The hotel is located at the centre of 黑川溫泉區, which is quite rural so highly recommended to go by car. The service is excellent! The staff helped us to park the car and take the luggages up the stairs to our Japanese style family room. We have ordered full board package and both meals are gorgeous. There are many onsens in the hotel which are non-reserved and private, allowing family to enjoy onsen together. One drawback is that there are many stairs so elderly might have to take it into consideration.

Beautiful place, excellent hotspring and great services..

This is my first time booking a hot spring hotel. Room: It is very clean and Well-equipped. They also provided cute Wafuku (traditional Japanese clothing) for us to take photos. Annex Japanese and western style room has its own open-air hot spring. Service: The staffs are very nice to us, and provide a fluent check in. Facilities: They have sufficient parking lots (no charges) for self-driving customers. Also, they have several family spa, which having different features. Make sure you have enough time to try all of them. P.S. All the family spa have door lock, therefore, you and your partner can enjoy an exclusive spa moment. FYI: Highly recommended to book a room with dinner(Photo 1) and breakfast (Photo 2). The sets are very delicious and fancy. It is the best hotel experience in Japan ever!

the room is clean and with private garden and onsen bathroom, so beautiful. the staff are nice anf help. when tell them when to leave and take the bus, they will drive you to bus stop (although it is not far from hotel). however, i sent an email to the email address provided by trip.com but they seems not receive so no areangement to pick up us. however, everything is good to stay here.

一間好傳統溫泉旅館，兩大兩小入住，小朋友非常興奮，有得著住浴衣去十幾個家庭溫泉房浸浴。晚餐非常豐富，食極都食唔完，不過未必岩小朋友食。食飯時，工作人員已經為我們準備定房間內的床鋪。工作人員哥哥好好人，好有禮貌，臨走哥哥還送小禮物給小朋友，同幫我們一家在門外合照。

黑川溫泉環境優美，令人心曠神怡。 晚餐及早餐十分豐富；職員服務殷勤有禮。 麓旅館內有數個不同大小的溫泉可以泡湯。 自駕的話，有職員會幫忙泊在附近停車處。 值得推介👍🏻

旅館環境優美，有多個私人温泉及露天温泉。工作人員態度十分友善。膳食方面早晚餐都非常滿足，晚餐有馬肉刺身。有機會會再到訪。

酒店很好，但如果浴室改在室內會好些，天氣很凍，要好有勇氣才跑出去，半露天的除衣服洗澡呀 一泊兩食很豐富，有停車場，但對新手來說，很難泊，好在職員看到立即跑來幫忙泊好 十分滿意這次入住

酒店服務員都很熱情，服務好，也有會説中文的服務人員。酒店雖然有年頭了，但房間乾淨。酒店除了有男女各一間公共温泉，另外還有11間私湯（3間在本館8間在過小馬路的別館），其中還有立湯池。一泊兩食吃的也是非常滿足，晚餐和早餐都非常豐盛，晚餐吃到扶牆出，還吃到了馬肉刺身。 我們是包車去的，但聽説酒店可以派車去最近車站接送，其實不趕時間的話坐公共交通也是挺好的。

일본식 전통 료칸의 버킷 리스트를 드디어 이루었어요:) 구로카와 온천은 후쿠오카 공항에서 버스로 2시간 거리로 비교적 가까운 편인데 특히 후모토 료칸은 내려서 5분 정도만 걸어도 금새 도착하는 좋은 위치에 있었습니다. 무려 10개가 넘는 온천탕을 보유한 후모토 료칸은 예약 없이 선점해서 온천을 즐길 수 있었는데, 저는 운이 좋게도 경쟁이 치열하지 않아서 기다림없이 느긋하게 즐겼답니다. 정성 가득한 맛있는 가이세키 정식도 감동이고, 먼저 말하지 않아도 챙겨주시던 센스있고 친절한 메구미상 덕분에 더욱 특별하고 행복한 온천 여행이 되었어요. 정말 감사합니다. 다음에는 부모님과 함께 다시 방문하고 싶어요^^
