Pokolbin: i migliori appartamenti

Tutto bene, camera grande, parcheggio coperto, vasca idromassaggio e comodo letto king size.

La stanza è pulita e il servizio della reception è molto buono.

Stayed at the Oaks Cypress Lakes resort, first time staying at the resort and playing the spectacular 18 hole golf course. Wife very impressed with facilities and the attentive staff, nothing was to much trouble. Visited both the Vines restaurant and the bistro, Vines restaurant was first class Sri Lankan inspired fine dining, which was gastronomically different. Bistro menu and food extensive and serves plenty full . Rooms were very spacious and clean. Front counter staff were extremely helpful with booking and advice for tours and attractions. Return visit in the near future.

Abbiamo soggiornato per tre notti e abbiamo fatto questo viaggio per rilassarsi con alcuni giorni di viaggio (Hunter Valley Gardens, Wildlife Park, e un giro di mezza giornata di vino). Abbiamo soggiornato in una camera reale con letti gemelli. Era molto pulito e confortevole in temperatura e ambiente. La biblioteca DVD al ricevimento era ampia e forniva una serie di generi, che era facile da usare (con un lettore DVD costruito), anche se piccola rispetto a quanto ci usavamo come società. Abbiamo fatto colazione in loco alle 4 Pines alla fattoria ogni mattina, che ha offerto una varietà di opzioni deliziose. Il biglietto per colazione include un buono di $15 se prenota direttamente, copre la maggior parte del biglietto per colazione per persona, ma probabilmente dovrete pagare una differenza. Il menu per pranzo e cena ha anche un sacco di opzioni belle. Personalmente mi piaceva la salsa sul lato delle chips calde e del daiquiri di melone d’acqua, e c’era anche una bella e tranquilla vista fuori, dove mangiamo ogni volta. Il personale di ricezione ha avuto un'ottima esperienza per il mio soggiorno, con suggerimenti da fare (grazie Katrina). Anche se, la persona che inizialmente ci ha controllati, aveva poche parole da dire, solo per aiutarci a trovare il nostro modo di andare in camera sulla mappa e distribuire i biglietti per il nostro soggiorno. Tuttavia, questo non ha avuto un impatto negativo sul nostro soggiorno. Io rimarrei qui.

La zona di BBQ, piscina e cortile di tennis non sono state usate, ma sono state le aree. Un gran numero di camere che sono configurate come unità doppie diffuse in tutta la proprietà, così non sono rumore. Le camere sono abbastanza grandi. Il bagno era un po ' stanco, ma tutto funzionava bene. Tutto quello che avete bisogno è stato incluso, tra cui cucina. Caffè di base sul sito. Personale amichevole.

We had a favourable first impression at the room/ property but after 1 night you’ll start to see all the issues. We love the fact that it is a sustainable resort but there’s a lot to be desired after 5 nights in their suite. Day 1: Checkin was rushed, reception didn’t explained the room amenities provided with the room type we’ve booked-in (spa suite). Room did not come with standard amenity kit (no cotton pad no toothbrush no sanitary pad etc) upon check in. I had to call to ask for toothbrushes. We didn’t know that the room came with a working fireplace, free still & sparkling water, no phone directory in the room / label on the phone. And most importantly how to get room serviced or not. when we had an issue about the room not being serviced they asked us repeatedly did we put the doortag outside (we didn’t - which is the correct way to get the room serviced). If this is important, then they should make it a clear point to explain this during checkin. We had dinner at the bar, we ordered a cauliflower salad to share (among other foods). It was so disappointing to received a big bowl of spinach and 3 small pieces of dried chicken breast. Since the title of the salad is cauliflower salad, we were unimpressed that it was the one ingredient that was missing from that bowl. The salad cost almost $30 for what seems to be a bag of baby spinach salad that you could buy from coles or wollies for $3. Oh yes and dressing on that was also on existent. Upon clearing our plates, bar staff didn’t asked us how the food was & she was quite abrupt. Day 2: Had breakfast and staff was friendly and efficient. We also noticed that there’s a sign that says ‘kids club’ which we then asked the reception where it was which they then explained it was an adjoining room that had games, colouring books etc for kids (it’s school holidays) which we thought was a great idea and our son did went in to play and enjoyed it. Came back to the room, we noticed that the room wasn’t made and only the towels were changed (we didn’t request this). So we thought that they only service the rooms every 2nd night being sustainable an all. So we didn’t thought much about it, we also noticed that the maintenance didn’t come to turn on the fireplace so we followed up on that. And we had that running before they end the shift at 3pm. Honestly that was the saving grace of this trip. The fireplace is a beautiful addition to the room especially during winter. We also requested for another tv control as there’s 2 tv in the suite but only 1 remote. Day 3: Breakfast, and we noticed that the ‘kids club room’ is now converted to a meeting space which my son wasn’t very happy about. I don’t understand why they would introduce a service but then took it away midway through our stay which is still within school holiday period. There was no explanation given. Frustrating to say the least. Room was not serviced again. We began to wonder why and quickly peeked at the room across us that is currentl

Quando l'ispezione ha mostrato che l'ordine è stato cancellato, il personale della reception è molto buono, e il trattamento è tempestivo, e mi ha lasciato stare bene.Il ristorante dell'hotel è buono, la posizione geografica è buona, la configurazione sanitaria della stanza è il livello di un hotel auto.

Sono rimasto con mia madre e due figli (9yo e 6yo) e tutti noi l'amo. Il Wifi era fantastico, Netflix era incluso, cucina completa, bella grande bagno. con con in sala da letto e i fan in ogni camera da letto. C’è un bel ponte lungo sul retro del posto di casa, che guarda un paddock dove i cangurosi si riuniscono per nutrire al duo, i bambini lo amavano; abbiamo avuto una nuotata nella piscina, che è solo una piscina regolare, ma ancora divertente per i bambini. La posizione è sorprendente - così buono di avere gli negozi di Pokolbin Village fuori di fronte (due caffè, un negozio di prodotti domestici/gioielli/vestimenti, un negozio generale, un negozio di formaggio/ciocolata), Roche Estate con due bellissimi ristoranti vicino alla porta, I giardini di Hunter Valley sono a poche minuti di distanza, e il zoo a circa 8 minuti di distanza). Il personale era molto amichevole e utile, dovevo chiamare un paio di volte per cambiare le date e erano molto flessibili su tutto. Mia madre lasciava anche qualcosa e andavano a fare una visita. Lo trovarono per noi e lo stanno rimandando. Grazie!

We discovered this place because price was great value for the area close to our restaurant for dinner. Amanda's on the edge worth checking out. This little apartment is full of world charm ,all the little extras biscuits on arrival, ice in the freezer,fire place,candle and the list goes on .bed so comfortable shower lovely sitting room comfortable. My favourite is the balcony with a coffee and a gorgeous view. Love this place so clean and felt so welcome .will definitely tell my friends and family will stay again
