Santa Catarina, Brasile: hotel sul mare

La mia delusione è stata il servizio alla reception. La direzione dovrebbe formare e responsabilizzare meglio il personale addetto alla reception. L'aria condizionata non funzionava correttamente e si è rotta nel cuore della notte la seconda notte. Ho soggiornato per 7 giorni e non mi aspettavo di vivere un'esperienza simile in un hotel a 4 stelle, soprattutto pagando un prezzo elevato per Capodanno. La piscina è incantevole, la colazione è molto buona e la palestra è piccola ma utilizzabile.

The hotel is in a very prime location. The reception staff are very good and was A1 when checking in. Room was slightly disappointed, the was a bottle of water that had been drunk and wasn’t taken. The previous guest left things in fridge and house keeping didn’t remove them. They was very quick to try to charge me for the water and something else which I firmly told them I didn’t have anything. So they removed the charges. They do advise the guests visiting is an additional charge of 2000 reis but I’m sure she meant 200. As all of the money grabbing hotels now charge for guests that visit. More reason to use other restaurants on the *****. I probably wouldn’t stay here unless it was last minute, but the location is unbelievable for the price

La mia stanza era al secondo piano dell'edificio, era rumorosa, perché apparentemente c'era un posto di evento sotto e la gente che si trovava nella piscina aveva una visibilità diretta nella mia stanza.  Ho chiesto un letto re, ma ho avuto due letti singoli. Il pranzo era buono, ma molto frequentato. Quindi non un posto tranquillo. Il caffè non era il mio senso di gusto e di qualità. Durante il controllo non sono state chieste domande su eventuali feedback.

I cannot stress how DECEPTIVE this hotel listing is so I made sure to include pictures. The hotel is made to look much better than it is in reality. We got no room service when we were there, our bed was broken, the drain still had hair on it and the person who handed us the key took the bedding out of the spare bed as we went in. It is a massive disrespect to the consumer to have paid so much on this hotel that is of such inferior quality. I have stayed at other hotels that were a fraction of the price and had immense lu better quality. I have attached pictures so that no one else gets scammed.

I learned to read comments carefully. They all mentioned the hotel is old and been renovated. This means noise sometimes and different rooms. The one we got had NO internet connection, it was located in the second floor. Pools were great though. My kids had a blast, even in colder or rainy days thanks to the indoors one. The hotel is far away from the city center or any attractions. I understand no Uber tor transfers wanted to go there. We rented a car so it was not an issue.

Único ponto negativo do hotel é a acústica, passamos o final de semana e teve festa ao lado, o que não é problema algum, mas o que incomodou foi que não conseguimos dormir devido ao barulho, portas e janelas não isolam o som que vem de fora! O atendimento do hotel é muito bom, gostamos bastante.

Che splendida esperienza, letti super appiccicosi, pulizia impeccabile, super academia completa, una vista privilegiata, e il stupendo colazione livello di caffetteria rinomata, un delizioso panino artigianale e favo di miele intero sono stato incantato. Abbiamo ordinato una pizza la sera e non è stato diverso un'esperienza gastronomica marcata.

Nice clean hotel, friendly staff and right on the beach with its own chairs and beach umbrellas so you’ll get a good spot with access to food and drink on the beach. It is far from the city centre tho so you’ll need taxis to see the rest of the island

Great place, great location, right on the beach, good breakfast. It's an old hotel obviously built on the beach first a long time ago but you get the views and short distance.

E'molto pulito, il personale è molto educato, posso stare tranquillo.La posizione è buona, conveniente per visitare e viaggiare, la stanza è tranquilla e confortevole.La colazione è deliziosa, e vorrete usare l'hotel di nuovo.
