Turchia: hotel con bar nella provincia di Provincia di Adalia

My stay at Alp Paşa Hotel in Antalya was wonderful overall , the location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the Old Town with that charming, historic Mediterranean atmosphere. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, full of character, and offers great amenities for the price. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome from check-in to checkout. The only downside was the noise level in my room, which was right next to the hotel bar. It was quite loud late into the night, so if you’re a light sleeper, I’d recommend requesting a room away from the bar area. Apart from that, everything else was excellent, literally a perfect spot for anyone looking to experience Antalya’s Old Town with great service and authentic vibes.

Disappointing stay at this resort. I and my family recently suffered a lot. They literally cheated us by giving us corner room and the room wasn’t the same as we booked. It was totally a different room. We requested them couple of times. They ignored our request and were banging all the time by saying their rooms are fully booked. Thanks to trip.com who were there for us all the time. Trip.com went beyond their noms to help us out.

Ho avuto un ottimo soggiorno all'Ottel Start in Antalya e lo consiglierei molto a chiunque visitasse la città.Il servizio si sentiva davvero come un 5-star esperienzapersonale erano amichevole, attenti, e sempre pronto a aiutare con tutto quello che mi serviva. Un ringraziamento speciale a Naz alla ricezione, che era assolutamente meravigliosa e che ha migliorato la mia stanza, rendendo il mio soggiorno molto confortevole. Uno dei punti di vista della mia permanenza era il colazione. Il colazione turco era delizioso e offre una grande varietà, perfettamente accoppiato con il loro tè. Mi piaceva davvero iniziare la mattina lì. L’unico piccolo punto di svantaggio per me era il caffè, che potrebbe essere migliorato, ma non si è allontanato dall’esperienza generale. La posizione dell'hotel è anche molto strategica, rendendo facile esplorare attrazioni, ristoranti e la città antica affascinante. In generale, Start Hotel offre un grande valore con un servizio eccellente, un buon colazione e una posizione ideale.

I need to redeem myself and the hotel from my earlier posting. The hotel redeemed itself by giving me a better room and service upon my return  after the following experience with them. I was booked for 3 days initially. I then sought through this site to book for a further consecutive 5 days but either I or Trip made an error in the booking and we missed booking the first 2 days of the 5.  On the day which the hotel had me checking out I was off venturing not realizing the error. When I returned post check out time the male Receptionist was very upset, yelling at me and could not give me another room being fully booked.  His only concern was seeing this 79 year old Canadian male tourist travelling alone in a foreign country not knowing the language put out on to the street. Just as a thunder storm was brewing. Together we realized the error which of course was not of the hotel’s making.  I asked him if he could recommend another hotel. His response was “just down there” as if it was almost next door. I walked down the steep hill some distance but couldn’t see it because it turned out to be about 500 meters away. Returning, I asked him if he would call the hotel to see if they had a room. He said that he did and they did. I asked him to call me a taxi. He said “push the button”. I had to ask him “What button ?”  There is a taxi  call button on the outside of the gate unknown to me. When the taxi took me to this Atlas Hotel they had NOT  received any phone call from him nor did they have a room for me !!  I was distraught. In Canada the hotelier would take steps to ensure that their client was safe and able to find alternative accommodation which this person did not in any way. The taxi driver was able to find me a suitable hotel. Thanks to him.  SOME cautions to older patrons. This hotel is a considerable distance UP QUITE A STEEP HILL so if you are a walker take that into account. A laundry service was quoted at 15 Euros, in town it was 4 Euros. A 19 TRY bottle of water was 60 TRY at the hotel. They never did get the TV to work.  Finally, upon being treated so disrespectfully, upon discovery of the booking error,  I sought to cancel the further 5 days and obtain a refund. That was refused which was their right so I did return and was treated hospitably.

Hotel bellissimo, posizione nel luogo più bello, città antica di Antalya! Colazione deliziosa, camera spaziale, riempire acqua, tè, tovaglioli cambiamento e pulizia ogni giorno. Da l'hotel uscire direttamente sul bacino del vecchio porto, bellezza!

The hotel location is close to everything however, the hotel is next to a techno club/bar. I’m a heavy sleeper but I could not sleep! I thought all the other reviews are just being picky with the noise but they are NOT, it is very very LOUD. It doesn’t stop until 2am. The staff were very lovely, could not fault them. Shower room is little bit dirty and was slightly rusty but the cleaning is very well done, when we asked to have our room cleaned. Breakfast was delicious but it’s the same everyday.

PROS Hotel and rooms look fairly new with high quality finishes and nice hotel smell. Nice sea and mountains view. Nice pool area and outdoor seating. Proximity to restaurants and bars (walkable). Very friendly personnel. Complementary Pillow menu (3 pillow types). Complementary water in minibar. CONS Small / tiny bathrooms and small rooms. No balconies and through tinted windows sea view is significantly dulled, Breakfast £30 per person (feels too steep for Turkey) and pricy A-la-cqrte compared to nearby restaurants (even more expensiveones),. Not all floors have both heating and cooling. We stayd in December and got a heated floor. Reception offered to relocate to a cooled floor if we are too hot. Our room was 26C when we entered, we kept the window open all the time, and it was OK eventually. Just did not expect this in a 5* hotel Rooms not well soundproofed we heard people talking in adjacent rooms, furniture moving on upper floors, neighbours shower running in bathroom. None of the above were major issues for us, just not sure if this is as expected for a 5* hotel. Will I stay there again? Probably not.

Vivevano in un hotel dal 24 al 27 ottobre, vivevano in una camera standard. La stanza è piccola ma abbiamo avuto abbastanza, la pulizia è stata fatta ogni giorno, colazione, buon colazione ”Tavola svedese”, tutto standard ma fresco e delizioso. Abbiamo avuto finestre per la strada e la notte rumore, La società e il suono delle macchine sono molto sentiti, ma qui penso che le rivendicazioni non sono all'hotel.

It was very nice and a comfortable stay . Liked everything abt the hotel .looking forward for my next time stay also here . Ambience , food , service all were good
