Hui hotel is an artistic, modern hotel with clean, luxurious rooms and a great quiet location in the Futian district. Access to the hotel is convenient - your Taxi can drive right up to the hotel door where you'll be greeted by staff to help you with your luggage. The entrance is sheltered so no need to worry if it's raining. The breakfast is on the top floor with views over the neighbouring park and Shenzhen city. It's fantastic. There is a large selection of breakfast items including handmade fresh dimsum, a chef that can make fresh cheung-fun, a barista to make coffee and the usual Chinese hotel breakfast spread. It's all made to a good standard and the views while eating breakfast are amazing. The Executive King Bed room was beautiful but I did find it lacking some practicalities. There was no surfaces to store my suitcase for easy access to it, so just had to have it on the ground. There was very limited clothes storage so I had to keep most of my clothes in my suitcase. The bathroom didn't have anywhere to hang a hand towel, so I just had to leave it on top of the counter, a bit messy. There was no mirror above the sink, instead it's a sliding door. That being said, I loved the way the room was designed - the walls were a soft fabric material which made the whole room feel cosier and warmer. The room was very well soundproofed, and staying in the room felt like a tranquil escape from the busy city. Overall, one of the best hotels I have stayed in. Great room, great breakfast, good location, great service from the hotel staff.

Il servizio è stato eccezionale. Dal momento del check-in a quello del check-out, non ho praticamente mai dovuto portare i miei bagagli. Il personale era molto cordiale. A parte un po' di confusione al check-in a causa della folla, non c'è nulla di cui lamentarsi. Hanno offerto un servizio di couverture e ho dormito così bene che il giorno dopo non mi sono svegliato per la colazione. La stanza aveva un design lussuoso ma discreto, e sebbene le strutture fossero un po' datate, erano ben mantenute. La sorpresa è stata la vista sulla Canton Tower dalla mia stanza. Gli unici due difetti sono stati l'isolamento acustico pessimo – anche ad un piano alto vicino alla finestra si sentivano i rumori del traffico e si percepivano chiaramente le conversazioni dalla stanza accanto, il che è stato molto spiacevole dopo cinque ore di treno ad alta velocità e una nottata insonne – e i capelli trovati nella vasca da bagno, che non sono stati un bello spettacolo.

Eccellente pernottamento in questo hotel situato in un tranquillo giardino a pochi minuti a piedi dalla metropolitana e dalla principale via pedonale di Pechino (circa 10-15 minuti). La camera nell'edificio Baiyun era un bel mix di arredamento tradizionale e comfort moderni ed era in buone condizioni. Il personale era molto gentile e accogliente.

Prime location, spacious room (with every amenity needed), and a bed so comfortable. Jason and other front desk team were incredibly welcoming—greeted with a snack/drink buffet upon arrival! Checkout ended with a cute teddy bear gift. Exceptional service, thoughtful details, and a flawless stay. Highly recommend!

Reservato un 5-night soggiorno a Bangkok attraverso Trip.com. Il prezzo è stato inferiore ad altri siti. L'hotel è stato esattamente come descritto. Il servizio clienti su chat rispose in 2 minuti quando ho avuto una domanda sul tempo di check-in. Molto consiglia per le prenotazioni alberghiere.

This hotel last time I went was back in 2010-2011 This time I was there with my 3 kids who loved it very much unbelievably it was so much better and improved over the years This hotel has a super staff , she was incredibly helpful very nice she spoke cantonese mandarine and English too Her name is Sandy she is a huge credit to hotel, she helped us with all the information we needed the nearby help hot to get around as well, without Sandy our trip would not be pleasant and great, because we do not speak mandarine but because of Sandy we will always be happy to return to this hotel and I have also recommended to my friend he will be staying at this hotel with his family and I have also inform him to approach Sandy the super woman of castle golf hotel Once again thank you very much for everything

We frequently come here to relax. A beautiful paradise hidden in the middle of a bustling city. The fact that there are hardly any people here is great. Foreign people can really relax without having to be stared at. The rooms are spacious and clean. The pool is great with a slide for kids. Located very close to Dongchen, where you can find a lot of Western restaurants. The front desk staff is helpful and friendly. Had a major rainstorm during our stay this time.. but was still lovely.

Il personale dell'hotel è molto amichevole.Quando siamo arrivati nella stanza, il baby-sitting che abbiamo chiesto è arrivato rapidamente, il personale ci ha aiutato a costruire il letto. La sera, la cena era deliziosa. E durante la notte, le piscine calde sono tranquille e rilassanti.

Very impressed with the hotel, they sent a hotel staff to the room to fix our wifi connection and even go beyond to make sure our laptops are able to conenct to room wifi. Housekeeping lady showed great initiative to quickly clean the bathroom when we opt for no housekeeping but requested them to clear the rubbish. althought the public area looks a bit dated but the rooms are nicely renovated and looks new and nice. need to wait a bit long for the lift although there r only few level of the building. can smell strong cigarretes smell at the common area of the room floor, no idea why.
