Great location the room was clean and the staff excellent will stay again

The hotel offers its own ferry service, providing direct access to the Yuantouzhu Scenic Area, which proves especially convenient during the peak Sakura season.

A perfect hotel if you are catching their private boat for Cherry blossom Room is on the dated side though and mattress was hard

Due to sakura convenience , choose to stay opp to the lake so the morning boat (100 Rmb ) could easily send us there . The hotel is near to a very nice garden and all places are scenic ! The breakfasts choice is very good and worth for the Rmb 88 . Dinner at the Chinese restaurant also awesome . 9th floor they have a nice cafe and good view , simple western food range from Rmb 60 onwards . Good to chat with friends and enjoy the view .

Great location and service. The hotel has beautiful garden with direct ferry service to see cheery blossoms. It really made my trip very special and relaxing. My 80 year old mum really enjoyed. Thank you.

Room is big and clean. Location is closed to the scenic spot, especially to and thro’ the Sakura island during the Sakura blossom period! Chinese cuisine on 1/F restaurant is superb! Snack bar on 9/F is good as well, try their hamburger, delicious! Lots of variety of food in the breakfast buffet! Overall, wonderful!

忙裡偷閒無錫小遊，入住湖濱飯店，酒店客房設施完備，外部環境優美，交通便利，店內餐飲豐富。非常感謝酒店小梅管家，從入住前到離店，全程熱情細緻周到的服務，推薦的酒店的餐飲和休閑特色很不錯，有具體問題，也做了一一的耐心解答，離店時拉下的物件，也細心的安排了快遞發出，再次感謝小梅美女管家，下次還會光臨和推薦朋友入住。

幫我們升級了湖景雙床房，視野開闊，風景特別好，可以看到蠡園。湖濱樂園的摩天輪🎡。管家小鹿服務很好，第一時間推送了周邊遊玩訊息，下午跟着指示打卡了酒店附近的太湖之星樂園，蠡園。酒店環境很好，下午還有在草坪舉行婚禮的。中餐廳味道也不錯。早餐自助餐也不錯，品種全，也有無錫特色早點。總之下次再來應該還會來住。

房間裝修年久，設施有些老舊，但好在還比較乾淨，需要站在浴缸裏洗澡，很容易滑倒。但是窗外景色很好，窗外太湖風景如畫。離蠡園很近，走路可達，入住有送咖啡券和五張旅拍照片。樓下的中餐廳和，27樓的漁餐廳都嚐了 但是一樓的中餐廳可以憑入住減免服務費，漁餐廳不行，大董烤鴨衹有大鴨，有點小油。兩人午飯小一千，價格略高，薰魚味道不錯，但是鮑魚配的麪很硬，不太好吃，麪不適合做成冷菜。

酒店坐落於太湖邊，自然風景美的萊，旁邊還有一個大大的摩天輪，晚上燈光不要太好看。酒店很有範，所有的木器表面都是鋥光瓦亮，一看就保養的好。管理規範，服務人員熱情而且有度。前台小妹還給我們升級了湖景房，窗外景色不要太好看。床品很乾凈，衞生間乾濕分離，靠近地鐵站，一切都完美，來無錫的首選

帶着長者出來，長者非常的滿意。酒店就在蠡湖公園旁邊，周圍環境非常好，鳥語花香，院子裏的古樹都是上百年的。酒店張怡提前聯繫，確定入住時間，還給我們升級了房型，B樓的高樓層非常哇塞，景色一級棒。房間寬敞明亮，衞生非常好。早餐也很豐富。總之，在湖濱飯店度過了美好的一晚。
