Abbiamo guidato vicino alla spiaggia del fiume e abbiamo visto questo hotel di design. Poi ho deciso di vivere qui stasera. Il design è molto forte e il servizio di front desk è molto professionale. Nessun consumo extra in camera, quindi bevande. La colazione, in particolare i noodles secchi caldi, è deliziosa. Hotel molto attento. La prossima volta che vengo a vivere qui, prego l'hotel di aggiornarlo ahah.

Il personale dell'hotel è molto gentile, puoi vedere dalla stanza che il fiume Xiangjiang è molto bello, prenoterò questo hotel la prossima volta che avrò l'opportunità di viaggiare a Wuhan per un viaggio d'affari.

🚗 Trasporti: il trasporto è comodo, puoi vedere direttamente la spiaggia del fiume e la strada pedonale di Jianghan Road è raggiungibile a piedi 🔔Servizio: il servizio della ragazza alla reception è molto premuroso. Se c'è un problema, è stata molto entusiasta di aiutare ad affrontarlo. Datele manualmente un pollice in su! 🍃Ambiente: l'ambiente è molto rilassante e accogliente, e il tutto è molto adatto ai giovani in cui vivere. In futuro, sceglierai il tuo hotel a Wuhan E la colazione è davvero deliziosa, i noodles caldi e asciutti sono migliori di molte celebrità di Internet, lo adoro!

Check in questo bell'albergo. L'hotel nel complesso è leggermente discreto. L'ambiente circostante non ha nulla da dire, la spiaggia fluviale è appena fuori. A livello di servizio, la velocità del check-in alla reception è veloce, e faccio promemoria caldi e uso abbastanza dichiarazioni educate. Il livello della stanza è leggermente più piccolo per me, anche se il layout è abbastanza buono. Il balcone può vedere il fiume e il panorama è ok. Per quanto riguarda la colazione, anche se non è molta, è relativamente cinese e occidentale, ed è assolutamente buona da mangiare.

Not clean, bedsheet got hair Poor service, receptionist was not helpful nor friendly. At end of the trip we left a sweater and asked for collect-pay courier. No action until we called and chased again and again. Disappointing stay

What a fabulous quirky boutique type hotel in a great location for exploring Hankou Bund Cultural Area, perfect spot for a stroll along the river park, the bund, the back streets and main stream shopping. Our room overlooked the Yangtze River so we had an amazing light show along the river bank every night till 10pm. The room was clean and bed large and comfortable, and we were happy for the bathtub (along with separate shower). Staff were amazing and despite our lack of Chinese they were very helpful and would always find us an English speaker if needed. Breakfast was wholesome and varied, with anything from Pastries to Re Gan Mian. The hotel had lots of facilities that we made use of, from the a fully kitted out laundry room (great as we'd been travelling a bit), gym and a fab rooftop bar with terrace. All round great experience and good value.

The location really is the hotel’s best feature. It is situated right by the river, and the there is a nice street market no more than 100 meters away. The lively Jianghan street is also somewhat close. The rooms are clean and staff is pleasant as well. They did call me several times after I checked out asking for a five-star review, which I do not appreciate. Otherwise no complaints!

BEWARE IF YOU PAY AT THE FRONT DESK AT THE HOTEL. THEY DOUBLE-CHARGED US AND DID NOT REFUND THE OVERCHARGE. We booked through Trip.com and selected to pay at the hotel (our mistake). We used our Alipay QR code to pay at the front desk, but the transaction took a while and seemed to have failed (slow internet connection). We tried again and the second time it was successful. It wasn't until we left Wuhan and checked our credit card statements that we noticed two of the same charges from the Ethos Hotel. Contacting the hotel, the staff was pleasant and helpful but never admitted to seeing a double-charge in their system. The person on the phone said they would investigate and asked us to call back later. After a day, we called back; they said they contacted Trip.com and that a refund was given to us. This refund they were referring to was the Trip.com deposit to hold our rooms. We explained the situation again, but the person helping us kept saying we should contact Trip.com even though we paid the hotel directly. Now back at home, we contacted Trip.com. After chatting with one of their reps, and providing our credit card and Alipay statements as proof of the double charge, they said they would get back to us. The result was an email with the message, "Duplicate deduction/overcharge-Duplicate deduction/overcharge: Not duplicate deduction/overcharge." We are not surprised by this result, as Trip.com cannot verify any payments that took place because the actual payment happened at the HOTEL FRONT DESK. So here we are trying to go through our bank to see if they can do something because they CAN see the 2 charges that were 3 minutes apart from the same hotel. We hope this will be resolved and all this was a misunderstanding... time will tell.

Great hotel! Location is perfect on the Bund with lots of good restaurants and bars nearby. Half an hour to/from the airport. Room was clean every day, well appointed and very comfortable bed. We could see the Yangtze River from our window. Breakfast was excellent and staff all very friendly and helpful.
