Wonderful hotel in the heart of Whistler! Clean and beautiful and has a great bar and friendly staff. Would recommend. Can walk or bike all over Whistler from this location.

It’s my second time to stay at Hilton Whistler. Love the service and environment. We enjoyed the swimming pool. It’s not large. Resort fee$58 was charged when we checked out.

Great cozy place

The staff wouldn't get out of their way to assist us in getting to the hotel, even in heavy snow. It was a waste of a phone call. On arrival, their attitude was consistently cold. The hotel is dated, basking in its past glory. Most staff are cold, but a handful of them are very friendly and helpful (most of them are cleaners), considering we stayed 2 weeks, we have come across many staff members. The kitchen is very basically equipped with poor quality equipment. The balcony door is poorly sealed, there's a constant draught into the room. One of the reasons we booked this hotel was its billiard room, but it's in their bar, I thought it would be family friendly. Situated close to the Gondola, great for skiers. I don't recommend it for families, and it's poor value for money.

close to everything, steps away to gondola, very suitable for plan to do bike ride, zipline or snowboard activity, several entrance to the hotel through the village.

Good hotel in a quieter side of whistler village. Customer services were outstanding specially at the front desk area.

Staffs are unfriendly with rude faces. Rooms and amenities are old. Only best notch is the excellent location.

located next to the gandola / ski lift. We had a one bedroom suit with two Queen bed. I only found this hotel that has two queen bed, where I can comfortably fit 2 adults and 2 kids if need. kitchen was well equipped. The only problem was we had unstable WIFI connection.

great location, right in the heart of the Whistler village, but parking is expensive, small outdoor swimming pool, there is an Old Spaghetti Factory for the kids to eat at the village

The location is prime as it is in the Whistler Village. Walking distance to many stores. The kitchen is well equipped yet it takes a long time to heat things up. The bed is little tight for two people.

Great place to stay when skiing in Whistler! Incredibly close to lift/gondola. Room is nice, with great amenities.
