L'interno dell'hotel è davvero bella con forte cultura cinese. Avevamo attività a notte 7.30 pm, imparando sulla cultura taoismo e alcuni movimenti taichi. Ho anche provato a copiare scritture, davvero divertente. I sedili di lobby e tè erano davvero belli. L'hotel offre anche dessert serali come fette rosse cotte e altre bevande che non conosco il nome. Dalla finestra della mia camera potevo risalire il sole, ma il giorno dopo era nudo e il palazzo naniano era piegato in una nebbia di spessore che ha dato un misterioso, ma tranquillo senso. La prima volta che avrò la possibilità di visitare la montagna di Wudang, mi fermerò in questo hotel.

We had a really pleasant experience with the hotel especially some of the bellboys and front desk staff! :) Hotel staff were also very quick with our request of getting extra bottles of water and room slippers. The room had a good view and their place is really very spacious and clean. Special shoutout to front desk staff Ryan, who went above and beyond to help us resolve and coordinate our many parcel deliveries. He even helped us to contact the drivers personally. Also to Yuki, who was really helpful with assisting our checkout smoothly. We are overall pleased with the service, location and cleanliness of Wuhan Marco Polo and will be sure to recommend to others!

First time staying here. The hotel was very well located in the downtown area. Front desk staff gave me an upgrade to their executive room with a killing view. Room was clean and quite spacious. Really dig the view of the lake and financial districts below. I would typically prefer a sunnier day for better visibility, but during my stay this time, it was drizzling and the blurry view was quite chill. Breakfast ended a bit early but had some decent food options. Lobby bar staff was not familiar with credit cards or Apple Pay but actually their handheld worked with my Amex on iPhone in the end. I had to work with her and her manager so keep in mind if you are using these options. I would recommend choose CNY on the POS machine and have your bank do the currency exchange. Their POS device charges 5.5% fee if you choose Dollar or equivalent.

Anche molto vicino alla stazione di metropolitana di Wuhan, Minuti lontano da grande attrazione turistica. L'hotel è a 5 stelle quando si tratta di pulizia e strutture, ma non si può dire lo stesso per il loro servizio. Non si ottiene l'entusiasmo di volervi soddisfare. Si ottiene meglio se si parla cinese, ma se non si assicura che abbia un piano di dati che consente di Google Translate. Parlando di un piano di dati, si prega di ottenere un fornitore con capsule di dati elevate, o anche illimitate. Wifi in questo hotel non è un dispositivo straniero amichevole. Ma in generale, un buon soggiorno con la mia famiglia, abbiamo goduto molto di Wuhan.

Another great stay at the New World Wuhan Hotel. It is centrally located. With the K11 outdoor mall right next door and the WS indoor shopping mall across the street, there are a lot of food options and things to do. The staff is wonderful and the breakfast is terrific with many western food options. Just ask and they will do their utmost to accommodate your needs.

省博旁知名酒店，特意過來打卡。不想入住時發生了點小插曲，還好姚經理處理及時，周到，很滿意。 因孩子中考，特意安排了安靜的客房，房間寬敞，電視屏幕大，遙控器有“有線電視”和“網絡電視”兩個按鈕，對“手殘黨”很友好。房間內可直接掃碼預約洗衣，洗衣房在6樓，乾淨明亮，房門外就是室外晾衣平台，我家衣服晾在室外，碰到下雨，回來搶收衣服時，發現阿姨已經幫忙收回，晾在室內了，挺感激的。 自助餐在2樓，早餐菜品豐富，嘗試了武漢的熱乾麪、牛肉麪，雲吞，很地道，好吃。孩子胃口不佳，卻對白粥、皮蛋瘦肉粥讚不絕口。西式的培根、麪包、藍莓醬，入口豐富，也不賴，吃飯時就遇到了幾個外國遊客，好國際化。 退房時下雨，服務員還貼心的讓車子直接開上來，還幫忙放行李，好暖心！
