From the moment I entered, I was impressed by the immaculate cleanliness of my room. It was not only tidy but also well-maintained, creating a welcoming atmosphere that made my stay incredibly comfortable. The attention to detail in housekeeping truly stood out, and it was evident that the staff takes great pride in providing a pristine environment for their guests. One of the standout features of my stay was the complimentary laundry service. This thoughtful amenity made my trip even more convenient, allowing me to refresh my wardrobe without any hassle. It’s a fantastic perk, especially for travelers who are on the go or attending conferences. Additionally, I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast offered at the hotel. The variety and quality of the food were impressive, providing a delightful start to each day. I also appreciated the gym facilities, which were practical and useful for maintaining my fitness routine while traveling. It had everything I needed for a good workout, making it easy to stay active during my stay. Another unique aspect of the Mercure Hotel is the innovative use of robots to deliver food orders from ** (Meituan) directly to your room. This modern touch added a fun and convenient element to my experience, making it easy to enjoy delicious meals without leaving my room. Lastly, the hotel features a designated space for pick-ups and drop-offs, which was incredibly convenient for my travel arrangements. It made coming and going a breeze, allowing me to focus on my activities without any stress. there are mall nearby within 2KM and it’s so cheap and convenient to just didi anywhere from here. FYI during winter most hotels in china does not have air conditioning, here offer both air conditioning and heater, which is a must for me. Overall, I highly recommend the Mercure Hotel for anyone visiting Xiamen. The combination of a clean, comfortable room, delicious breakfast, practical gym, innovative delivery service, and excellent amenities like free laundry makes it a top choice for both business and leisure travelers. I look forward to returning on my next visit!

As it wasn't a busy time and we were staying for a whole week, on check they upgraded us to the Wooden Loft Family Room, which was quite nice. The room was comfortable with big windows and a nice view across the stream to the forest. It was great to have a washing machine and the washing machine had a dryer function as well so we could still dry our clothes when it was cloudy and cool. The smart toilet was a bit disappointing as the controller wasn't very responsive and the flush was very weak. The tub was nice though the water was not quite hot enough to make it comfortable. Most of all we enjoyed the courtyard area and the breakfast/restaurant area, especially the tea room. They are really well designed and organized and provide a nice space to relax and read and write. The breakfast was quite nice, they provide a serving size based on the number of people, though it was often not enough for us and we normally asked for another serving. They also brought a fruit and yogurt platter to the room in evenings which we also enjoyed. The location is convenient to walk down to the Yuchanglou Tulou in Xiabancun, though part of the way will be on the main road which can be busy with traffic. To get to other areas such as Tianluokeng and Taxiacun it is also possible to walk, though again sometimes you have to walk on the main road as there is no walking path or small side road. There is a tourist bus service that goes between the scenic spots and you can even flag them down in between though you are supposed to have purchased a transportation ticket first and that is not striaghtforward to get if you didn't get it in advance. So, most guests come with their own car or rent one. If arriving by train, while trip.com shows the Yongding and Longshan railway stations as the closest, actually the quickest and most convenient station is the one at Nanjing. Also, because the hotel is within the scenic area you do need to purchase tickets to enter, either online tickets or paper tickets at the gate.

Il ristorante è proprio di fronte al Civil Aviation Yunxiang Express. Parte ogni mezz'ora per l'aeroporto e costa 31 yuan. Sotto l'hotel c'è una stazione degli autobus. È molto comodo raggiungere varie attrazioni lato sinistro della strada quando esci. C'è una mensa n. 㐅 accanto, non ricordo quale sia, i materiali sono freschi, l'ambiente all'interno del ristorante è igienico e il prezzo non è alto Abbiamo viaggiato in modo indipendente e abbiamo scelto l'hotel giusto L'hotel offre anche tè bianco, wolfberry, datteri rossi e crisantemo.

We really enjoyed staying in your hotel last night. Although we checked in late, we had excellent service from the staff at the front desk. The female staff were most friendly. They helped us with finding a good restaurant for late dinner. We booked the shuttle to the airport the next day, and the staff prepared the takeout breakfast for us, going to the airport. I have no complaints about the facilities and room, it exceeded my expectations. The room was very clean, and the decor was modern and cosy. The location was great. There were many restaurants within a short walk.

At first, we were disappointed because they put us into a small room that we felt was not worth the price we paid for. However, the next day they upgraded our room into a nice one with a separate toilet and shower area. There were wide windows and the view was the quiet road below and two small mountains in the distance. Not bad eh! This was the time we started feeling comfortable and relaxed in our 4 nights of stay here. The bed and pillows were firm and very good to sleep in. Good for relaxing after a long day of touring or working. There was a small dining table as well as some space or area to work and put your other stuff. The toilet is fully automated so it was really comfortable to use. The staff in general were accommodating and the female receptionist manning the lobby was always enthusiastic and helpful. On the other hand, location is far from downtown so it might cost you a bit more if you take the didi often. Also, breakfast fare was sparse when we were there, probably because it was still the tourist season. Not sure though but for whatever reason, when we got to the breakfast nook at around 8am, most of the food was gone. We had to wait for about 30 min for some trays to be refilled with food while the rest simply remained empty. If you don’t like local breakfast, then this hotel’s breakfast is not for you. Overall, it was a pleasant stay for us.

The staff are polite and nice and the breakfast are very nice, with various type of dishes. . However, the facilities are relatively old. The air conditional function normally, but the room temperature stayed at 25 while we set to 21.

Il miglior hotel che abbia mai vissuto, un hotel di 100+ anni di villa cambiato, la posizione dell'hotel è a sette minuti a piedi dal porto di Trinity Tian, vicino al otto piani, e la posizione è molto buona.La chiave è che il servizio sia davvero buono. La nostra famiglia ha cinque persone che hanno mangiato male e quattro sono cadute a causa di cose cattive. I bambini hanno anche fatto il letto e il cuscino. Il cameriere aiuta a lavorare e cambiare in tempo. Non c'è un'espressione inquietante, aiuta a seccare le gabbie dei bambini, fornisce farmaci. Il servizio non deve essere detto. Poiché l'hotel è bello da solo, l'hotel offre anche un'ampia gamma di gioia e aiuta gli anziani a fare foto.Il colazione è anche molto delicato. L'hotel incompleto di Trumworn è stato fortunato a prenotare l'hotel e sentire il pieno di entusiasmo dei giovani camerieri. Old Town
The hotel is located in a central prime location in a busy but relatively quiet side street, very convenient and close to everything you ever need. Plenty of attractions,restaurants, cafes and places of interest all within walking distance. We had a fantastic time here in Quanzhou with superb and hospitable weather all through the week, no withstanding the taiphoon passing nearby. The facilities are modern, even an inhouse cafe/ restaurant which provides prompt services with near perfect tasty food and drinks. The room service on the low desk in the room made it the best and most memorable dining experience we had during the mini honeymoon. See the photos attached. The staff esp the reception, even the cleaners, went out of the way to attend to every needs and request from us, always with a smile and highly professional disposition. I personally saw how they handled a particularly difficult client with such grace and calmness, which settled the impasse pretty promptly. I saw the client a few days later who was full of smiles, satisfaction and appreciation of the level of comfort and services she received. I couldn't have been happier the 4 days staying and could have extended more days had there been rooms available. But I promise to return when the first opportunity avail itself. The only suggestion I can give is to make the slippery floor in the toilet more slip resistant. Perhaps with some thin layer of anti slip mat whenever requested by more senior clients like me. I was extra careful going in and out each time, as the water ponded easily there .
