Quando siamo arrivati ​​alle 15:00 per il check-in, hanno detto che la camera non era ancora pronta e ci hanno lasciato aspettare 45 minuti. Dopo aver soggiornato per due giorni, abbiamo chiesto la pulizia del bagno. Nessun servizio di pulizia e è necessario pagare un costo aggiuntivo a meno che non rimani più di una settimana! Vogliamo riempire i fazzoletti arrotolati e cambiare gli asciugamani, devi andare al ricevimento da solo. Tutto è ridicolo

Era un po' lontano dal centro della Torre Eiffel. Ma a parte questo è tutto perfetto! La cucina è molto pulita e la biancheria da letto è pulita. Anche le prestazioni del condizionatore d'aria sono state molto buone, quindi sono rimasto molto soddisfatto!!

Tutto il personale è cordiale. Mi è stato assegnato un settimo piano, quindi la vista del cielo era fantastica. Il servizio di pulizia non è incluso e deve essere ordinato separatamente. A seconda dell'ora del giorno, non è facile prendere l'ascensore. Sono rimasto un po 'sorpreso quando degli uomini sono venuti improvvisamente mentre facevo la doccia per controllare se c'erano perdite d'acqua sul tetto. Il caffè al bar è gratuito, ma il gusto era buono~^^. Sono venuto qui dopo aver trascorso una settimana comodamente. Disposto a chiedere di nuovo

La cura è pessima. È un apart-hotel mediocre, che non corrisponde alle foto mostrate sul sito web. Non ci tornerei o se mi dessero la stanza gratuitamente.

The room size is good and come with a good balcony. It’s a service apartment with kitchen which we enjoy very much. The location is very good but in a quiet and safe district. 3 lines of Metro stations are nearby.

Nice kitchenette to use. Free coffee/tea in lobby. Location wise nothing to shout about, not many restaurants within 100m radius. Clean and functional.

Review from Singapore ! I arrive 8am. Too early for my checkin . Went to counter. As I cannot speak French but I am fluent in English . Was kind of worried. I was attended to by a very very nice lady with a big big smile ! I did not managed to ask her name but she was slightly plump, wear glasses and long hair and she cycle to work . She did the luggage storage for me . Of coz I did the labeling and putting onto the luggage myself . Then when I ask for recommendation of a place to eat , she recommend my cafe D industries ..(hope I did not spell it wrongly ). Very near to hotel . Room was very well equipped. Small kitchen . Microwave . Iron board. Separate toilet . Shower room . Everything was just nice and Cosy. Very near to many Metro station. Need to supermarket . Turn right walk down is Main Street. A lot of food hotel has own launderette so you can also wash clothing in hotel . ( but need to download apps, very easy.) Thursday just outside the hotel have a long stretch of morning market . Nice to walk . Cook food. Raw food. Fruits. Just like market . Nice experience . Overall, I am very happy with the hotel , the location . The well equipment and room space was nice To the management, please convey my thanks to the 2 staff below . . To reemphasize, 2 staff left a dee impression for me , the counter long hair plump lady. I give her service and kindness = 9.5/10 for everything including let me check in luggage, show my where to eat, let me check in 2 pm. Her smile was lovely And before I check out , a short cleaning staff ( black guy) assisted me with the launderette. Very helpful . He is really helpful with me even though he cannot speak English well. Everyone !! Do not hesitate to stay here ! I strongly recommend U. This is an service apartment . And it is very very good.

테라스가 침대방에도 있고 거실에도 있어요 마레지구에 있어서 여행하기도 좋았습니다

非常好的公寓式酒店，房齡設備有點老，但是非常乾淨，房間很大，空調很足，在巴黎可以住到這麼大的酒店很值得，到地鐵站也不遠。

設施老舊，裝修感覺有20年了。衞生太差，衞生間裏盡是沒有打掃乾淨的頭髮。

Sembrando un po' stanco, l'aria condizionata non funzionava. così rumoroso con le porte aperte. Nessun servizio in camera per una settimana. È bello avere un angolo cottura e una camera di buone dimensioni per la zona. Ottima posizione per Bastille e Le Marais ma può fare di meglio in quella posizione per il prezzo.

The aparthotel room was clean and spacious! We loved that there was an entryway that was separated from the rest of the room. The staff was also very kind and helpful. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Paris!

The suite is great for families. I like the amenities it offered, and the neighborhood was decent. Some markets and cafes were walking distant.

I've stayed at this Citadines quite a few times in recent years - great location, vibrant and safe neighborhood, good value for the space. This was the first time there since the pandemic and Paris bedbug scare. Check-in was very smooth and the front desk staff were very welcoming. I did check the space (we had a deluxe apartment and especially checked the bed and sofa) before we brought our luggage up and it was very clean. We decided to extend our stay another night and the staff, especially Lamine, Ina and Sujin (sorry for any mispellings) were super helpful and accommodating. The hotel is steps away from several Metro stops and just across the Bastille Marche that's open Thurs & Sunday. It turned very cold and we ended up not using the terrace which is nice when the weather is warmer. Still on my list as1st choice for my Paris stays.
