El hotel es nuevo y tiene tranvia al lado, lo que hace cómodo ir al centro, a pesar de estar a unos 45 minutos. El servicio correcto, sin más.

Ho scelto questo hotel perché ci avevo alloggiato anni fa la primissima volta che sono stata a Dublino.
E' stato una piacevole sorpresa tornare e vedere che era tutto perfetto come la prima volta.
Stanza calda e confortevole, letti comodissimi, bagno pulito. Colazione ottima
Posizione comoda vicinissimo ad un centro commerciale.
Consigliatissimo!

Really enjoy my stay in this hotel. However was a bit far from downtown Dublin but with the use of the Tram Lucas it is easy to get there.

I recently stayed at Glashaus Hotel. The hotel provides the necessary amenities in good condition and functionally convenient.
The hotel is located at the last stop of the tram line leading to the city centre.

This property was not clearly signed and while our navigation told us were were at the right property we could not find how to get in. We had to do a loop and come to it from another direction to see a tiny sign for the carpark. upon turning in there, we had a further problem with not enough signage and had to drive around a bit to figure out where to go and there were almost no spots available so we had to park on a different level. Inside the room was very spacious and beds were ok, however the toilet flush was broken so we couldn't flush it and the phone in the room didn't work so we couldn't call reception to ask them to fix it. We arrived around 2am after a late night flight so didn't want to go back downstairs to tell them. When we told them upon checkout they did say they will get it fixed. It was a good location - shopping centre across the road and tram just outside, just difficult to find to start with due to lack of signage - who has a hotel and doesn't have a big sign with the name on it!

The initial room we were allocated had a broken sur conditioning system and cleanliness was not acceptable. We raised our concerns and the head housekeeper, Anna, came to our aid and resolved it by arranging another room. She went iut if her way to even assust with moving our bags to the new room. The second room was excellent and no complaints on anything. The hotel had great under cover parking and although a 30 minute tram ride to the city I found the location to be perfect for our 2 day stay.

This was a nice big family room. We had a view of the shopping complex which was lively. Location was great, you can walk to the shopping complex. Parking was perfect, the garge attaches to the hotel and it was free. The enterance you will need to park on the street and have someone in your party go to the enterance to check in. A wonderful lady checked us in and there was always somone at the front desk. Nice quiet, big rooms and very clean. I would highly recommend this hotel.
