It a nice new hotel that needs more to accomplish a full accommodation for all services. I was there for a business trip and they didn’t have breakfast lounge yet and the coffee shop inside was so expensive, parking lot is not ready yet as well. The best thing was the location which is very easy to hit the highway. Very comfortable room and bed.

I was unsure what to expect with citadines, I’ve had varied experiences in several countries over several decades. However, this was a very new and modern hotel. Check in was swift, though the concierge who took our bags was nowhere to be seen. We were given a room on a high floor. It was their standard studio room, so no upgrade, would have loved more space but it was really well appointed and incredibly clean. We didn’t have any breakfast included nor even used or found the restaurant during our stay, we opted for deliveries and even cooked on the small stove since there were plenty of utensils and pans. The fridge was a problem, it was small and didn’t keep things cold. The huge benefit of staying here was they have a lovely jacuzzi and pool open until late. We came back one evening and I was sure it would be closed. The lovely staff member just said no problem, it’s open, enjoy. The water was really warm in the jacuzzi, less so in the pool but it was still heated. It was relaxing against the cool air of Abha and a really nice place to hang out and catch up with people. We ended up talking with some Saudi guys for a few hours and had a lovely relaxed evening. There is also a Sauna and a gym. This impressed me a lot about the hotel. No funny 7pm closing times I’ve seen in other hotels, just genuine hospitality in a very well appointed, clean and comfortable hotel. I don’t think there’s anywhere better to stay in Abha.

Questo è un hotel relativamente nuovo. Il personale è amichevole e utile. Le camere sono spaziose con bagno in suite con doccia. Camere confortevoli. Tutti molto puliti. Tuttavia tre angoscia. L'hotel ha una macchina che spruzza un acrilo profumo che profuma a buon mercato su tutti i piani. Ha un odore orribile e sintetico. Inoltre mi ha dato un mal di testa e una dolore alla gola. Il manager ha contattato il proprietario per vedere se gli è stato permesso di smettere, ma no!! L'ingresso della carta chiave elettronica nelle stanze è molto infiducioso. Ero parte di un gruppo di 4 e tutti abbiamo avuto problemi di carta durante il nostro soggiorno. E' un lungo passo indietro alla ricezione.

Room was very clean and bathroom Bed was comfortable and the room can easily change the A/C Plenty of drinking water tea and coffee We arrived early got checked in early this was great as we were so tired after our flight and we were allowed up to breakfast Breakfast was ok 5/10 had a fresh omelet was lovely The view from the breakfast room was beautiful could see all of Abha Bathroom in room was clean but had no shower door so floor got really wet Overall would highly recommend staying here

Il prezzo è troppo alto. 800 sr. Non nemmeno Dubai ha. Nel sito web .. mentre la prenotazione dice che il caffè è aperto. Ma non c'è nessun caffè Room cleaning è stato cattivo. Anche il tempo di checkout è stato 12 pm non 3 pm mentre tutti gli altri checkout è a 13 pm. La sua esperienza è stata una brutta, per la prima e l'ultima volta.
