Perfect stay for my three days in Wuhan. The hotel is close to hangjiang street, making it convenient to go anywhere. You’ll never go hungry because there’s food everywhere. My room was high enough that it was quiet at night. The room was cleaned everyday and it was spacious and spotless. Overall, exceeded my expectations and I’ll stay here again if I return to Wuhan!

They expedited the check in and check out process, helped me with the carpark charges, recommended local food around the area, asked if room service was satisfactory, and highlighted some local attractions.Thanks again !

We have arrived the hotel at 17:15 in the afternoon and we were told that 4 of our rooms are not ready. We needed to wait for our rooms in the lobby without any compensation for the delay. Later on, we have received our first room’s room key at about 20 minutes later and the rest of the 3 rooms were ready after 18:35. We are disappointed by the handling of the situation as we are already tired after a long day of travel and there were no actions being taken by the hotel staffs except saying sorry for the delay. The rooms are supposed to be ready at 16:00 according to the hotel information. A simple gesture of an apology would be helpful but unfortunately there were none.

The Hotel is located in a Building that consists of 5 hotels, and it takes the top several floors, which makes a really nice view of the city. Room is clean and the bed is really comfortable. Really like the memory foam pillow and have a really good sleep. The staffs are really nice and helpful. Recommended Hotel and will stay there again if I visit Wuahn in the future.

Nice place to stay for a couple days. The subway station is pretty close to the hotel and the swimming pool and gym are just right. The only problem was the heating system in our room. Even though we turned it off, our room still felt pretty hot.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel—the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and luxurious. What really made my experience special was the excellent service. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist. A big shout-out to the 11th-floor housekeeping team —they were incredibly thoughtful，paying attention to small details that made my stay even better. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again!
