Il servizio e il personale sono di buona qualità e amichevole. Tuttavia, per le strutture, dovrebbe essere molto meglio se ci sia un cabinetto con pendenti per appendere più vestiti. Inoltre, se il colazione incluso ha marrone e meno sale, sarebbe buono. Apprezzò che il riempimento e la porridge della mamma sono veloce e buono. Si consiglia alle persone di rimanere con esso mentre viaggiano vicino a Preston

Very conveniently located, spacious car park but standard breakfast, a definite choice for transit travellers. Stayed here with for one night, hotel is clean and room was spacious with styled furniture. Breakfast lacked a bit variety. Beds were hard. There were some events there at the same time we were checking out so it was a bit busy in the reception area.

Lovely clean hotel, stayed for one night, the member of staff who checked me in was lovely, even though had issues with trip.com. Would recommend and stay again

This is my second stay here and since my first not a lot has changed, other than ownership. You would be forgiven for describing the Royal Kings Arms as “tired”, but as it retains many original features, and further improvements would detract from the very characteristics which make it such a pleasant hotel. The staff are friendly but professional and courteous. Whilst service at breakfast could be quicker, personally I like the relaxed pace. Breakfast is a mixture of continental buffet style and fresh cooked to order. It is of excellent quality too! The location is perfect. Less than five minutes from the rail station and across just one road to the pedestrianised city centre. I will definitely be staying here again and have absolutely no hesitation in strongly recommending this as a perfect base for exploring the area.

Can’t complain at all about the Location, or that of the staff in every department were excellent and more than willing to help. However, i’m a wheelchair user and travel a lot on my own. The first thing i noticed was that i couldn’t get into the hotel from the main entrance, i was told to go to the side of the building and i would find a ramp and a door to get in. It didn’t feel like i was being treated exactly the same as able bodied people, and with the one door bolted shut it was still difficult to get through. The doors were not easy to get through the hotel at all. There aren’t any accessible rooms with a nice view , and the accessible rooms were at the back of the hotel. There is only two rooms suitable for disabled people. No other room was available for me, and as i had paid extra for a sea view, and no accessible room with a sea view i had no choice but to take a room that isn’t accessible. My room itself was a good size and plenty of space for my wheelchair. The shower was over the bathtub, so i just had to do my best to wash.The hotel itself has a very grand feel about it, but it does need to be given a make over as far as furnishings and colours go. Also a better option would be appreciated for access for disabled guests to enter and leave the hotel.

Il servizio di squadra era eccellente, le comunicazioni grandi quando era necessario. La stanza era pulita come il resto dell'hotel. Solo leggermente negativo era la dimensione dell'area da pranzo, si occupava rapidamente, ma fortunatamente siamo venuti a fare colazione presto.

L'hotel è situato nel centro di Preston, in una struttura alberghiera a prezzi accessibili, in una stazione di autobus e shopping, in una camera accogliente e decente con una cottura confortevole, il personale è professionale e amichevole, senza problemi. Devo certamente consigliare al mio amico e alla mia famiglia e tornare.Molto consigliare il colazione molte scelte e buon gusto

- E' fantastico! Il personale era utile. La sala di Thurnham si trova in un ambiente tranquillo e bellissimo, e comprende un alloggio moderno e pulito. La palestra, la piscina e la sauna sono stati un bonus aggiuntivo con un alto livello di attenzione per mantenere un ambiente pulito e sicuro. Grazie per il grande soggiorno - verrà certamente quando possibile. : )

L'Hotel Tickled Trout era un ottimo hotel. Ci siamo trasferiti solo una notte, la stanza era più grande di quanto pensassi. Solo un problema era che il bagno ha bisogno di una rivamp completa perché è estremamente datato. C'era solo un trucco d'acqua dalla testa del doccia. Finalmente abbiamo avuto acqua calda, ci è voluto un po' di tempo per venire. Le camere sono un po' date, ma sono carine.

I’ve stayed in 6 Blackpool hotels over the last 4 months. All were good stays with no complaints but I would rate them as follows: 1) Holiday Inn 2) Premier Inn Plus Room 3) Big Blue 4) Imperial 5) Travel lodge South 6) Ruskin. Best breakfast was Holiday Inn (£15), Travel lodge (£10), Big Blue (£18 too pricey).
