This property could use a little TLC, but it was about what I expected for the price.

I arrived early and was told my room was ready but if I needed to check in earlier than 3:00 sharp, there would be a $50 fee. So when I did check in, I was disappointed in the room. The bathroom was disgusting and very dated. The toilet seat was discolored and there was mold by the tub. The old ceramic tub was dangerous so they provided a tub mat. Both times while showering the hot water ran out before we finished. The beds looked okay until you really paid attention. My bed had a blanket on it that looked like it was from the 1970's and the very thin bedspread had stains on it which totally grossed me out. I slept on the very uncomfortable mattress but only used the top sheet. I prepaid for my room so I stayed and cringed. I can't review the breakfast because by that time I had lost faith in the hotel and just wanted to get out. The most positive thing I can say is that the woman at the front desk was very nice especially since she was being overworked because 2 employees had quit unexpectantly. I have stayed in BW Premiere hotels before but this one just needs to be gutted and torn down. I had another BW stay planned for later in the month and will be cancelling my stay.

Great location, good price. The room was clean and comfortable. The only problem wa that the was settled in the tube when taking a shower.

Room smelly, guy sleeping in uhaul outside, toilet kept clogging and they gave a plunger to use and still didnt work well, toilet in lobby backed up, no bottled water in vending machine and water fountain out of service, low water pressure, bed was uncomfortable and you could feel the springs in your back, pillows were horrible and small. 15 years ago this hotel was great .... not so much now. We checked out at 5:30 AM and went to a different hotel because of how bad it was. The people working there were friendly and that was the only goos thing.

I really rate this as 4.5 only because they didn't clean up or change my towels the next day. Otherwise it was great!

The staff were incredible and very nice! but the hallways smelt funky and our door was not only hard to open but also poorly installed. Also the room was not at all sound proof because we did hear everything outside our room. Other than that the stay was comfortable, clean, and had excellent staff service👍

Clean, relatively quiet. We were in the room next to the gym and the TV was left on (loudly) and someone was working out at 4 AM, woke us up. Only 1 clerk working the check-in desk on a Saturday night. Had to stand in a line for about 35 minutes to check-in. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Would stay there again.

I really debated on whether or not to leave a review. I would say the staff did their best to help me have a good stay. Breakfast was decent. The hotel its self just was not well kept. Doors did not open and close well. TVs did not work properly. Bed was the most uncomfortable old mattress that I have ever had to sleep on. It was like two box springs. There were fire alarms chirping all over the place because of old batteries. Staff just took out the batteries, which did not make me feel real comfortable.

Average hotel , a 3. Had a bed, tv, hot water. Breakfast was below average... powdered eggs.. just not good

The staff was helpful and pleasant. All areas of the property were clean. Breakfast was good. This is an older property and could use some updating but that is reflected in the price. I would stay here aga8n.

I will Not recommended, very out dated, mildew bathroom and the stopper did not not work . Towel we're hard, the refrigerator did not get cold. Breakfast was okay. We traveled for the death of my niece.
