Vivere nella stanza 1001, e'molto bello. Per l'ambiente generale, spazioso e confortevole, e TV a due facce, soggiorno, bagno, fantastico 😊 C'è anche un grande timone, la fatica fisica può rilassarsi dentro, e la prima volta che sono qui, mi da' una grande esperienza. Dopo di che, a Taiwan, questo sarà il primo hotel di scelta.

Stayed at the room with horizon club access. Nice ambience at the club with canapés from 5.30-7.30pm. Location is right beside the train station and many buses to take from the other side of the train station. Will come back again.

The concierge really put customers first, they always come out and offer help when we reaches back to the hotel. They even went out of their way and help to arrange for us to service our luggage! Excellent service!!

Pros: - huge selection for breakfast! Many with local flavours. Must experience to believe - hotel comes with outdoor swimming pool, indoor jacuzzi, steam room - centrally located. Nearby attractions include Tainan Art Museum, Shinkong Mitsukoshi Department Store, Hayashi Department Store - staff are very polite, proactive and helpful Cons: - no bottled waters provided. Flask provided to get drinking water from water dispensers located on room floor

I wanted to test the famous mud springs. This hotel reportedly has one of the best spas. Tips: - I decided to stay overnight in the hotel (2 spa entry tickets with a double room + bfast for $2800) instead of using a day ticket to the spa (400$). The village is far from the city, so staying overnight may cost slightly more than a cheap city hotel, but you're not in a rush and looking for buses etc. - Each spa ticket is basically 2x tickets (1 for the normal spa, and 1 for the naked single-sex spa), so if there are 2 of you, you could go to the naked spa one day and the main spa the next. - The spa has about 15 different hot spring pools, of different temperatures + ingredients, some clear and some ”mud”. There's also mud facials and fish-cleaning for your feet. The electric pools send electric shocks through your body too. There's a swimming pool. - They speak English (basic but enough). - You need a swimming hat and a towel. I took mine but the spa front desk also offered them to borrow. - Plan on spending 3 hours. I'm not a spa lover, but even i found myself taking long. - I went in May and the weather is not at all hot at that height. - Most ********* take their instant noodles in, so that they can eat inside and stay all day. - The hotel is quite beautiful, made from wood (on the face of it). It's got lovely seating areas and they put nice fairy lights everywhere at night. - The hotel room is comparatively expensive for Taiwan at $2800 for 3* (minus the 2x spa tickets of $400 each), but the cheapest ”no window” room (it has 2 windows, but no view) is big and has 2 large concrete baths in (1 for hot mud water + 1 for cold water to dip in and out). Therefore, given that it is a beautiful location too, I do think it's very reasonable. - The breakfast is mostly chinese but there's some western bits. It's standard for 3* but the location of the eating area has beautiful views of the jungle. - It's a 15 minute nice walk to lots of restaurants and a convenience shop.

The room was nice, clean without having crazy cold AC like many places I stayed in before. What I feel could be better is the refilling of Kleenex considering my perpetual allergies mean I use them up pretty quickly. The other would be having one button to turn off all the lights for sleeping. Other than that I was quite pleased with it.

Service was amazing, staff are all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast choices are pretty good with letting you choose either a Western or Chinese style buffet breakfast. Room is clean and with a nice view of Tainan City (was on 12th floor).

Perché è una cortina invece di una porta, l'isolamento sonoro non è buono, quindi ho dovuto stare tranquillo e ho potuto sentire il suono quando la gente si apriva e chiuse la porta. Il domicilio non è una buona scelta se non vuoi andare, e se vuoi essere caricato da un hotel da solo, sarà una buona scelta. Se non è una cortina, è un piccolo hotel senza un bagno. Pros un ricevimento 24 ore. Il personale è molto amichevole. Soprattutto il personale che lavora durante il giorno! Grazie. Le camere e le docce sono separate l'uno dall'altro, e la sicurezza è buona dopo l'accesso e il riconoscimento della chiave della carta. 4. Fornire una bottiglia di tovaglioli e acqua 5. Disponibile deposito bagagli 6.C'è un cassaforte nella stanza e uno spazio per mettere il vettore sotto il letto. 28 pollici 7.C'è uno specchio a corpo completo 8. Illuminazione, illuminazione indiretta 9.C'è un posto sotto l'hotel Coni: 1. L'ingresso è il suono della porta, e la fine è il suono del condizionatore d'aria, quindi se siete sensibili al sonno, potete prendervi cura. Ero un livello decente. 2. Il condizionatore d'aria è controllato centralmente, quindi la temperatura non può essere controllata.Era caldo la notte, ma era un po' caldo la mattina. 3. Naturalmente nessuna finestra I disagi erano quelli che si sono manifestati quando ho trovato che fosse usato, e non c'era alcuna inconvenienza, e sono stato molto soddisfatto; se ritorno a Tainan, vorrei visitare di nuovo.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel in aprile, che è una splendida esperienza. Così ho portato la mia famiglia (totale 4) a rimanere di nuovo in questo hotel. Purtroppo, l'esperienza di questa volta non è piacevole. In primo luogo, come membro dell'IGG, ho il diritto di bere benevento; l'ultima volta, possiamo bere nel lobby, ma questa volta, la cameriera ci ha rifiutato di bere al lobby e ci ha chiesto di prendere le bevande. L'hotel offre una bevanda benvenuta, ma non sono venuto a bere in sala. In secondo luogo, il servizio di pulizia non è piacevole, due tazze nella mia stanza non sono state pulite. In terzo luogo, la soppa di carne è molto insoddisfacente, non capisco perché ho chiesto di avere più soppa e di avere un viso nero dal cuoco. Ho trascorso oltre US$600 per due notti, ma non sembra essere benvenuto dal salone o dal ristorante. Non consiglierei agli altri di rimanere in questo lussuoso, ma non benvenuto a questo hotel

Il personale è amichevole, il letto ostello è pulito e disponibile gratuitamente. La zona di pendenza del livello 3 è ben mantenuta. recommanderà questo hotel per il futuro soggiorno. Nota laterale, se prenoti una stanza ostello, non ci sarà spazio di parcheggio assegnato.
