Il servizio dell'hotel è molto buono. Vorrei ringraziare in particolar modo una ragazza nella sala colazione. Ha tenuto i soldi che abbiamo perso per sbaglio, ci ha trovati per confermarli a colazione il giorno dopo, e poi ci ha dato i soldi il giorno in cui siamo partiti. Everything is good.However pls consider noodles for breakfast ,this is a great idea for East Asian clients. Here are a few popular options you might consider: Instant Ramen: Quick and easy, with various flavors to choose from. Udon Noodles: Thick and chewy, often served in a savory broth. We arrived early for our scheduled check-in time. Robin Edwards, the general manager, has given everyone instructions to take note of my two-day stay at the hotel. After receiving a welcome drink upon my arrival, the General Manager presented me with a unique gift. My check-in was finished in a matter of minutes. After I got in the room, a representative from three different hotels came to ask if I needed anything or if I wasn't satisfied with the space, there was another one available for me. Because of the excellent customer service and concern that made my day memorable, I felt a little ashamed now. Overall exceptional cervices

Ho avuto una fantastica esperienza a Amari Dhaka. Il personale era incredibilmente accogliente, e il servizio era eccellente. La mia stanza era pulita, comoda, e aveva una bella vista. Le strutture, soprattutto la piscina e le opzioni da pranzo, erano top-notch. Lo consiglio molto per un soggiorno rilassante!

The position is good, very close to the airport. Service and general quality for sure not 5 star... but we are in Bangladesh.

L'hotel è nuovo, quindi i mobili sono in buona condizione. I camerieri del ristorante sono molto utili. Il cuoco ha accettato di cucinare cibo non spezie. Quando c'era una leggera confusione con l'ordine, abbiamo ricevuto un complimento dal cuoco. L'acqua nella piscina è pulita.

The location was good and the hotel was quite clean. However, the service was not great. The security and the hotel manager were keep asking me room number every single time I returned to the hotel. I have a key and they should make their lift service key control rather than this type of epic manual check! For business and travel purposes ,I have been to over 20 countries so far and never experienced this type of repeated question regarding the room number which is a bit annoying. Maybe a Bangladeshi thing !

Ho soggiornato in diversi hotel e ho finito per soggiornare in questo ogni volta che vengo qui. È relativamente pulito e il servizio di prelievo dall'aeroporto è affidabile. Il servizio di prelievo dall'aeroporto costa 28 $. La colazione era ok. Le prese sono universali, dall'altra parte della strada c'è un piccolo frigorifero, una palestra e un piccolo supermercato. Non c'è niente di sbagliato, tranne che è costoso.
