gratuito per gli ospiti. La famosa via pedonale ZhongShan si trova proprio di fronte all'hotel. Numerosi ristoranti locali. Le fermate della metropolitana sono adiacenti all'hotel. Il personale della reception è cordiale e disponibile. Caffetteria a tema ”LaPiXiaoXin”.

Hotel is very pretty and room is very nice
There’s a free pickup from the train station which is very nice and plus point for the hotel
However the staff needs more training in terms of their services and professionalism. Their standard is obviously not at the hotel’s level. When I reach on the first day, the young lady and gentleman that assist us with the check in is nice and friendly. However after that it’s always an older plump lady that is at the front desk during the day and her attitude doesn’t makes me comfortable. I was writing something to pass to her and she keep rush me to be faster and the way she talks makes me feels as if I’m at a market instead of hotel. And also the aunty that manned the laundry area. When I was washing my clothes around 3-4pm, she said I occupied both laundry pod and other ppl can’t wash it. I told her nicely that I will come and take out the cloth on time. I mean there’s so many ppl that leave their clothes in the laundry and dryer pod after clean and dried for hours or overnight. Doesn’t that occupied the pod as well and others cant use it? Then she still continues to nag and said me about using both pod. Once again I told her nicely the same statement. Then she continues again and keep repeating the same thing to me over and over again and I snap back at her only she stop. What’s wrong with her? There’s a saying 给你脸 你还蹬鼻子上脸了？以为我很好欺负吗？Please give more training to both of the staff so they don’t ruined the reputation of your hotel. And there’s a staff that told me to pay for the lost card. I misplaced a card before with other hotel and never been told to pay for it. They just simply void the card. It’s only 10-20 rmb which is not a lot tho but it really ruins my impression for this hotel. I mean this hotel is very pretty and I would love to stay there again if I’m visiting Lonyan again but with this kind of staff around, I will think twice before deciding my stay next time. I stayed Wanda and Fliport Hotel in Lonyan before and the price for these 3 hotels doesn’t difference much but their staff definitely handle customer with more professionalism and better attitude

VVythicaWe stayed in Floral Luxury.1949 Guesthouse for 1 night. We booked Mufan room located on the ground floor as i am travelling with my elderly mom and carrying heavy luggage bags.
The guesthouse butler will contact you the night before your arrival to add them to Wechat for easy communication. They will share their hotel location and offer pick-up service at the train station if required.
Access to Yunshuiyao town is RMB90 perpax and free for those aged above 65 years old. Yunshuiyao is a scenic town area with 3 km long (2 - 3 hours walk). We hired a chinese speaking guide to accompany us to explain the history of Huaiyan building (square tulou), Hegui building (round tulou), and the town area. It cost RMB100.
The guesthouse is located inside Yunshuiyao town, behind the shop houses, in-between waterwheel and 2 trees (named as husband and wife) aged above 670 years old.
When we reached there at 2.30 pm, it was raining. The hotel staff immediately came out with an umbrella to pick us up and assist with the luggage.
The check-in is fast, and the access to the room is by password, which they will share in Wechat. Checkout is also very easy.
The hotel offered free fruits twice a day, afternoon and evening.
The basic bathroom essentials are complete, and they also provide bathrobes. The bed and pillows are very comfortable for a good night sleep. Luckily the aircond can change to warm mode as it was very cold on raining day.
There's a mini kids playground for children's. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast set come with porridge and soya drink. Can topup if needed more. The in-house restaurant provides lunch & dinner with a la carte chinese foods menu.
The sky brightens at 5 am, while the sun rises high at 6.45am. If you are able to wake up early, this is the best time for you to revisit the town and tulou surrounding area for nice photos and cool breeze as only local people around. There's a roadside stall selling super long youtiao (equal to size of 2 youtiao) located near the stone bridge not far from guesthouse.
The whole Yunshuiyao town is covered with natural peebles pathway. Wear suitable shoes as it will be very slippery during the rainy day.

The hotel’s location is perfect, offering easy access to nearby attractions. The staff also kindly gave me breakfast coupons. The breakfast was delicious and vairous. They change the menu everyday and provide the specialties of Xiamen.
Overall, my experience was nothing short of outstanding, and I will definitely be returning on my next trip to Xiamen. Highly recommend!!!

DDarylDato che non era un periodo di grande affluenza e saremmo rimasti per un'intera settimana, al momento del check-in ci hanno assegnato la Wooden Loft Family Room, che era piuttosto carina. La stanza era confortevole, con ampie finestre e una bella vista sul ruscello e sulla foresta. Era fantastico avere una lavatrice, che aveva anche la funzione asciugatrice, così potevamo comunque asciugare i vestiti quando era nuvoloso e fresco. Il WC intelligente è stato un po' deludente: il controller non era molto reattivo e lo scarico era molto debole. La vasca era bella, anche se l'acqua non era abbastanza calda da renderla confortevole. Soprattutto abbiamo apprezzato il cortile e l'area colazione/ristorante, in particolare la sala da tè. Sono davvero ben progettate e organizzate e offrono un piacevole spazio per rilassarsi, leggere e scrivere. La colazione era piuttosto buona, le porzioni venivano fornite in base al numero di persone, anche se spesso non erano sufficienti per noi e di solito ne chiedevamo un'altra. La sera ci portavano anche un vassoio di frutta e yogurt in camera, che abbiamo apprezzato molto. La posizione è comoda per raggiungere a piedi lo Yuchanglou Tulou a Xiabancun, anche se parte del percorso si svolge sulla strada principale, che può essere trafficata. Per raggiungere altre zone come Tianluokeng e Taxiacun è possibile anche camminare, anche se a volte è necessario percorrere la strada principale in quanto non ci sono sentieri o stradine secondarie. C'è un servizio di autobus turistici che collega i punti panoramici e si può anche fermarli durante il tragitto, anche se è necessario acquistare prima un biglietto di trasporto, che non è semplice da ottenere se non lo si fa in anticipo. Quindi, la maggior parte degli ospiti arriva con la propria auto o ne noleggia una. Se si arriva in treno, sebbene trip.com indichi le stazioni ferroviarie di Yongding e Longshan come le più vicine, in realtà la stazione più veloce e comoda è quella di Nanchino. Inoltre, poiché l'hotel si trova all'interno dell'area panoramica, è necessario acquistare i biglietti per l'ingresso, sia online che cartacei all'ingresso.

È molto comodo raggiungere varie attrazioni lato sinistro della strada quando esci. C'è una mensa n. 㐅 accanto, non ricordo quale sia, i materiali sono freschi, l'ambiente all'interno del ristorante è igienico e il prezzo non è alto Abbiamo viaggiato in modo indipendente e abbiamo scelto l'hotel giusto L'hotel offre anche tè bianco, wolfberry, datteri rossi e crisantemo.

La posizione è ottima, proprio sulla strada principale di Dawangfeng Road, comoda per gli spostamenti; c'è un parcheggio esclusivo nel cortile sul retro; il personale alla reception è cordiale e premuroso, aiutando a pianificare l'itinerario; upgrade gratuito della camera, camera spaziosa e pulita, biancheria da letto confortevole, servizi completi, ad esempio: ci sono abbastanza ganci in bagno, cosa che molti hotel a cinque stelle potrebbero non essere in grado di fare, pollice in su!
[L'unico inconveniente] 1. In realtà ci sono diversi tipi di colazione, ma non sono abbastanza raffinati. Il caffè è solubile, non macinato fresco, e i noodles e le uova vengono serviti in una caffettiera intera, non appena cotti; 2. L'isolamento acustico della camera non è buono e il rumore del decollo e dell'atterraggio degli aerei è molto forte, soprattutto nella seconda metà della notte; chi ha il sonno leggero dovrebbe prenderlo in considerazione.
