Nuova Scozia, Canada: hotel sul mare

Great staff and great location. Hotel is still under renovation and we were given a renovated room which was really nice. If you don’t mind a bit of drilling noise in the morning this hotel is good value for that neighborhood.

A very accessible location if you were doing the scenic Cabot Trail or needed a remote getaway. Our cottage was just next to a nice sandy beach. Equipped with swings, a BBQ, and a kitchen, this getaway has the essentials most groups would need. The staff was also very friendly when we arrived and exited. Keep in mind Jul and Aug is the peak season around here so it's reflected in the price. The property is also older so while they keep it clean, some doors and windows might not close well or there are holes in the nets etc. Some fix ups and it could be a great place for a week with the family.

Great stay here with my two boys 4 and 6. Similar price to other local options through Trip.com, but the small indoor pool and complimentary hot breakfast made us choose Comfort Inn Bedford/Halifax. Very clean and the room felt well equipped. TV was nicer than those in other local hotels at the same price point. Newer model + many more channel options. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Bene stare all'hotel storico. In quanto tale, la stanza ha mostrato la sua età che non è necessariamente cattiva. Ha un fascino e un caldo non trovato nella maggior parte delle camere moderne. Il colazione piena era certamente l'accento. Non era stato annunciato come tale sul sito di prenotazione, ma dovrebbe essere. Ero un po' deluso che l'internet non fosse protetto dalla password. Ero riluttante a lasciare il mio computer troppo a lungo per paura di hacking.

If you are planning on doing the Cabot Trail, and not starting in Sydney, this is a great place to stay before you start the drive. The rooms are comfortable and quiet, and the on-site laundry was great - it saved us a lot of time trying to find one in the next few days. The owner was very helpful, and the breakfast was one of the best on our trip so far, with lots of fresh fruit.

The location was excellent, being just a short distance from the Skyline Trail. Check-in was quick, although a warmer welcome would have enhanced the experience. The room felt dated and became quite cold at night, but extra quilts and sheets were provided. Unfortunately, there are limited accommodation options in the area, so it’s difficult to ask for more.

Abbiamo davvero goduto il nostro soggiorno, la vista sul lago è stupenda, il cibo era delizioso e abbiamo molte scelte. Anche amo la stanza è comoda e pulita. Abbiamo in programma di tornare di nuovo quest'estate. 5/5 complessivo

I always have a good experience at this motel. It is just down the road from my daughter’s home so very convenient. It is comfortable and cozy. My room was a housekeeping unit so would be convenient for a longer stay to cook a few meals in the unit.  The bed was very comfortable.

This hotel is near Peggy’s cove, but I don’t recommend you stay here because it’s too expensive and there is just one restaurant and one store around this motel. You can drive to Halifax for more choices.
