Location, that's the main selling point of this hotel. Just 5 minutes walk away from Hoi An old town, it makes it the ideal place to make the most out of Hoi An. The views of the river view room was amazing as well, being able to take in the uniqueness of the heritage site. The room was very modern, clean and sound proofing was good. Service was also very good with friendly and attentive staff. Plus points for the good buffet breakfast with a river view. Whether it's for the food, tailors, night market or just strolling around town, this hotel is certainly something to not miss.

Best hotel in Hoiana, room is clean staff is very very polite,  what a high standard hotel, but toilet bowl could improve to auto wash will be best 👍

During the weekdays it was a nice and calm stay. The room is great. Bed is comfortable and huge, the balcony is just lovely and the pool is great. About the food... I would not say it is great at all, western options are just low quality and they even put ketchup on everything (?) Coming from a country like Spain I don't think you are going to enjoy the food here at all. My personal recommendation is to get a taxi to Hoi An and ask for a Cao lầu in a street vendor, the quality will be awesome and for less than half of the price of a coffee in the hotel 😅 As mentioned, I enjoyed a lot reading and chilling by the pool during weekdays but, in the weekend the zone was pretty packed with kids and families and, although I like seeing them enjoying it, it is not a relaxing and calm experience at all. Consider that :)

We enjoyed everything about our stay. The staff were all fantastic and made our stay so much better. The rooms are spotless, the hotel is right next to the beach which was beautiful and very relaxing, there is also 2 restaurants, 2 pools, a gym, and other fun activities that you can do at the resort. We also really enjoyed the breakfast which had a nice variety of options and the hotel provides a free shuttle service into Hoi An which is around 10 minutes away. We will definitely stay here again.

THis wasnt a particularly great experience. The hotel is located quite far from the city and it is inconvenient and somewhat expensive to make trips. The proximity to vinwonder is great but we would locate ourselves for long in this property in future. Executive Suite room wasn't special. The outer area should have a bed in place IMO. Facilities and cleanliness is good. Facilities wise, they are lacking play activities for children. Service was okayish. The staff seemed to be struggling to manage expectations and general flux of guests. Were quite disorganized. They should seriously consider hiring a good management team to take care of reception. Food is restaurant was nothing special and took forever to arrive. I didnt enjoy the experience much compared to our experience in similarly expensive properties in Thailand in past.

The resort was very modern and clean. It's location is a bit further from the hustle and bustle of Da Nang downtown but not far enough that it's an inconvenience. The distance meant that the beaches are less crowded, ideal for a more relaxing and private beach retreat. The staff was very attentive, going so far to even ensure our stay was pleasant especially when we had some minor complaints for some issues in our room. They were very quick to resolve it too. The spa was also very relaxing with unique ginseng oils from Sulwhasoo. The mango Bingsu and unique Vietnamese cocktails are a must try! Breakfast was delicious and abundant too. The room was very clean and comfortable with good soundproofing. Overall a very very pleasant stay and a highly recommended stay.

Grande camera e bagno con bagno a vignetta. Passeggiabile alla strada principale e alla vecchia città. Servizio amichevole e attento. Piscina piccola ma non abbiamo trascorso tempo li. Perfetto luogo per iniziare e finire il tuo Hoi An adventure!

E' stata la mia prima volta che sono rimasto. Ci siamo trasferiti 4 notti con il bambino di 14 mesi. Sarebbe piu' bello se avessero una piscina per bambini ma avessero un club per bambini che il mio bambino ama trascorrere il tempo li'. Il servizio era buono tutti erano molto amichevoli. Mi piacerebbe tornare li'.

Rispetto agli hotel di quattro stagioni precedentemente soggiornati e agli hotel vicini di Huahua, come l'hotel intercontinentale di Huahua, il prezzo di base dell'hotel di quattro stagioni è di circa 800 dollari, ma non fornisce il valore e l'esperienza corrispondenti. In questo intervallo di prezzo, si aspetta di godere di una buona esperienza, ma l'hotel di Nel Quattro stagione sembra non soddisfare queste aspettative. In primo luogo, rispetto all'hotel vicina di Liuhua, la stanza dell'hotel di Quattro stagione e la progettazione interna e la decorazione della zona pubblica sono ovviamente insufficienti e impressionanti. Altri hotel di lusso di solito si disegnano con stili architettonici unici, bellissime opere d'arte e design interno di esame, mentre il design dell'hotel di quattro stagioni sembra relativamente piatto e mancanza di personalità.Anche se mi sento un po'piatto, filtrato con forza, non è come lo stile di quattro stagioni. Questo rende gli ospiti incapaci di sentire il vero piacere e gusto all'hotel. Inoltre, la qualità e la diversità del colazione degli hotel di quattro stagioni sono ovviamente insoddisfacenti rispetto agli hotel di lusso circostanti.Altri hotel di solito forniscono più scelte di colazione e cibo di alta qualità e spazio per la raffinazione. Gli ospiti spesso si aspettano di gustare un cibo unico durante la colazione, ma l'hotel di quatri stagione non ha fornito l'esperienza. Considerato in modo generale, l'hotel di Siaoquay potrebbe non essere la scelta più intelligente per gli ospiti che sono disposti a pagare un prezzo elevato per godere di una buona esperienza. L'hotel vicina a Xiaohua (Xiao Anhui, Zhao, Lizhu, l'isola ricca, ecc.) fornisce un'esperienza più affina e unica in un'ambito di prezzo simile, che l'hotel di quarta stagione non ha raggiunto.Quindi non credo che il prezzo dell'hotel di quarta stagione valga la pena di pagare. Naturalmente, la piscina dell'hotel e la spiaggia sono molto belle, ma la gente pensa che vale la pena sperimentare questi due punti.

Sono rimasto sorpreso dal fatto che ci fossero meno coreani in un posto così carino di quanto mi aspettassi. Ci siamo divertiti senza fine in piscina e in spiaggia. Ero preoccupato dopo aver letto le recensioni sulla colazione, ma era davvero buona. I miei genitori hanno mangiato bene e sono rimasti soddisfatti, ed è stato bello comprare quello che ci serviva in un negozietto la sera e mangiarlo.
