Stopped here overnight. Price and reviews were really good so gave it a shot. Lobby was very nice, staff was very friendly, room was dated though very nice and clean. Spacious for two. Good water pressure in shower. Gated with security parking. Faced the road and didn’t hear any other guests or road. Would definitely go back.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno fantastico al Dolphin Disney World Resort. Gli adulti hanno cenato al Blue Zoo Todd's English: i bucatini all'aragosta e il salmone con salsa al vino bianco, entrambi deliziosi (140 $ con mancia)! Abbiamo preso un cocktail di ananas, forte e ben fatto. I ragazzi hanno mangiato al The Fountain e hanno preso hamburger e patatine (50 $) Abbiamo aggiunto un letto pieghevole per 36 $ e il check-out posticipato allo stesso prezzo. Strutture davvero belle, ma non abbiamo avuto il tempo di godercele tutte. Avevamo una camera all'ottavo piano con vista sullo spettacolo pirotecnico al Magic Kingdom alle 21:00. Abbiamo preso un taxi acqueo per gli Hollywood Studios e abbiamo anche fatto una bella passeggiata sul lungomare, dove c'erano negozi e altre cose da vedere!

Hotel was still in the process of being built with some facilities unavailable. Room was large but very hollow and like a barn with no carpet on the floor only hard flooring. Cold tap in kitchen did not work and no cooking utensils and limited knives and forks etc. Breakfast was also poor with throw away plates and wooden cutlery like on an airplane . Expensive for what it was and I would not stay again

This place is amazing!! I stayed at bldg 11 with a pool view. I’ve been in FL for 10 years and never heard of this place so I decided to take a quick weekend getaway my my granddaughter and youngest daughter. We had a blast!! The rooms are really nice, very clean! The staff are friendly, very helpful, and accommodating! I was able to book an extra night in the same room after my booking was already confirmed! Kimberly at the guest checking counter took very good care of me. The location of this is very convenient since it is pretty much close to everything such as theme parks, stores and plenty of places to eat! This is a must visit type of place!

This is one of our favourite hotels anywhere. We took our entire three generation family there from the UK a couple of years ago and this year we effectively added a two day stay onto a two week villa rental vacation just so that we could revisit the hotel and play the golf course. We did have a few complaints about two things. We visited the Italian restaurant’ Cala Bella’ and whilst we enjoyed most of our starters we didn’t really enjoy our main courses with the food feeling pre prepared and warmed up rather than fresh. We sent some back and there was no quibble about taking these off the bill but it was a disappointing dining experience. For that money in a top class hotel everything should be freshly prepared  We felt that some of the charges were excessive, a 20% service charge on a $30 self serve breakfast buffet is scandalous . Similarly $32/day for self parking felt excessive.  This was our third visit to this hotel- will there be a fourth ?

I really enjoyed how on top of things guest services was in helping my family and friends be closer and they took the liberty to suggest this. The hotel might be tiny, but kept clean and comfortable. I don’t come to a Disney hotel to stay in it all day, but it’s comfortable after a long day of Disney adventures.

Mi piace questo hotel sono andato diverse volte e in questo porta la mia famiglia ma l'unica cosa che non mi è mai piaciuto è che cade una goccia d'acqua e ti tirano fuori dalla piscina, anche la mia famiglia si lamentò dello stesso questa volta, solo per un'aria che ha fatto, Nessuna turbina e ci hanno mandato a uscire , e poi uno si secca non hanno più voglia di entrare più .Inoltre mi hanno detto di pagare 85 all'hotel e mi hanno prelevato 150 e non mi restituiscono mai .Ho prenotazione di nuovo per agosto se non mi restituiscono questa volta non penso sono più in grado di pagare la stessa cosa che posso pagare in altri.

Absolutely beautiful resort. We drove and arrived very late, staff was accommodating and got us to our room right away as we were very tired. Staff was top notch, room was immaculate and welcoming. Multiple pools to choose from, multiple restaurants to choose from. They offered fun family activities throughout the week that we stayed such as nightly movies, scavenger hunts, pool party, tie-dye shirts, plenty of arts and crafts to choose from for the week, so much fun! The only complaint we had was birds around the pool at the dig site kept pooping in the pool so the pool kept closing for maintenance. It was great that they kept closing to clean and re-check the pool pH it was just more annoying than anything because it had closed multiple times one day when it was 90° in very hot. Other than that everything was great! The cafeteria food was great and we also tried the three bridges restaurant which was excellent as well!

Gentile Signore/a, Per prima cosa ho fornito i dati della mia carta di credito per un deposito. In realtà mi sono stati addebitati 50 dollari e mi è stato detto che l'addebito sarebbe stato annullato entro 3 giorni. Perché viene fatto in questo modo? Non mi succede in altri hotel! Il cibo al mattino era scadente, non c'erano verdure, tonno, aglio, maionese e la maggior parte del cibo non era molto salutare.

If you wanna skip the long queues and head an hour earlier into the theme park - please booked disney related hotels. This cuts time waiting. Done the tron and dwarf ride within 1hr30 mins. This is when the crowd is starting to trickle in
