Really enjoyed our relaxing spa break break. Spa was available from 6am till 10pm with no pre booking which was superb. Building was clean, the young receptionist was ever so smiley and helpful. Great place to stay. A little out of town. Need to order a taxi from the centre in advance. But, good staff. Breakfast had a great selection: fruit, cereal, cooked breakfast, pastries. Beautiful surroundings too!

Ideal for 1 night business trip. Nice room and good service

Booked through an intermediary and then changed the booking which the hotel dealt with and our room was ready when I arrived. Breakfast I would rate as budget, pineapple and melon was hard. Staff very pleasant and buffet we had at the wedding in the hotel we were attending was tasty.

Excellent staff helped to make our stay extra special. Spacious junior suite and good food at breakfast and lunch. Leisure facilities were great for kids

Great hotel in a central location. Our rooms were modern and clean with plenty of space. Breakfast was good and bar meals looked nice. Will rebook when visiting the area again.

Nice hotel with lovely views. Decor/bathroom was a bit dated and the cleanliness could have been better. Overall, a nice stay

Lovely place. Breakfast was good. We enjoyed the stay so much. It's not within the city centre but the greenery as you enter the property is breath taking. Will stay there again if we visit Norwich.

Lovely venue, comfy beds, nice bar and conveniently close to Norwich whilst remaining outside the hustle and bustle. Will return.

Room was filthy and falling apart, did give us £50 refund as a goodwill gesture but for the price we paid for a 4 poster room expected clean and not holes in doors and furniture falling apart, dirty, no toiletries. Restaurant was horrific service so slow rude staff

Room okay with a comfy bed but bathroom well over-due a refurbishment. The floor tiles were damaged and felt like we were walking on broken glass. The building is impressive as are the grounds. Evening meal was okay on first night but second night in the bar we had to wait over an hour for mediocre burger and chips, which with a small beer and G&T cost £70! Breakfast was chaotic as there were just too many people and the quality of juice, coffee, overall food was poor. It was so disappointing. Pool and Spa are nice but again average. Staff all very friendly and provided refund when we checked out for rubbish evening meal.

Wry good value for money spa facilities were excellent, room dated but had everything and was very clean staff very helpful and lovely
