We ended up at the Daytona Grande after the Hilton Oceanfront overbooked and we were on our way with no place to stay! Admittedly not the safest, but I had to book this place while driving from the Orlando airport and just looking for something that wasn’t a total dive but still decently priced without a ton of extra fees. No free breakfast here which is something I especially appreciate as a family of 6, but in this case it was just me and my teenage son in town for an archery championship. After the highly stressful day of travel we had, the Grande was like a little slice of Heaven! It was clean, quiet, and beautiful. We decided after having to skip lunch with flight delays and all that, we just wanted a good meal and a good bed and we got exactly that. My son and I split truffle fries to start, the crusted crab filet, and beignets for dessert. All were wonderful (and we’re from Dallas where there is no shortage of excellent food) and enjoyed Oceanside on the dimly lit quiet patio. My only criticism is that the tables should be turned perpendicularly to the ocean and hotel so that everyone at the table gets a view of both rather than one facing a wall while the other faces the ocean. Rooms were nicely decorated, had comfortable, intuitive lighting, handy USB plugs, and most importantly REALLY COMFORTABLE BEDS! We have a Tempurpedic at home so my sleep is usually pretty abysmal at hotels. Now, this wasn’t as comfy as home, but I slept hard and woke without being sore since the bed was genuinely comfortable. My only complaints about the room were that the window sheers, while stylish, really gave no privacy at all, so if you wanted privacy you had to sacrifice light. Water pressure wasn’t great and the bathroom needed more towel bars and hooks. This would’ve been way more of a nuisance with the whole family, but they also came midday and restocked towels and made up the beds, which we see less and less of these days, even at nice hotels in the name of being “green”. But it was spacious and clean and otherwise nicely equipped. Elevators were fast and never held us up. Beach access from the elevator was nice as we didn’t have to walk through the lobby in swimsuits. Parking was slightly inconvenient being caddy corner across the street, but not bad at all. We considered but didn’t try room service mainly due to price and unknown wait (when we had tournament times to consider) but the little shop/cafe in the lobby was great and convenient and priced about as you’d expect (pricey, but not too ridiculous). We got coffee and breakfast sandwiches both days. I think the biggest issue with this place is the visibility. It’s tall to be sure so you’re not going to miss it, but the entrance and signage is on the far side and behind a little aqua building (I think called Sand Dunes) which had to be apartments or a teeny hotel that I can only assume refused to sell to the Grande in development so the Grande built around it. It keeps it from having the opulent entrance that the Hilton does

Ho prenotato questo hotel solo perché includeva un Express Pass gratuito. Il servizio dell'hotel è stato davvero pessimo! La prima sera non abbiamo comprato acqua, quindi abbiamo usato quella in bottiglia in camera (costava 8 dollari a bottiglia) e ne abbiamo bevuta metà. Quando siamo tornati in camera quella sera, l'altra metà era sparita. L'abbiamo cercata ovunque ma non l'abbiamo trovata. 8 dollari a bottiglia, e loro hanno buttato via o portato via metà bottiglia senza il mio permesso: è scandaloso! Alla fine hanno ammesso che era un loro errore e hanno detto che non ci avrebbero addebitato l'acqua. Inoltre, al momento del check-out, la reception ci ha detto che non avevamo fatto acquisti e che non era necessario fare il check-out; siamo semplicemente usciti. Più tardi, abbiamo ricevuto un'e-mail in cui ci veniva comunicato che ci erano stati addebitati più di 20 dollari. Dopo aver contattato Ctrip, ci hanno detto che era perché avevamo bevuto una bottiglia di alcol nella loro lounge??? Siamo usciti presto e tornati tardi, e non abbiamo mangiato in hotel! È assolutamente ridicolo! Non ci hanno ancora rimborsato i 600 dollari. Desidero elogiare il servizio clienti di Ctrip: ci hanno aiutato a comunicare con l'hotel riguardo all'acqua mancante e agli addebiti inspiegabili, e si sono persino offerti di risarcirci prima. Servizio: Pessimo! Pessimo! Pessimo!

Una vacanza da sogno al Southernmost Beach Resort! Abbiamo avuto il piacere di trascorrere giorni indimenticabili al Southernmost Beach Resort di Key West, ed è stato semplicemente perfetto! Il resort è un vero paradiso: la posizione direttamente sull'oceano, la vista mozzafiato e gli eleganti spazi esterni non lasciano nulla a desiderare. Le camere sono arredate con gusto, confortevoli ed eccezionalmente pulite. Ci si sente accolti e coccolati fin dal primo momento. Un punto di forza particolare è stato il servizio eccezionale di Alan e del suo fantastico team. Hanno fatto davvero di tutto per rendere il nostro soggiorno il più piacevole possibile. Che si trattasse di soddisfare richieste individuali, di fornire preziosi consigli su Key West o semplicemente di godersi una piacevole conversazione, Alan e il suo team sono sempre stati presenti con un sorriso e la massima professionalità. Siamo rimasti particolarmente colpiti dalla loro attenzione ai dettagli: dall'organizzazione perfetta ai piccoli dettagli che fanno la differenza, il servizio è stato semplicemente di prima classe. Si percepisce la passione di Alan e del suo team per il loro lavoro, e questo si riflette nell'atmosfera generale del resort. Consigliamo vivamente il Southernmost Beach Resort, non solo per la sua posizione mozzafiato e i suoi servizi di lusso, ma soprattutto per il servizio eccezionale che rende ogni soggiorno un'esperienza indimenticabile. Un ringraziamento speciale ad Alan e al suo team per questi giorni meravigliosi.

Abbiamo avuto un buon soggiorno, siamo stati in camera solo per dormire, così non ci sono grandi lamentele. La piscina era piccola e piena, ma c'è una spiaggia intera per godersi.  Non si può lamentare del prezzo che abbiamo pagato per una spiaggia front. ☺️

The hotel was beautiful.rooms are so clean .food at restaurants is really good .pool was kept very clean.be prepared to pay 27 for vallet parking due to very few spaces to park especially on weekends.the valet parking was caous on the 4th but is understandable.we enjoy fireworks.

La posizione e le condizioni hardware dell'hotel non sono male, ma c'è un problema con il sistema di pagamento dell'hotel. Ho pagato l'intero prezzo della camera su Ctrip e ho pagato il deposito al momento del check-in soggiorno, l'hotel ha addebitato più volte la pre-autorizzazione sulla mia carta di credito. Almeno 6 volte, l'importo singolo variava da più di 100 a più di 700 dollari USA. Ho soggiornato per tre giorni e una delle pre-autorizzazioni è stata di più più di 700 dollari USA sono stati ufficialmente saldati. Ho preso l'iniziativa per scoprirlo e ho contattato almeno Ctrip. Ci sono volute tre volte per risolverlo e ci è voluto più di un mese. Questo merita una recensione negativa!

Avevo un bel tempo con la mia famiglia. Voglio andare di nuovo se ho la prossima occasione, e ho buon accesso alla spiaggia e posso giocare a golf.

The unit was beautiful but it needs a little bit of maintenance. Little things to fix to make it perfect. Iron board but no iron dish liquid but no sponge patio seat plastic and broken . The patio door verticals missing slabs . No window treatments to avoid bright light in the morning. Is these are fix it would be nice

Volevamo passare qualche giorno nella zona di St. Augustine. Questo era perfetto. Ha la propria spiaggia. Super amichevole personale. Bello colazione al mattino. Sedie e ombrelle potevi noleggiare per la spiaggia. Molto conveniente. Mi fermerò di nuovo. Grazie!

호텔은 너무 좋았습니다 에픽도 가깝고 하루 숙박하는데 보증금을 두번이나 결제해 놓고 그래도 취소 될거 같아서 안심하고 체크 아웃했는데 .. (미국은 거의 셀프 체크아웃임) 일주일 지나고 보니 400달러 넘는돈이 카드결제에 넘어와있음 너무 황당함 😡😡에픽유니버셜에서 먹고 논거 바로 결게하고 호텔에서 0원도 쓴고 없는데 !!!!!트립닷컴에서 적극적으로 대응해주고 있어서 기다리고 있어요 ㅠ
