La cosa migliore di questo posto è il ponte che collega l'hotel con la spiaggia e la piscina? Dovrebbero essere più attenti alla reception E avverti che sono due Torres d hotel Uno centrale e l'altro davanti, lontano da tutto il resto

One of the worst experiences during check in, starting by being badly treated by valet parking guys once explained we'll park by ourselves, then at the reception by not interested girl that wanted to take double payment. Totally different experience during check out - another girl was super kind but promised an invoice was never sent to us. Hotel is nice, well located, but do not expect nothing really particular

The location was great because it was right off the beach but it wasn’t as great the experience. First they have hidden charges they don’t tell you online when you are booking the hotel, you only find out about the charge right when you finish paying (like the hotel $40 fee) and when you are checking in they charge $48 for mandatory valet service if the $42 self parking is full. Additionally, we thought we were going to say in the big building as shown in the picture but no they made up stay in a smaller building across the parking lot. The rooms do not look like they do in the pictures, they are a lot smaller and not that nice. Overall I didn’t enjoy the hotel at all but now I know for next time

Very disappointed . Not clean at all, I had to change room 3 times.

The hotel is located in a nice location and beach front. The main issues are being a very old building and there is only valet parking. Also there are additional fees for everything. Breakfast does not worth $35 (without tip/service)

Nice hotel in great location with direct access to the beach and local restaurants. Service was OK, the team always seemed to be trying hard to deliver best possible service, only exception was at the Breeze Cafe during the daytime where the lady really appeared to lack interest in being at work. Wonderful pool area which was surprisingly busy and good a**osphere watching the Fifa World Cup on tvs at the bar. Room was OK, good facilities. Only criticism was door lock to balcony didn't work and there was a horrendous smell on first day - like a dead animal or wet carpet?. I left the balcony door open whilst in the room to air it out which seemed to resolve it.

Some of your staff need to be taught how to communicate with hotel guests. I was coming down the double staircase to the lobby and was met by one of your staff who was cleaning the stairs. She looked at me and said "no" go around! She didn't smile or say thank you or sorry for the inconvenience. I thought maybe she didn't speak english. Later that day I saw the same staff member talking with my friend, and she was all smiles and very nice. The only difference between my friend and me was the color of our skin.

This place was very disappointing overall mostly due to cleanliness. We paid extra for a marina view which actually meant a much smaller, much older building across the courtyard. Our hallway smelt like sewage for half the stay due to a room nearby having a plumbing issue and 3 roaches were found in the main building of the limited time we spent there.

The hotel was great. Very helpful would definitely stay here again

The stay started off on the wrong foot, we had paid for a room with an ocean view in the main (newer) building. When we arrived we were told there was none of those left and the gentleman at the front desk was great, he assured us if we went back in the morning, the manager would have us moved. He even gave us free breakfast for our whole stay. The manager in the morning did have us moved and it was MUCH better. The previous room had a leaking AC unit and was in the older part of the building which is run down. The staff the entire time was awesome! Gave us recommendations for bars and places for dinner. Overall the stay was great and the employees made it a great experience, everyone was kind, accommodating and awesome!

We were given a room in the 1st floor portion of the low rise building, the perfume fragrance in the hallway was overwhelming. Our room had several areas of water damage in the exterior facing wall and in the bathroom. The walls of the room are paper thin so much that I could hear guests in adjoining rooms closing and opening their suitcases. For the price we definitely expected a much better experience.

They are trying so I appreciated that. The complimentary drinks were a nice touch but how complimentary are they when you are parings a resort fee? My room Marina Wing was musty and just felt old. The free bikes were unsafe - lose seats - broken bells. Parking was not included but rather cost another $45. The staff were very friendly and the beach was lovely and the decor in the main tower was nice but aI wouldn’t go back. Hilton overcharged and under delivered at this property.

A bit outdated. Shower in the rooms didn't work properly. For the price i would have expexted better.
