Svizzera: hotel con bar nella provincia di Canton Vaud

Due to the recent name change which we weren’t aware of, we walked past the hotel without realizing it as the signage was so tiny! There’s ongoing Reno @ Lobby - which wasn’t a big deal. We received a warm welcome from the staff esp the gentleman (sorry, missed out the name) who was apologetic about the non-communication wrt name change etc. He proceeded to upgrade us and it was an excellent treat! The hotel’s location is absolutely fabulous- right on promenade, next to the lake. Beautiful awesome (day & night) view from our window. The bathroom, which seemed to have been recently renovated, is nice and clean but is a bit tiny. In room speaker was great! Complimentary drinks fm mini fridge. Breakfast buffet has good selection , even with a customized / on request egg station. A very lovely pleasant stay !

Quando ho fatto il check-in, la hall dell'hotel era in fase di ristrutturazione e il pavimento era stato ridipinto, l'odore era molto forte e non l'ho informato in anticipo. La tipologia di camera è stata aggiornata dopo il check-in. Le strutture non sono molto complete, non ci sono scale

Situato in una posizione comoda per i trasporti dalla stazione di Losanna Garre, è stato fantastico raggiungere Montreux e Vevey; inoltre, tutto il personale dell'hotel è stato molto gentile e disponibile, quindi mi sono divertito tantissimo durante il mio soggiorno.

Buon hotel e posizione vicino alla stazione ferroviaria e al centro della città. Attrezzature pulite e nuove camere e edificio. Parcheggio è gratuito proprio davanti all'hotel. Tutto come previsto e molto buone persone nel desk front. Una gestione utile anche!

Hotel room was the smallest during my entire trip in Europe, toilet was cramped with not much areas to put/hang your shower amenities. The shower area was like a pod which was extremely tight even for asians like me. Could barely raise both arms together without hitting the glass when trying to wash hair. The shower head angle was also terrible as it's pointed at the gap of the shower pod glass (which doesn't close entirely) and kept flowing outside of the pod because it was THAT small. Booked it for the convenient location but don't expect much from the room size. The shower experience was extremely unpleasant for me and looked nothing like the photos.

L'hotel si trova a 3-5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione della metropolitana, che è un passaggio di 15 minuti dalla stazione principale di Lausanne. La posizione è molto bello, con il lago di Ginevra a destra sulla strada. Un facile, diretto passo al Parco Olimpico e al museo. Coop a piedi per semplici pranzi. Il colazione era super buono, cibo di qualità e cucina. Il colazione offre una varietà di scelte deliziose, il servizio era anche molto bello. Il colazione qui era il mio preferito lungo la strada. Guardando il sollevamento del sole attraverso i sedili della finestra era un bonus. La strada era molto tranquilla, in generale un senso di tranquillità durante il mio soggiorno. Alcuni ristoranti entro 5 minuti a piedi anche. La camera era bella, offrono un kit di cura personale che era molto utile. Si ottiene anche un cioccolato gratuito 😌

Si trova vicino alla stazione ferroviaria, proprio in cima a una collina. La stanza non era grande, ma adeguata. C'erano molti posti dove mangiare nelle vicinanze, inclusi ristoranti cinesi e McDonald's. I prezzi in Svizzera sono davvero alti. Losanna era piuttosto deserta di notte; ci volevano solo 10 minuti a piedi per raggiungere un vivace bar lì vicino. Per meno di 1000 euro, è stato un vero affare.

Hotel molto piacevole. Solo bemol il prezzo del colazione dovrebbe essere riconsiderato per le persone che prendono solo zucchero (vegetazione e pane)

I servizi interni sono molto completi e puliti. Si tratta di una struttura ricettiva di recente apertura. Quando ci sono andato, c'erano dei lavori in corso nelle vicinanze. Una volta completato, il trasporto sarà più comodo. Anche il servizio alla reception è stato molto buono, soddisfacendo tutte le normali esigenze e fornendo biglietti per i trasporti pubblici di Losanna.

Good environment. Good size room. Bedsheets come with slight black stain. Breakfast is the same every day. Horrible front desk service. Worst experience ever in my numerous trips to Switzerland and staying in different hotels. Requested reception to help book taxi to train station for early morning train to airport 2 days before departure. Reminded them evening before and was assured it has been done. Come time of pickup and no taxi came. Checked with reception and he said need to wait for taxi company to call back and need at least 20 minutes!! Requested him to expedite and he asked me to book uber myself!!!! Installed uber and got myself a vehicle and just in time for the train. Speechless
