Location of the hotel is almost good. You need to walk 10mins to reach the bus station. The front desk person does not smile and it is kind of rude to people like me since she is working in the servicing line. The reception area looks clean and pretty but the room's wall and toilet are rather old. Fixing the wall with wallpaper but not fully covered. There is laundry provided but the machine is very old and does not work properly. It is only a 3 star hotel, so it's rather acceptable if you are not too fussy.

The staff were very friendly and kind. One memorable moment was when I bumped into a reception staff member at the laundry area. She noticed that I was having trouble operating the washing machine. Even though I could tell she had already ended her shift, she still took the time to help me. She really didn’t have to, and I’m very grateful for her kindness. However, there were a couple of issues during my stay. On the first day, I could smell cigarette smoke in my room, which was quite unpleasant. In addition, the room heater didn’t seem to work properly. Even after switching it to heating mode, it continued to blow cold air instead of warm air. Overall, the staff’s hospitality was excellent, but I hope the hotel can improve on room maintenance and cleanliness to make the stay more comfortable.

Will give 10 stars if I can… fantastic location just within the old town but only 3 min walk from main road, yet located in a quiet corner in the middle of the food street… very convenient. The room is so comfortable that I extended 2 more nights to rest there. Beautiful buildings, clean and fresh room, fragrant shampoo and shower gel… and my favourite is there is this tea leaves burner that makes the room smell really good… the service by the 3 ladies and their male manager is fantastic too! Definitely with the price!

The hotel directly oppsite a tall apartment and is alittle distance from the Wanda Plaza shopping mall, u need to passby a apartment then cross a busy junction to get to the opposite street, then walk abt 3min to the mall. Opposite the hotel, u can find Luckin coffee, fruits shop and mini marts, is quite convenient. We accessed the laundry room and gym in the hotel and find them good. Breakfast is nice and consists of good variety of local foods. The supper is not very nice though, the side dishes do not smells fresh and the porridge is watery, seems to leave there for quite sometimes. The customer services of reception and housekeeping are very good, we enjoyed the stay.

Excellent location, friendly staff. hotel is located in the famous street. Yummy restaurants and local eateries. Love walking about the 三坊七巷. Many Instagram spots.highly recommended to immerse yourself in the local culture and community

Scegliere il B&B giusto per questo viaggio ha raddoppiato la gioia della mia intera esperienza! Dalla prenotazione al check-out, tutto è filato liscio, e devo proprio dire che è un elogio. Innanzitutto, vorrei elogiare la posizione fantastica: è incredibilmente comoda! I luoghi panoramici, i ristoranti più gettonati e le stazioni della metropolitana che avevo programmato di visitare sono tutti raggiungibili a piedi in dieci minuti. Non c'è bisogno di infilarsi negli autobus o fare lunghe deviazioni. Ho potuto dormire a sufficienza ogni giorno e poi uscire al mio ritmo, controllando completamente il mio itinerario. È stato rilassante e piacevole. La lavanderia e la terrazza al settimo piano sono state un vero vantaggio. I miei vestiti sono stati puliti alla perfezione durante i miei tre giorni di soggiorno. La terrazza offre una vista magnifica e godersi la brezza serale e il paesaggio è molto più confortevole che stare in camera. Anche la camera in sé è stata una piacevole sorpresa. L'arredamento è semplice ma elegante, la biancheria da letto è morbida e confortevole e la pulizia è eccezionale, persino gli angoli sono impeccabili. Anche la reception è stata molto attenta. Mi hanno fornito istruzioni dettagliate per il check-in quando li ho contattati in anticipo e mi hanno anche dato consigli utili quando ho chiesto delle guide locali. Mi sono sentito completamente a mio agio. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è incredibile. L'ho già consigliato ad amici e sicuramente soggiornerò qui la prossima volta che visiterò la città!

La stazione della metropolitana è ben situata in tutta la strada, n molto piacevole n personale utile, soprattutto al ristorante del colazione n desk front ( ci ha aiutato a raggiungere la stazione ferroviaria. Grazie a tutti.

La posizione è buona che è vicino alla stazione ferroviaria a 5 minuti a piedi. La pulizia della stanza è buona. Ma la aria condizionata/aria ventilata è deludente. Ho prenotato la stanza non fumante, ma posso ancora profumare il fumo intermittente. Anche tardi di notte, mi sveglio dal brutto odore di fumo. Qual è il punto che sto prenotando non fumare, ma lasciate che le persone fumino fuori nel corridoio o nell'area ascensore o in altre camere? Non riesco a immaginare che questo possa accadere a Hampton/Hilton.
